Nasz pobyt w Harmona Resort and Spa był zdecydowanie jednym z najlepszych podczas podróży do wielu miast w Chinach. Cały personel Harmony był niezwykle serdeczny dla mnie i mojej siostrzenicy. Jako dwie Amerykanki, które nie mówią zbyt dobrze po chińsku, personel był niezwykle uprzejmy i zaspokajał wszystkie nasze potrzeby. Cherry, Nikki i Fenfen z recepcji sprawili, że zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było niezwykle proste. Szczególnie Cherry była naszym tłumaczem, osobą, do której zwracaliśmy się w razie potrzeby lub pytań. Była dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki przez wiadomość na WeChat! Była przemiła i pomocna, dzięki czemu nasza przygoda w Zhangjiajie była niezapomniana! Sam ośrodek jest ogromny, można go zwiedzać pieszo, ale z naszego pokoju do recepcji lub na kolację w ośrodku jest kawałek drogi. Poza personelem recepcji, mieliśmy też Shan, pana Zhao i JK, którzy byli przemiłymi kierowcami – dowozili nas do pokoi i do miejsc, które musieliśmy codziennie odwiedzać. Byli dosłownie o krok od nas, dzwoniąc do nich! I na koniec, ale nie mniej ważne – nasza ulubiona część dnia, od której zaczynamy poranek – śniadanie! Bufet śniadaniowy w Harmonie oferuje tak szeroki wybór dań, że można wybierać. Heidi, Mao Fenfang i Fu Donghua byli najsłodszymi i najsłodszymi pracownikami restauracji. Codziennie rano dbali o nasze posiłki i opiekę. Pokoje są czyste, a widoki z nich są spektakularne! Muszę przyznać, że zatrzymywałam się w wielu ośrodkach i hotelach, ale personel sprawił, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Od recepcji, przez kierowców, obsługę restauracji, po personel sprzątający! Nasza kochana ciocia, która zajmowała się sprzątaniem, dbała każdego ranka o to, żebyśmy z siostrzenicą miały wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Nie potrafię wyrazić słowami wdzięczności personelowi Harmony. Ośrodek oferuje również bezpłatny transport w góry Avatar oraz do szklanego mostu/Wielkiego Kanionu. Naprawdę podobał nam się nasz pobyt! Bardzo dziękujemy Harmona Resort and Spa za to, że nasz pobyt w Zhangjiajie był o wiele bardziej niezapomniany! Na pewno odwiedzimy go ponownie i będziemy opowiadać wszystkim naszym rodzinom i znajomym, jakie to wspaniałe miejsce, z przemiłą, serdeczną i przyjazną obsługą! Zarezerwuj pobyt tutaj, nie pożałujesz! ❤️

Very good hotel with friendly staff. I really recommend it. But be aware eu people. They don't have an ”eu socket” in their room so it is recommended to bring an adapter with you if you plan to stay for a long time. Everything else, it is a really good place to stay

A few fluent english speaking staff, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel in China. One had lived & studied in the UK, so had a nice chat. Top quality service, very helpful staff. Enjoyed the Fenghuang snow tea. Was a lovely touch. Helpful with organising transfers to the old city. Came in spring. Didn't realise that some of the pools are shut during this peroid. A bit different from the onsen experience we've had in Japan. Pools are VERY hot (around 40-45 degrees until they cool down a bit) I suspect it would be better in winter. The pool in the suite fills up VERY fast, but again is quite hot initially. So one can only take a quick 5min dip or wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Better at night when it's cooler. Great experience overall.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel! Znajduje się około 800 metrów od malowniczego terenu i oferuje transfer w obie strony na życzenie, a także transfer z i na dworzec kolejowy – wszystko działa idealnie! Personel recepcji jest bardzo przyjazny i gościnny. Na tarasie znajduje się jacuzzi, a basen nie był czynny w sezonie, w którym byliśmy; jeśli to ważne, można to sprawdzić wcześniej. Pokój był przestronny i jasny, a stosunek ceny do jakości był bardzo dobry! Polecam!

The staffs super nice and helpful especially 少蔚,蓓蓓,荣荣 and 洁洁. The service is outstanding and they are able to fulfill all our request. They even help us to send our luggage to the airport which makes travel so much easier. Their laundry service is something worth mentioning as they will take our clothes and then wash it and dry it and send it back to our room. Special mentioned to少蔚,蓓蓓荣荣 especially the boy at night shift who willing to solve all request on time and quickly. Hotel location is good nearby to subway line 1 and line 2. Nearby food is good as well. Next time if I visit Changsha again I will choose Fungee.

I chose this hotel for its simple yet elegant interior design, and after checking in, I was even more impressed by the service. Xiao Xue at reception was incredibly helpful, responsive, and open to feedback, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Feng Huang.

The place is very cute and the view and balcony are very cool to have. It’s very spacious for staying in or enjoying the balcony. The space is very clean too. The host Tiantian is very nice and helpful. Even thought I don’t know Chinese she went above and beyond to help me. I really enjoy my stay and ended up booking another night:

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!
