The front desk is friendly and polite. They say good morning to customers. Location is perfect if you have conference in the Hilton and Hyatt convention center.
But the building and decorations are truly old. There are some machine noises, maybe from water promo, all day and night along, cannot sleep without earplugs.

This was an absolute find. The staff was friendly, the building clean and close to shopping and food, and it was a short distance from downtown. Would recommend!

We had got one of the deluxe king rooms and it was nice and clean. The price was also amazing for what we got.

Very good location to many places in Houston, and old facility, elevator is gotten back now, good for long term stay.
Depends on the locations and demands of the travelers.
