吊牀有意思，酒店房間有特色，是可以去體驗一下的，集團還有米其林餐廳需要提前郵件預約，海灘在馬路對面酒店，很近無障礙。早餐就是常規的國外酒店，水果，奶，炒雞蛋，麪包，咖啡平平無奇，但那邊酒店早餐都一樣。

Very good location. Samy at reception was amazing! Hotel was fabulous and security made us feel very safe and welcome. Only negative was the charge for the small bit of make up on towels. However, would recommend if you want to stay in downtown Tulum

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish. We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic. Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants. We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant). Both were good, but Autor stood out. Would return for sure.

Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast

Very nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very helpful and kind and always happy to help and quick to respond for every request.

Szkoda, że ​​tak piękny obiekt ze wspaniałą plażą jest tak czysto prowadzony! Przeczytaj inne złe recenzje dotyczące usługi, nie sądziłem, że to naprawdę może być zła 1 gwiazdka. O tak, całkowicie tak było! 1. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu personel nie mówił po angielsku. Z wyjątkiem pracownika recepcji. 2. Nie mogliśmy nawet zamówić posiłku! Hotel był bardzo powolny, nie było gości, a mimo to musieliśmy czekać średnio 45 minut. Jedna noc na 1,5 godziny na prosty posiłek dla 2 osób. Zachęcali do składania zamówień online, ponieważ nie było kelnerów. Ale wtedy też nikt nie odpowiedział na zamówienia online. W porze lunchu widziałem faceta z kuchni czyściącego chwasty morskie na plaży, w wyniku czego zamówienie na lunch nie zostało złożone. I to trwa i trwa. Znalazłem znacznie lepsze miejsca do jedzenia poza hotelem i bardzo dobrą obsługą (np. El Tabano 0,3 km). 3. Wszystko jest zawyżone, co już wiedzieliśmy, więc oczekiwaliśmy minimalnej przyzwoitej usługi, więc warto. Tak się nie stało. 4. Niegrzeczny, nie przepraszający, niechętny personel. (Być może bariera językowa). Kilka razy podróżowałem do Meksyku, w okolice Cancun. Nigdy nie miałem problemu! To było dziwne miejsce. Nie poleciłbym tego ze względu na obsługę.

Beautiful hotel!! Spent an amazing week in a villa with my husband and we will never forget it. Our room was leaking a bit with the rain. Overall a wonderful experience. The museum was beautiful and the other location was well worth the drive to visit if you have a car.
