4-Star hotele w: Hawaii, United States

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Outside the window is the yacht dock, and there is the sea in the distance. The night atmosphere is full. Next to it is the Hilton Resort. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. There is also the largest outlet nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Apart from being given a room with two double beds, not a queen, it was all good. No cockroach like we saw in other hotels.

Jest schludnie i daje wino nowożeńcom! Było dobrze pod wieloma względami, bo było nowo wybudowane. Nie miałem widoku na ocean, bo myślałem, żeby zostać na jakiś czas przed powrotem do domu po wycieczce na Big Island, ale żałuję... Zdecydowanie powinienem był miał widok na ocean!!!!

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

I stayed for three nights this time, and the location's convenience was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very friendly. However, the room I was assigned next to the elevator was not a good choice for those seeking a quiet rest, as the poor soundproofing meant that the noise from the operating elevator was impossible to ignore.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń – to może być idealny ośrodek w tej cenie. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, pokoje są doskonałe (choć może trochę za małe jak na trzy osoby, i brakowało nam jacuzzi), widok jest doskonały (w opisie było napisane „widok na ocean” i był lepszy niż się spodziewaliśmy, nawet z Pacific Tower), restauracje są świetne. Lokalizacja jest idealna, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od Royal Hawaiian Center; hotel ma własną /niewielką/ plażę z naprawdę pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Wielkie podziękowania dla przemiłej obsługi w Monkeypod Kitchen, a także dla Towel Hut przy basenie! Bez wątpienia odwiedzę to miejsce ponownie!

The room was gorgeous and very stylish. However, the hotel itself was very average. There was no hot tub and only one event during our entire stay. The hotel is located a bit a ways from downtown Waikiki so we ended up having to Uber as there wasn’t a ton within walking distance of the hotel to enjoy. They also began doing construction across the street our last day at 4 AM so we were unfortunately woken up by this on top of the daily rooster the decided to Crow each and every morning at around 5 AM. All in all the rooms were great, and the staff were friendly, but there isn’t enough to keep you at the hotel and entertained. The food at the new restaurant was also not good at all causing us to have to venture away from the hotel to find food, even if we just wanted a snack.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

생각한 뷰는 아니였지만 충분히 좋았어요 만족 얼리체크인 가능할까..했는데 바로 체크인 해줘서 정말 다행이였고요 비치타올은 무제한으로 대여가 되어서 비치 나갈때마다 정말 편했어요 담에 또 가면 또 여기로 가고싶어요
