„We stayed here as a couple and the location is 5/5—absolutely perfect if you are in Shenzhen to explore the electronics markets. On our first day, the Reception Manager, Winnie, provided amazing service that made us feel very welcome. The cleaning staff were also consistently warm and friendly throughout our stay. However, we had mixed feelings about the rest of the reception team. A few things to note: the laundry area feels a bit like an afterthought—it’s outdoors, unsheltered, dim, and shared with a smoking area, which isn't ideal. Also, the carpet is quite thick, making it a bit of a struggle to roll heavy luggage. Overall, for the price and the prime location, it’s a great choice for tech enthusiasts, though the facilities could use a few tweaks.”

Personel był niezwykle serdeczny i troskliwy, zawsze gotowy do pomocy, ale nigdy nachalny. Mój pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, pięknie zaprojektowany i zaskakująco cichy – idealne miejsce na relaks po długim dniu spędzonym na świeżym powietrzu. Detale naprawdę się wyróżniały: wygodna pościel, świetne ciśnienie wody i te drobne detale w pokoju, które sprawiały, że czułem się wyjątkowo. Lokalizacja również była bardzo dogodna. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo, relaksująco i szczerze mówiąc, przewyższył moje oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałabym się tu ponownie i gorąco polecam hotel Jianguo Hidden Hotel każdemu, kto szuka komfortu z nutą uroku.”

„Fantastic shower and toilet! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful service… including the robot maid ❤️ Only downside was the small breakfast buffet selection and a lot of it was too greasy. But the glutinous chicken rice dumplings was very nice and coffee was good 👍 not a problem if you just want fruit and toast with  some coffee.”

Po raz pierwszy muszę stać w kolejce po posiłek. **Byłem w wielu hotelach i salonach executive, w tym w kilku hotelach Shangri-La, ale pierwszy raz spotkałem się z czymś takim, a hotel poinformował mnie, że hotel jest zwykle pełny, więc dlaczego tak jest Klub Horizon nie został powiększony, bo jest zawsze pełny, czy też zmniejszyć liczbę sal w Klubie Horizon, a kolacja trwa tylko dwie godziny? W salonie Executive Lounge panuje tłok jak na mokrym targu, a na stolik trzeba czekać w kolejce Ponadto przycisk toalety w pokoju znajduje się w ścianie bezpośrednio nad toaletą, a projekt jest bardzo nierozsądny; za każdym razem, gdy spuszczasz wodę, musisz sięgnąć za deskę sedesową i nacisnąć go! ! ! Podsumowanie: 1) Zdecydowanie nie jest to zalecane dla gości, którzy potrzebują prywatnej przestrzeni w salonie. 2) Zaleca się, aby hotel dostosował liczbę pokoi w salonie executive, aby zapewnić prywatność. Zaleca się także zmianę umiejscowienia przycisku toalety w pomieszczeniu.”

„The MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay, nestled in the Prince Bay coastal area of Shekou, is Shenzhen's newly established luxury coastal landmark. The hotel is surrounded by the sea on three sides, offering direct views of the expansive bay. In the evenings, as the lights come on, the illuminated buildings and the twilight sea create an incredibly atmospheric scene. From the high-altitude terrace, you can enjoy panoramic views of the harbor, the pier, and the city skyline. With magnificent sea views on one side and urban prosperity on the other, it perfectly integrates coastal relaxation with city life. As a high-end hotel on Shenzhen's west coast, it complements the commercial facilities of Shekou's coastal area, becoming a new destination for leisure and travel. Under the night sky, it truly showcases the modern charm of a coastal metropolis. I must particularly mention the hotel's service. The day before check-in, a dedicated staff member reached out to me, thoroughly detailing the hotel's facilities. Tinny from the guest services team was very attentive. Specifically, upon learning that our visit coincided with our wedding anniversary, she even secretly arranged a surprise for us. After checking in, a heartfelt card and a celebratory cake were directly delivered to our room – incredibly thoughtful! Thumbs up! Dining at the hotel's 32nd floor for dinner was a delight, offering a commanding view of the beautiful scenery. Enjoying delicious food while taking in the views was truly a pleasure! The hotel's buffet breakfast, located in the 6th-floor lobby, was of excellent quality with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was attentive. The hotel's accompanying swimming pool and 24-hour gym were both in good condition, and the pool water quality was excellent. MARK WU and ALISON LI, guest relations managers at the front desk, both provided patient and enthusiastic service. Finally, I want to mention the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer, Ah Hong, was superb! In just half an hour, he captured many beautiful and outstanding photos! Summary: The MGM Shenzhen Prince Bay, in just two nights and three days, left us with wonderful memories. We are grateful for all the caring service provided by the hotel!”

Następnego dnia śniadanie jest bezpłatne i jest tak wiele opcji do wyboru. Zadbali o to, aby wszystko było świeże i uzupełniane. Obsługa sprzątająca również była przemiła. Nie opuściłam pokoju przed 16:00, a recepcjonistka zauważyła to, gdy wychodziłam, i zapytała, czy potrzebuję posprzątać pokój przed powrotem. Był drobny problem z moim pokojem i kiedy powiedziałam o tym recepcjonistce, natychmiast wysłali technika, aby go rozwiązać. Jestem pod wrażeniem ich szybkości reakcji i sprawności. Ulica wokół hotelu oferuje mnóstwo lokali gastronomicznych. Hotel znajduje się w promieniu 10 minut spacerem od centrum handlowego. Nie mogę się doczekać, żeby tam wrócić, dziękuję. Gorąco polecam!”
