„酒香不怕巷子深，瓊庫什台的風景真的很美。入住這所具有學校風味的民宿，讓我們對童年無限回憶，更可以彌補曾經未上過幼兒園的中老年帥哥和美女們的遺憾。院裏有小貓，小兔子，時不時還有馬兒來玩耍，還記得七零八零後的下課鈴聲和桌椅嗎？屋頂上的草讓我們想起小時候的泥瓦房，但室內又不失現代的奢華，所有的洗漱用品乾淨衞生和商家説的一模一樣。餐廳裏有各種新疆美食，坐在木製桌椅上愜意的享受食物帶來的快樂。進入秋天，晚上有點涼，老闆會貼心給我們電暖氣床上有電熱毯，二十四小時熱水真的很方便。這幾天，衹需要帶件外套即可，實在怕冷的小夥伴建議可以帶條秋褲。房前屋後的山一直在，水不停的流，早晨和傍晚吹着涼爽的山風，聽着嘩啦嘩啦的河水聲，坐在鞦韆上，看着眼前的桌椅和黑板，望着眼前的風景，這一刻心靈得到片刻的寧靜。一個人，一輛車，一次快樂的旅途。”

設施：細節考究，能感受到老闆的用心，傢俱家電品質都很不錯，一點不糊弄，衞生沒得挑，整潔乾淨。小米的空調、吹風機，空調聲音不大，晚上睡覺完全不吵；智能馬桶水壓很棒，反應靈敏；淋浴水量充足，熱水非常熱，冷熱調節靈敏，洗澡相當舒服；洗衣機每房間一個，很乾凈，晾衣架超級多，配備輕便的晾衣桿，可以拿到院子裏晾曬；床品很舒服，一覺睡下來很深很沉；隔音非常好，院子裏和隔壁正常説話，衹要不是大喊大叫都完全聽不見。總之總之，各種細節都能讓人感到老闆的用心經營，細緻入微，讓我這個事兒很多的細節控都挑不出毛病。
服務：總結就幾個字：賓至如歸、有求必應、無可挑剔。不限量隨時提供瓜果，到店時親自為我們搬行李送去房間，臨行前還塞給我們一盒子水果讓我們帶着路上吃。而且老闆是我們這次新疆之行唯一一位，真的是唯一一位認真看我訂房備註的人，因為我備註了不要角落房，老闆立即通過平台主動私信我，認真耐心的解答了我一些問題，確實是意外中透着一些感動。
環境：小院子被打理的乾淨美麗，院子裏有桌椅，不想出去逛的可以在院子里美滋滋的放空，很愜意。院子裏就可以飛無人機，不需要出去，很方便。
位置：位置大概在八卦城三/四環左右的位置，在一個安靜的小巷子裏，周圍都是住户，很安靜。離不夜城走路1km左右，步行可達，但旅程太累加上本人很懶，直接開車去吃飯or不夜城，兩分鐘就到，縣城很小，且很好停車，基本上隨便停。”

„房間很大，前台還給升級了籬笆房，整個民宿環境非常美麗，各種鮮花，處處是景，忘記拍照片了，網上的商家發佈的就是實景圖，沒有美化就是那麼美好！洗澡切忌不能人多連着洗，我們兩大兩小，第三個人洗的時候水就忽冷忽熱了。衞生尚可，肯定沒有星級酒店好，不能細探究，已經很不錯了。走路25分鐘到八卦城之夜，但是真沒什麼好去的，都是一些小小孩玩的遊戲設施，表演也沒有確切的時間，我們十點到的，什麼表演都沒有，最後10:30看了個半佛浪盪的公主出嫁表演，非常不專業，和寧夏的葡漫小鎮差遠了。特地去看就不必了。
服務：保潔阿姨和善，還送了幾個杏子給我們，很甜。門有些問題，立刻派了老師傅來檢查，還冒着雨，服務真不錯，新疆人民也真的很熱心。”

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s hospitality and service were not just comparable to world-class 5-star hotels in many ways, they exceeded them. As a non-Chinese speaking guest, I was a little nervous at first, but the team went above and beyond to make me feel completely at ease. Their cheerful smiles and genuine warmth were so heartwarming. What touched me the most? They constantly checked on my fiancée, who is vegetarian, making sure she had wonderful options at every meal. Seeing that level of care for her meant the world to me. They even carried my heavy luggage to the room❤️
Activities (both paid and free):
They have horseback riding with the on-site coach – highly recommend (yes, it's a paid service). For free activities, there’s a giant swing (reminiscent of the one in Kalajun Grassland), archery, and the most beautiful, calm animals: two incredibly cute lambs, a cow, several horses, and the sweetest little dog who will greet you. If you’re nervous around animals, don’t worry – they are the chillest, calmest creatures and will only approach if you call them.
Food: 10/10. My fiancée said it was the best meal she had in all of Xinjiang. Cooked by the wonderful Ah Po and Ah Gong, every dish felt like a loving home-cooked meal made by grandparents. There’s also an adorable cafe hut (though we didn’t get coffee – we were too busy being in awe of everything around us).
Room standards: This is where they truly shine. Air conditioning, heater, soft comfy bed, overhead curtains to open or close for stargazing, fridge, hairdryer, lighted mirror, heated toilet – and spotlessly clean. We slept like a baby.
And finally… stargazing.
This is exactly why I chose this place. We stayed up until 3 AM, completely mesmerized by a sky full of stars like I’ve never seen before. I’ll let the photos I uploaded do the talking. 😁 (I have added the settings I used on iPhone to take the photos, bring a stand and on night mode:30s with exposure adjustment and ProRAW turned on)

„To be honest, I was worried about not sleeping well on my first trip to Xinjiang. I saw this guesthouse online and thought it looked pretty good, but I was a little apprehensive at first. However, when I arrived, it completely met my expectations. The courtyard was very cozy, with various flowers—lilies, peonies, hydrangeas, cherry blossoms, grapevines—and a lovely little gazebo. It was the courtyard of my dreams! The rooms were also very clean, and the place felt warm in winter and cool in summer. Even though it was sunny outside, it was very cool inside. The owners, a husband and wife, are also very passionate about life and incredibly welcoming. This place has definitely been added to my and my friends' must-stay list, and we'll definitely choose it again next time! 😘 Highly recommended for anyone traveling here!”

