Hotele Hot Springs w: Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan

Stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. Hotel was very near the train station and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The staff at this hotel were warm and I felt really taken care of. We were able to understand each other with simple English and Japanese. My room was spacious and had a great view of the sea and sunrise! The onsen in the room was big and I had a good time soaking in it. On my check out day, the staff gave me a back of kiwis that were farmed by the owner of the hotel. Would love to come back here again when I have chance!

Everything was good, a bit pricey but convenient. Driving to the hotel is easy and there is free parking for hotel guest, just let them know so they will pass you the exit coupon. The Mount Fuji view really get the full view and shiok to wake up to such a nice view!

Piękny pokój z widokiem na morze, wyłożony japońską matą słomianą w stylu tatami, z wejściem do strefy odkurzania, oddzielną toaletą, umywalką, wanną i prysznicem. Pokój jest na tyle duży, że mogą w nim spać cztery lub pięć osób. Wszedłem tam sam i położyłem się płasko na plecach. To było bardzo relaksujące. Do gorących źródeł na dziewiątym piętrze należy wejść w szlafrokach. Termalne źródła są nieco przestarzałe, trzeba je obsługiwać samemu. Najlepiej wybrać się z przyjacielem. Na dziewiątym piętrze jest zbyt cicho, żeby widzieć ludzi, trochę... Wady: Hotel znajduje się między stacjami Atagawa i Inatori, około 1,2 km od stacji Atagawa. Droga prowadzi w dół, wzdłuż morza. Trudno ciągnąć bagaż. W pobliżu hotelu nie ma restauracji ani sklepów spożywczych. W nocy jest bardzo ciemno, gdy schodzi się na dół, nie ma oświetlenia ulicznego, nie warto wychodzić. Najlepiej kupić jedzenie i wodę z wyprzedzeniem. Hotel oferuje samochód, który odbierze gości ze stacji, ale trzeba to zgłosić w recepcji.

The hotel is well-organized, with drinking water provided. The breakfast is very delicious, even though there are limited options. However, the room I stayed in had no windows, causing a slight musty smell, and parking in the lot costs 1,000 yen.

Very peaceful, beautiful and quaint property. Amazing view from the balcony. You can also reserve the onsen for private use. Food was also great!

The public bath at the 14/ F is very nice with mount fuji view if you are lucky. The hotel room is clean and tidy but not a large one even though we booked a room with a large bed. But you know it is Japan. The best thing is the hotel is next to the station.

To było wspaniałe przeżycie. Z pokoju roztacza się przepiękny widok na morze, to prawdziwa fantazja. Dojście z hotelu do morza zajmuje zaledwie 10 minut – spacer jest bardzo krótki. Bardzo podobały mi się też onseny. Chciałbym zwrócić uwagę na wygodę busów – kursują często i nie trzeba ich rezerwować z wyprzedzeniem. Pokoje były bardzo czyste. Ogólne wrażenie jest wspaniałe.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, excellent service, very kind and helpful, felt like home. The grounds are very beautiful, the onsen is relaxing. I liked everything.

한국인 리뷰 위치 : jr누마즈역에서 남문으로 나온 후 3번 버스정류장에서 버스 탑승 후 2~30분 이동 / 시내여행 선호하시는 분들한텐 힘들겠지만 그래도 뚜벅이가 이 정도 퀄리티 숙소를 묵는다? 괜찮다 봅니다 버스는 710엔 들고 미니패스 사용가능 가격: 온천을 전세로 한 타임 (40분) 사용할 수 있다는 메리트와 일본 전통스타일 룸 거의 료칸인데 1박에 20만원대이니 2인 여행객들에게 추천드려요 완전 만족 서비스 : 이래도 되나 싶을정도로.. 너무 친절해서 몸둘바를 모름ㅜㅜ 오후에 계셨던 젊은 남자직원분 진짜 너무 감사했습니다 이번 여행에서 가장 기억에 남았어요 (ありがとうございました。💕) 기타: 이 곳 바로 옆은 산이기 때문에 벌레가 나올 수 있습니다. 이건 당연히 이해하고 가셔야합니다. 저희는 306호를 배정받았는데 도마뱀인가 도롱뇽같은 친구랑 지네가 나왔는데 프론트에 전화로 말씀드리니 (벌레는 일본어로 무시 , 방 번호말하고 헤야니 무시가 아리마스 ) 바로 오셔서 잡아주시고 정말 되려 미안할정도로 사과와 함께 훌륭한 대처를 해주셨습니다. 방에서 문제가 생겨도 나몰라라하는 숙소가 많은데 여기는 계속 놀라셨겠다며 죄송하다며 수차례 말씀하시더라고요 저희는 정말 괜찮았고 따뜻한 대처에 감사했습니다. 온천은 가능하면 이른저녁시간은 비추합니다 시골이라 주변식당이 일찍 닫습니다..ㅜㅜ 그래도 전세 1타임 (1인당 온천사용료 150인가 200엔)에 아침, 밤으로 다같이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 온천 많이 이용하세요! 조식으로는 생선구이, 젓갈, 낫또, 수란, 샐러드 등등이 나오고 여기 자체가 외국인 관광객보다도 일본분들이 휴가로 오시는 것 같더라고요 진짜 찐 일본 가정식을 체험할 수 있었습니다! 사진이 전부 다 업로드실패네요🥲

We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.
