Had an awesome stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the great service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

My first time staying at this type of hostel was interesting to say the least, a new person came into our room and this where the nightmare begun. He proceeded to enter at 2am making as much noise as possible when he finally managed to lie down in his bed which was next to mine all I could hear him saying was “do not rape, do not kill” continuously for 5minutes. He smelt like alcohol and then decided to play with my curtain and open it when I asked him if he’s alright and then he left the room. When he reentered the room 5minutes later he walked around before trying to get into my bed when I got spooked switched on the light and told him politely to piss off. He then said sorry wrong bed. He carried on speaking to himself in bed before trying to leave the room not before stumbling around the room. He then reentered a second time and tried to open my curtain and enter my bed again. I was woken up at 2:30am and then again at 3:30am and then at 4:50 am trying to enter my bed for a 3rd time saying “oh yeah wrong bed” now I’m sure this is a one off occurrence but I don’t usually stay at hostels and to experience this on one of my first stays at this place is crazy. Breakfast was fine—if you overlook the stale pancake. Day one, I got three pieces. Day two, only two. At this rate, by day three I’ll be fighting for my single, lonely slice.

An amazing property with all its colonial charm - the reception , bar and pool area are amazing. The room is comfortable , air conditioning quiet and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location really convenient. Recommend for a day or two of relaxation

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w hostelu Vientiane BB i byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. To idealna opcja dla podróżnych szukających niedrogiego, ale przytulnego i wygodnego hostelu w sercu stolicy Laosu. Po przyjeździe zostałem mile zaskoczony przez przyjazny personel. Zostałem powitany z uśmiechem w recepcji, szybko się zameldowałem i pokazano mi wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Personel mówi po angielsku, co jest bardzo wygodne dla gości zagranicznych, i zawsze jest gotowy pomóc w razie jakichkolwiek pytań, czy to porady dotyczące wycieczek, czy pomocy w transporcie. Zatrzymałem się sam w pokoju Deluxe i mogę powiedzieć, że był to doskonały wybór. Pokój był czysty, przestronny i bardzo przytulny. Łóżko było wygodne, ze świeżą pościelą. Pokój miał klimatyzację, co jest niezbędne w gorącym klimacie, i małą, ale wygodną łazienkę. Śniadania w hostelu były również atrakcją. Każdego dnia możesz wybrać między omletem, jajkami sadzonymi i dwoma tostami. Wszystko jest serwowane świeże i gorące, co sprawia, że ​​jest to świetny sposób na rozpoczęcie dnia. Dodatkowo kawa i herbata są dostępne bezpłatnie o każdej porze dnia, co dodaje gościom dodatkowego poziomu komfortu. Hostel ma również świetną wspólną przestrzeń, w której można odpocząć, skorzystać ze stabilnego Wi-Fi lub porozmawiać z innymi gośćmi. Atmosfera jest spokojna i przyjazna, co tworzy poczucie ciepła i gościnności. Kolejną ważną zaletą jest lokalizacja hostelu. It's a nice hotel in a good location, the room is not bad, good breakfast and has a small pool and deckchairs for relaxing. They also do scooter/ motorbike rentals.

It's very convenient for transportation, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. There's a large supermarket downstairs. The room is spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen—perfect for long stays. I'm quite satisfied.

韓國酒店。都是韓國團隊。設施齊全，但是衞生需要改進。環境一般般，位置偏僻。離市區遠。酒店後方是爛尾樓和空草地。服務一般，不會中文，會韓語，所以有語言需求的不建議選擇。早餐韓式，有泡菜。

⭐︎設備⚪︎ ⭐︎スタッフも⚪︎ 日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。 フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。 昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。 予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。 シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。 流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。 シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。 ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。 レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。 フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。 私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、 14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、 まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、 慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に　もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗 準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑 コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。 掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。 彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、 （因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした） 荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。 藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。 でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、 空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。 シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に スタッフが　（シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜　と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？ 私の勘違い！？ 六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと 15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。 5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。 で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで 頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。 アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて　？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑 まぁ安いのでいいんですが。 アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。 因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので 帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、 そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。 ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる） あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。 ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、 バルコニーは素敵だった！

The room also had a safe, which was a great addition for storing valuables, giving me peace of mind during my stay. Bathroom: The bathroom was good for me. It was big, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries. The shower had hot water be careful and the overall design felt nice. It was a refreshing space to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good range of options to suit different tastes. There was a mix of local Lao dishes and international favorites, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and cereals. The quality of the food was very good, and the dining area was pleasant and well-maintained. It was a great way to start the day. Staff: The staff at Central Vientiane Hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Overall Experience: My stay at Central Vientiane Hotel was enjoyable. The combination of a large, comfortable room, a big and clean bathroom, a varied breakfast, and the attentive staff made it a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane, whether for business or leisure. It offers great value for money, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
