When I walked into the hotel, I feel really great on the hotel decorations and smell good. But after 5 seconds, once I have talked to the receptionist, I feel really bad and disappointed about this hotel. The receptionist talked to me in Chinese, despite she knowed that I'm a foreigner, and when I can't fully understand her, she sighed to me really hard. And still keep talked to me in Chinese very fast. I don't think that the language is the problem. Her attitude to foreigner is a problem. She shouted to me when I told her that I don't have Chinese mobile phone number, and she still keeped asking for the Chinese mobile phone number, and act likes I'm a terrorist. That's really bad. This shows that JI hotel is not ready to serve the foreigner guests, as the hotel did not provide enough training to their staff to deal with foreigner guests. That's the most disappointing for the big hotel likes JI hotel.

首先，我們是26年春節來的，這個時間點很重要 位置：在八卦城偏中心位置，出門各種方便。 環境：外部環境在馬路邊，但春節期間還算比較安靜。內部環境，應該是比較新的酒店，所有東西都相對比較新，乾乾淨淨的。內部房間比較多，如果不喜歡離電梯太遠，一定要提前説。 設施：整體都還可以。提2點：第一，電視機不能直接投屏，必須要下載樂視TV且付費才能投，很讓人不舒服。第二，健身房的器械比較新，適當的可以上點機油，用起來就會比較順。 服務：整體不錯。保安大哥們辛苦啦！

必須給這家酒店好評！進門第一感覺就是乾淨，死角都打理得很利落。房間採光通風很好，空調製熱/製冷效果棒，被子曬得暖暖的。保潔阿姨做事細心，有需求響應及時。早餐品類豐富、食材新鮮，吃得很舒心。整體性價比遠超預期，住着安心又舒服～

這次旅行住到這家民宿真的太驚喜了，完全超出預期！ 位置特別好找，周邊安靜不吵鬧，出行也很方便，不管是逛街還是吃飯都不用走太遠。一進門就被環境吸引，裝修温馨又有格調，細節佈置得很用心，看得出來房東很有審美。 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，洗漱用品齊全，採光和通風都很好，住起來特別安心。房東人超級熱情貼心，提前溝通入住事宜，有問題回覆都很及時，還會貼心推薦當地好吃好玩的地方，服務真的滿分，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。 整體體驗感拉滿，性價比超高，住得舒心又放鬆，完全沒有踩雷。以後再來這邊，一定會首選這家民宿，真心推薦給大家，不管是朋友出行、家庭出遊還是獨自旅行都很合適，絕對是一次超棒的住宿體驗！

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a very comfortable stay. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance. During April when we stayed in, breakfast wasn’t available.

This yurts and wooden cabins hotel is quite unique, nestled on a hilltop right next to the self-driving east gate of the Kalajun scenic area, so the location is great. The views are absolutely stunning, with the entire Kalajun Valley meadow stretching out before you. The full-length windows in the rooms are also top-notch. There are even three adorable little lambs in the common area. Due to infrastructure limitations, the room size isn't huge, and the electric water heater only provides hot water for 20 minutes before needing to reheat. However, these are acceptable compromises. The hardware itself deserves praise; I wouldn't even mind if it wasn't fully renovated. BUT, the biggest issue is: is this establishment operating as a guesthouse or a hotel? It's affiliated with LICHEN Hotels, but the service is completely unlike a hotel. While the front desk and restaurant staff were working diligently, other staff members on the sofa seemed to be slacking off, laughing and chatting. Slacking off shouldn't happen in a hotel's public areas; this is a matter of attitude. The paths to the rooms are unpaved, and luggage is transported by small tricycles. During the day, staff members didn't greet guests and simply walked past like strangers. At night, there was even suspected noise from a party. Staff were having a private barbecue nearby, which wasn't open to guests – just for employees. This is so unprofessional, folks! What can I say! I bet the boss holds morning meetings, but they're clearly useless, as nobody seems to have learned anything. Oh, and by the way, I don't really expect this review to lead to improvements, but for future guests, please lower your expectations to have a better experience. Sincerely.

One of my besy hotel for the trip. Easy check in. Easy to find. Quiet and lots of parking space. Breakfast is super good and variety. Room is very clean and big.

超級無敵喜歡這個酒店誒！！！酒店在特克斯中心位置，離太極壇，離街都比較近，位置比較便利，出門有手抓飯餐廳，距離超市，農貿市場也都不遠，能吃一些當地特色。 衞生：還不錯，之後來也會考慮入住。 服務：前台的少數民族小姑娘都特別熱情，介紹了當地的美食，好玩的，還能洗衣服，這個特別好，正好衣服臟了～
