Moje pobyt był absolutnie wspaniały! Staff poszedł ponad i poza, aby sprawić, że czuję się mile widziany i wygodny. Każda szczegółowa obsługa była dbałością, a usługa była szybki, przyjazna i profesjonalna. Çift kişilik yatagin tek kişilik yatakları birleştirip yapılması hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. En üst katta olduğumuz için yağmur sesi yoğundu ancak bundan rahatsız olmadık.  
Bunların dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Останавливались на 1 ночь по пути из Тбилиси в Каппадокию, брали 2 номера. Отель находится в спальном районе, высоко на горе. Без автомобиля добраться будет проблематично. Отель городского типа, территории как таковой нет. Парковка на улице перед отелем, места достаточно. Номера нормальные, свежий ремонт, правда в одном номере местами присутствовала плесень на стене в коридоре. Есть тапочки, халатов вроде бы не было. Большой балкон, большая кровать. Удобный матрас и подушки. Завтрак включен. Такая альтернатива классическому турецкому завтраку: на большой тарелке - подносе с разделением много всего, но по чуть-чуть: картошка фри, сосиска и кусочек обжаренной колбасы, отварное яйцо, нарезка помидор-огурец, зелень, перец, маслины, сыр, масло сливочное, мед, варенье. Свежайший хлеб, чай - без лимита. Мы хорошо отдохнули и с новыми силами поехали дальше. Спасибо First Joy Hotel.

Everything is perfect,
The location is a bit far from the center and above a hill, need a car to reach the hotel but the view is amazing.
Room is big, clean and the bed is comfortable.
Breakfast is okay

MMs. TRAVELLERI was very very disappointed with the hotel. It is my second time, my first time I was extremely happy with everything and decided to book again , but this time I was completely annoyed. Unfortunately, I found the hotel in a very unpleasant situation but a big plus for its staff and their efficiency specially the reception guys . A big thank you to them.
Let us state the positive points, check in and out was quick and efficient. location is good. The employees are very attentive and efficient. Breakfast is great. Cleaning is done on daily basis. There is a spa and pool down but this time I didn’t use it so can’t say much. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Now lets talk about the room. Everything is old and not maintained well. Bedsheets, bedcover, pillows and pillow cases all are old and all have spots on them. On my arrival my bedsheets, bedcover & pillows had different spots on them . I immediately called the receptionist and everything was changed. Ac doesn’t work well. The toilet flush is broken & doesn’t work well. The carpets are old . I can’t say anything about towels for I never use hotel’s towels.
I love this hotel but I was very disappointed with the situation that I saw when I stayed 4 days this time.
Overall its ok & passable.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

LLazankaI had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months.
Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person.
The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather.
Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

GGuest UserEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

GGuest UserGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

GGuest UserVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.
