We had a great time! Plenty of activities to do in plenty of things to see oh just a wonderful location. My only complaint is I was in Kassav four and the ice machine was never repaired the week I was there. I have to make that statement because it’s such an inconvenience to go to the other castles or qualifies so it’s all a complaint,

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish. We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic. Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants. We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant). Both were good, but Autor stood out. Would return for sure.

Had a great time, has a little gym which was a nice surprise, and a little kids play area on the beach. Service was excellent, highly recommend Wiliam our server at breakfast

Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.

The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

Pięknie zaprojektowany hotel buticzny. Miał piękny duży i czysty pokój. Pływanie jest wspaniałe, ale może użyć kilku łopatek, aby usunąć upadłe liści. Pracownicy świecili jasno z ich nieobecności, śniadanie w 8.00 nie miało miejsca, ale znacznie później ... Oferta klubu plaży nie jest naprawdę darmowa, i potrzebuje samodzielnie opłaconej usługi taksówki. W końcu poszedłem na plażę własną ręką. Woda morska była ogromna, więc wszystko to razem sprawiło, że przenieśli mnie do innych miejsc. Niezwrotny hotel więc bądźcie świadomi!

We were very satisfied with our family stay at Holiday Inn Tulum. The pool-view room was a good base for our three nights in Tulum, and the hotel had the facilities our group needed during the trip. The stay fit our itinerary well and was a comfortable place to return to after exploring the area. Overall, a positive experience for a family visit to Tulum.

Hotel był bardzo powolny, nie było gości, a mimo to musieliśmy czekać średnio 45 minut. Jedna noc na 1,5 godziny na prosty posiłek dla 2 osób. Zachęcali do składania zamówień online, ponieważ nie było kelnerów. Ale wtedy też nikt nie odpowiedział na zamówienia online. W porze lunchu widziałem faceta z kuchni czyściącego chwasty morskie na plaży, w wyniku czego zamówienie na lunch nie zostało złożone. I to trwa i trwa. Znalazłem znacznie lepsze miejsca do jedzenia poza hotelem i bardzo dobrą obsługą (np. El Tabano 0,3 km). 3. Wszystko jest zawyżone, co już wiedzieliśmy, więc oczekiwaliśmy minimalnej przyzwoitej usługi, więc warto. Tak się nie stało. 4. Niegrzeczny, nie przepraszający, niechętny personel. (Być może bariera językowa). Kilka razy podróżowałem do Meksyku, w okolice Cancun. Nigdy nie miałem problemu! To było dziwne miejsce. Nie poleciłbym tego ze względu na obsługę.

Beautiful hotel!! Spent an amazing week in a villa with my husband and we will never forget it. Our room was leaking a bit with the rain. Overall a wonderful experience. The museum was beautiful and the other location was well worth the drive to visit if you have a car.

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you. My rating does not include the quality of food...
