I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.

Higiena w hotelu: czysto i schludnie, cena pokoju jest bardzo przystępna i opłacalna. Otoczenie hotelu: Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się kawiarnie Luckin Coffee i Mixue, a także wiele supermarketów i restauracji. Transport jest bardzo wygodny. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się naprzeciwko hotelu. Jeśli chcesz zobaczyć to malownicze miejsce, możesz wsiąść do autobusu jadącego bezpośrednio do Centrum Turystycznego Huangwan.

We had a fantastic tranquil stay for 2 nights at this accommodation. The hosts are wonderful and show great hospitality to all their guests. They have offered rides in the area (for us a visit to the panda base was a must), organized a transfer, offered tea and coffee throughout the day and were available all the time. Our highlight was picking tea leaves with the family’s grandmother and preparing the tea with the family’s grandfather. The room and public places are cosy and well equipped. Our son loved the tree house in the backyard. The food was tasty and their menu offered us to try some local delicacies. Recommendation to everyone who wants to stay in the area around Ya’an.

Obiekt jest nowy, warunki sanitarne są bardzo dobre, a obsługa również jest dobra. Jednak hotel mieści się w starym budynku, lobby jest na szóstym piętrze, a wejście od strony ulicy jest bardzo małe i niepozorne. Problem w tym, że izolacja akustyczna jest zbyt słaba i dźwięki dochodzące z korytarza i sąsiednich drzwi są wyraźnie słyszalne. Izolacja światła jest również bardzo słaba. W pokoju znajduje się szklana ścianka działowa łącząca korytarz z sąsiednim pomieszczeniem. Światło z pozostałych miejsc całkowicie przenika do pomieszczenia, co jest nieco nie do opisania. Jako nowo otwarty hotel, nie jest w stanie zapewnić nawet podstawowego, spokojnego i komfortowego środowiska do wypoczynku i wykonuje jedynie prace powierzchowne. Naprawdę nie rozumiem. Naprawdę żałuję, że zarezerwowałem ten hotel na podstawie opinii na Ctrip. Nie wiem, skąd wzięły się te wszystkie dobre recenzje...

The hotel is not far from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is elegant, and there are many dining options nearby. The front desk staff was very nice; on the day we arrived, we were experiencing some altitude sickness after coming down from Huanglong, and she explained many precautions to us. The hot spring is on the fourth floor, and the hotel will notify you via WeChat when it's ready.

Perfect spot for a vacation with beautiful rooms and views. Good location with several good food locations within walking distance. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Will recommend to stay, will visit again.

Pobyt w Bipenggou Mushan Hotel był naprawdę tego wart! Obsługa była serdeczna i na wysokim poziomie. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty, aktywnie pomagał z bagażem i wskazywał drogę. Upominali też, że w Bipenggou są duże różnice temperatur między dniem a nocą i trzeba się cieplej ubrać. Reagowali na każde wezwanie, byli dokładni i troskliwi. Udogodnienia były przemyślane, pokój przestronny, ogrzewanie podłogowe wystarczające i nie duszne, ciepła woda dostępna od razu. Materac i poduszki były wygodne, zapewniając dobry sen. Było też darmowe Wi-Fi i gniazdka do ładowania, co ułatwiało podróżowanie i pracę. Parking również był dogodny. Środowisko i higiena były super pewne. Pokój był czysty w każdym zakątku, pościel biała i bez zapachów, łazienka czysta, sucha i bez zacieków. Części wspólne były codziennie dezynfekowane i sprzątane, czyste i budzące zaufanie. Bliskość do malowniczego obszaru Bipenggou oszczędza czas na dojazdy. Jest to komfortowe i spokojne miejsce na pobyt, idealne do zwiedzania Bipenggou. Już poleciłem go znajomym, którzy planują tam pojechać!

To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Myślę, że wszyscy podzielają te same zalety: wygodny transport, pobliskie atrakcje i restauracje, do których Didi ma łatwy dostęp. Pokój jest przestronny i wyjątkowo urządzony po kolacji... ale mam kilka sugestii: 1. Czy moglibyście dodać kosz na śmieci w sypialni? Podróżni nieuchronnie jedzą lub muszą wyrzucać śmieci w swoich pokojach, a my musimy iść do umywalki, co jest uciążliwe dla leniwych. 2. Myślę, że umywalka mogłaby mieć więcej ręczników papierowych. Zazwyczaj nie chcemy używać osobnego ręcznika do wycierania rąk, więc papier toaletowy jest wygodniejszy i higieniczniejszy. 3. Bardzo potrzebujemy sandałów pod prysznic. Poza tym mamy dwie pary jednorazowych bawełnianych kapci, zwłaszcza zimą, i nie chcemy zawracać głowy recepcjonistom. Po prysznicu marzłyby nam stopy, a nie mielibyśmy dodatkowych butów na zmianę. (Mam nadzieję, że zobaczę choć niewielką poprawę, gdy znów zatrzymam się w Państwa hotelu. Mam nadzieję, że Państwa firma będzie nadal prosperować.)

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
