Amazing stay, very clean rooms, nice continental breakfast, very affordable price. Also, the reception staff made sure we were warmly welcomed. Have shuttle service to the airport though we did not use it as we had rented a car.

It’s an older hotel so don’t expect much but the room was clean and quite! 
I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed the facilities that were offered (gym, pool, parking lot), as well as the amazing housekeepers and fantastic front desk representatives. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was offered every morning; that was honestly a plus and it always started off my morning right. The only concern that I had was that I saw baby roaches in my room, twice. They were crawling on the nightstand by the beds. One of them got away and I killed another one (maybe it was the same one, I don't know, I'm not sure). But that was quite unsettling. Aside from that, the place was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

In San Antonio for our son’s basketball tournament and choose Best Western based on the reviews. Completely SATISFIED!! Front desk staff friendly, very nice and helpful! Our room had plenty of space and it was very very clean! Our bathroom was big, very clean and the shower pressure great! Our son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit! And we loved their Christmas decorations! I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Good and very comfortable. The stuff and breakfast is awesome.
No slippers and teeth brushes so don’t forget to bring by yourself.
Also free cafe taste great and serve for 24 hrs. Recommend to all of you !!!!!

It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

청결이 많이 부족한 노후된 호텔입니다 청결에 좀더 신경써주셨으면ㅎㅎ

The room has everything needed for the two of us. It's spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good and fresh. The most important thing is that it's very convenient to go anywhere. There is also a very nice Sichuan restaurant nearby. The service at the front desk is excellent. Everything is in English with no communication barriers.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.  Blisko linii metra nr 1.
Wiele restauracji. 
Pokój jest trochę mały.
Mała winda, maks. 2 osoby.

まず清潔度に関して。部屋は全体的に綺麗なのですがとても臭かったです。毎回換気をして部屋を出ても臭いは取れず困りました。ロケーションに関してはメトロも近いしバス停も近かったので良かったと思います。サービスに関して。フロントのスタッフの態度はあまり良くなかったです。愛想が悪いというより、すごく最低限の会話という感じです。あとチェックアウト後に荷物を預けており、午後に取りに行くとフロントのスタッフが代わっていました。なのでそのスタッフに荷物を引き取りたいと申し出ると｢私は知らないから自分で荷物は取り出して｣と言われ、荷物の場所も分からないまま探すはめになりました。荷物の管理の仕方もどうかと思います。設備、アメニティに関しても、水は最初の1日のみで補充はないし、カップも洗われていないし、ポット替わりのコーヒーメーカーも掃除されてないのでお湯を出したらコーヒーの残りカスと一緒に茶色いお湯となって出てきました。部屋もすごく狭くスーツケースを2つ広げるにはスペースがなかったのでベッドの上で開けていました。リピはないと思います。

Les commentaires et la note générale ne font pas honneur à cet établissement qui est plus que très correct. Certains hôtels quatre étoiles à Paris valent moins d’étoiles que celui-ci. Le personnel est très affable, les chambres sont propres et décorées avec goût, c’est très confortable et l’essentiel y est. Je recommande sincèrement.

Little cozy hotel.  But! The moment you come up to your room you see heavy scaffolding being erected against the front of the hotel and that makes your Paris views. Plus the workers walk by your window. Plus they need to drill some holes in the walls to keep the scaffolding from falling. Traveler - have a nice rest after a long long flight to Paris! Enjoy the views and pray that nothing falls on your head when entering or leaving the hotel. 
The rooms now should go at 50% discount or at least the clients should be notified when booking on trip.com