院子裏的綿綿也超級可愛，兒子特別喜歡！
真的！特克斯八卦城附近這麼好拍的酒店估摸着沒幾個！我可太會挑酒店了！！
房間內設計也特別有心思，看得出來設計師不錯，並且一次性用品也很講究，床墊也很舒服。
衞生：基本每一處都很乾凈，廁所都沒有明顯的黃斑，淋浴花灑都沒有明顯的水垢，真的真的很用心在經營了！
服務：這個更不用説了！還沒入住就收到了體貼的美食攻略，吃好飯一入住，小姐姐就給送上了入住點心和水果，發現還有個拖油瓶兒子立刻又多送上一套洗漱用品。我説馬玉素酸奶太酸了，送來一碗白糖讓我們調節口味！！早上離店又做好了超棒的咖啡送我們！啊啊啊，上哪找這麼人美心善的民宿主理人！大大的推薦！

GGość做了很多功課選住所，最終選擇芬落院，沒想到度過此次出行最開心的一段時光。小樑是一位很颯的女老闆，從伊寧到瓊庫什台的車都是小樑幫安排的，又開車到民宿路口接，真是讓我省心多了。帶我們去烏孫古道，山林采蘑菇。小院的烤肉，早餐，火鍋都好好吃，羊肉很純正，開始還擔心我的玻璃胃，住幾天養的挺好，沒一點不舒服。水電正常使用，這點在瓊庫什台不容易，房間乾淨整潔，窗外就是草原，有秋千有木台休憩，一切都很好。遇見熱情的老闆、員工，遇見三位可愛的住客姑娘，大家一起出遊、吃飯，就像一家人。有機會還會再去瓊庫什台，還會選擇芬落院。

RRakdoiWe had a great stay here at Xinyejian Homestay! The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a radiator and heated bed so we never felt cold at all. The hosts were also friendly, attentive and caring, they responded quickly on WeChat, and helped us arrange for a driver to Qiongkushitai and back to Tekes as we did not drive our own car. They also recommended a very good horseman who brought the horses right to the homestay to begin horse riding to Sunwu Road and Gaoshan Hu. We went in the first week of September and the grass was still green, there are slopes at the back and next to the homestay with occasional grazing sheep, horses and cows to explore. It is at a good location, between the entrance to the back mountains and Qiongkushitai village/ Wusun road, the walk on foot is about 20 minutes each way. The hosts also sent us walking route directions and offered to send us by car to the back mountains, he also picked us up from the village car park on our first day. At night we could see the Milky Way and the stars, and it is very quiet at night. The hosts also prepare a daily breakfast and we ordered a yummy dinner as well on one of our nights there. Would recommend everyone to choose this homestay.

服務：老闆人很好，主動幫忙搬行李，還發來了特克斯經典遊玩項目和當地美食推薦，還會主動提醒天氣讓我們注意保暖帶傘，服務很到位！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
在漫舍民宿的體驗很好！早上還遇到了小貓貓來敲門，如果下次來特克斯玩的話還會選擇這家民宿！

GGość在瓊庫什台的聽嵐山莊住得太舒心了！這裏的景色真的太太驚艷，推窗就是遼闊的草原、遠處的雪山，隨手拍都是不加濾鏡的壁紙，傍晚看夕陽灑在林間，感覺整個人都被治癒了。
更難得的是師傅的服務，從入住到離開都特別貼心周到，會主動幫忙搬行李、介紹周邊玩法，還會熱情地分享當地的小知識，像朋友一樣親切，讓人心裏暖暖的。
下次來瓊庫什台，肯定還選這裏，性價比和體驗感都拉滿！

GGość朋友推薦的是另外一家，結果滿房了，我就攜程自己找了這家，前台小哥是真真真熱情，我們是最後一個入住的，小哥忙前忙後的為我們找車位，拿行李，一手一個行李箱，很感動，房間裏的毛巾用品都是一次性的，一次性浴巾很厚實，廁所很乾凈沒有異味，洗衣房也很乾凈，還有威露士的洗衣消毒液，小院的環境很好，小朋友在裏面隨便玩很放心，院子裏的果樹可以摘着吃，總之很很很滿意哦，帶娃入住很安心，值得滿分推薦！

GGość房間非常整潔，老闆很熱情，入住當天趕上了老闆和朋友們的聚會。吃了一頓大餐，哈哈哈！民宿裝修非常好，很有時代氣息，裏面還有老闆收藏的具有年代風格的藏品。老闆還給我們介紹了當地的民俗風情，好吃的好玩的好看的，比心🫰
我們訂的是雙床房，床超級大！太舒服了！而且洗手間很大，乾濕分離做的非常好，洗澡水很大也很燙，旅途疲憊洗個熱水澡太棒了👍

Great experience during my stay in Tekesi at this hotel. All staff are kind, helpful, and prompt to be of service. I am not Chinese speaking, but they had tried to help for examples: calling the taxi, laundry room advice, and information about the attractions. My single room rate is very good and cheap. It is really worth the money.
Happy and highly comcommended.
