Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

Wszystko było tam w porządku, z wyjątkiem czystości, gdy się zameldowałem w pokoju. Wszystko było w porządku, ale gdy zgasiłem światło, na moich łóżkach były mrówki i naprawdę trudno mi było zasnąć. Gdy się obudziłem, zobaczyłem podłogę pełną mrówek. Gdy otworzyłem drzwi, zobaczyłem wazon i mnóstwo mrówek. To było dla mnie najgorsze doświadczenie. Muszą się tym zająć.

The room was very spacious, with a dining table and chairs, as well as a full set of kitchen appliances, including an oven. There was also a large TV and a separate shower area. The check-in staff, a lovely young woman wearing glasses, was extremely helpful in every aspect—she even assisted in arranging for a technician to cut off the metal lock attached to my luggage, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the technician, as well as another check-in staff member who kindly allowed a late check-out. The staff here are incredibly kind. Although the breakfast selection was not very extensive, the food was of good quality and delicious. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive and took great care of the guests, promptly refilling any items that ran out. Housekeeping did an excellent job, keeping the room clean and well-organized. Overall, I was very impressed with my stay here. Every member of the staff provided outstanding service and a warm welcome.

Otel yepyeni, gördüğünüz veya kullandığınız her şeyde bunu doğrudan hissediyorsunuz. Personeller çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü, bunun dışında Porto'da turistik anlamda gidilip görülecek yerler için kesinlikle ideal bir konumda. Porto merkezinde park yeri bulmak zordur ama burada sorun değil, oldukça ferah ve büyük bir yer altı otoparkı mevcut. Konaklamamiz 10 üzerinden 10 puan, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

I loved my stay! The room was spacious, clean, equipped with Nuxe hair/body wash & hair conditioner, and even a balcony! I was only there for a night but I would have loved to stay longer! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. There were even 2x complimentary fruit drinks & glass bottled mineral water in the mini bar. Fantastic!

The hotel has funky lightings, good hospitality service, will definitely come back again!

The hotel is old but has renovated. The location is fantastic. In the centre of everything. The breakfast is excellent. The public parking is safe and good. 300m. So one can drop their bags and park safely in the parking at reasonable fee.

Amazing hotel with great amenities, personnel, food. The only downside for me was that the gym lacked even the very basics (not even a set of dumbbells/kettlebells, just cardio machines).

Business hotel that lack the human touch. Recep was cold and not smiling, which was a pity for such a nice hotel. Phone auto buttons not working and aircon not working too. Had to walk to recep and ask for help. Breakfast was good though
