„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Myślę, że wszyscy podzielają te same zalety: wygodny transport, pobliskie atrakcje i restauracje, do których Didi ma łatwy dostęp. Pokój jest przestronny i wyjątkowo urządzony po kolacji... ale mam kilka sugestii: 1. Czy moglibyście dodać kosz na śmieci w sypialni? Podróżni nieuchronnie jedzą lub muszą wyrzucać śmieci w swoich pokojach, a my musimy iść do umywalki, co jest uciążliwe dla leniwych. 2. Myślę, że umywalka mogłaby mieć więcej ręczników papierowych. Zazwyczaj nie chcemy używać osobnego ręcznika do wycierania rąk, więc papier toaletowy jest wygodniejszy i higieniczniejszy. 3. Bardzo potrzebujemy sandałów pod prysznic. Poza tym mamy dwie pary jednorazowych bawełnianych kapci, zwłaszcza zimą, i nie chcemy zawracać głowy recepcjonistom. Po prysznicu marzłyby nam stopy, a nie mielibyśmy dodatkowych butów na zmianę. (Mam nadzieję, że zobaczę choć niewielką poprawę, gdy znów zatrzymam się w Państwa hotelu. Mam nadzieję, że Państwa firma będzie nadal prosperować.)”

„Love the old charm of the hotel yet with all the conveniences of a modern hotel. Easily accessible to major attractions and hard to go hungry with many food establishments all within walking distance.”

„Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.”

„We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.”

Higiena w hotelu: czysto i schludnie, cena pokoju jest bardzo przystępna i opłacalna. Otoczenie hotelu: Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się kawiarnie Luckin Coffee i Mixue, a także wiele supermarketów i restauracji. Transport jest bardzo wygodny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć to malownicze miejsce, możesz wsiąść do autobusu jadącego bezpośrednio do Centrum Turystycznego Huangwan.”

„This stay was surprisingly amazing, exceeding all expectations. First off, the room was super clean and tidy, and we could see snow-capped mountains from the window. It even had a private hot spring (which the owner meticulously disinfects). Secondly, I have to commend the exceptional service. Even though the staff, especially one lady, was clearly busy, she was incredibly attentive to every detail. When we arrived at the scenic area entrance, the guesthouse driver actually walked over with an umbrella to find our car. Later that evening, I experienced some altitude sickness, and the guesthouse promptly provided oxygen and Coca-Cola. We had hotpot for dinner at the guesthouse, and it was absolutely delicious – easily on par with, if not better than, what we had at Changping Valley the next day. For this price, it's an absolute steal! Highly recommended!”

„春節到的，白天特別曬，一開始的房間大落地窗朝西，開了空調發現越來越熱，結果是賓館空調冬天衹能開暖氣，可想而知有多熱多悶，想回來睡個午覺都熱得不行。和前台申請換了房間，積極協調之後雖然房間也朝西，但有個可以開的門可以通風，外面是個大的公用露台，晚上睡覺都沒關那個門才算降點温，家屬和孩子都和前台要了被套，自己換來換去蓋，儘管如此還是很影響睡眠。第一天保潔做了清潔後把窗簾完全打開了，下午三四點我們一回來，我桌上的爽膚水蒸發了三分之一，太誇張了。希望酒店重視下這個問題，空調靈活調節，實在是沒想到會在冬天被熱成這樣。酒店其他方面都沒啥可挑剔的，坐擁邛海最美風景，配套服務都很好，在這吃的年夜飯味道也很好。”

„Location is good with eateries n convenience stores next and opposite the hotel. Staff is helpful and responds promptly to our requests. Due to the short time period we have, we could not have time to enjoy the additional facilities and special service/voucher offered in our bookings.”

„This hotel is located just a short 10-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area entrance, with the added convenience of a complimentary shuttle bus service. It’s a cosy and well-designed stay enhanced by a smart home system—it was fun giving instructions to 小T! Our room had a lovely view of the mountains and a clear river, which made the experience even more special. While we had a heater issue on the first night, the night staff (unfortunately didn’t get his name) responded quickly and followed up. The issue was resolved the next day. There was also a door lock issue that remained unresolved during our stay. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. A special mention to the chef who was warm and chatty—he even recommended great dinner spots nearby. Breakfast was included; the spread was small but sufficient. Would recommend this place for a comfortable stay near Jiuzhaigou!”
