They only clean your room every 3rd day and there is zero flexibility on what time they can come - zero exceptions even if you have a baby. Checkout time strictly 10 am, additional time is 4400 JPY per hour. Zero flexibility. 5 laundry machines for the entire hotel means I was doing laundry til 2am to get access. 2 massage places with going rates at 9000-9500 JPY per hour.

The hotel staff are generally helpful. Hotel is accessible to train station, bus interchange, eateries, local market, and malls. There is also a lovely neighborhood park with a lake nestled in Kichijoji. Our family enjoyed exploring the small shophouses lined along small streets in the vicinity. Was surprised to stumble upon several thrift shops and 2nd hand electronic store.

Overall room is generally clean but our bathroom had a strong stench of urine hence, giving 4* rating for cleanliness. Location is good is 5*. One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because the pickup point for the express limousine bus to Haneda airport is just a stone throw from hotel.

Funkcjonalny hotel.

The hotel's location is not particularly easy to find. I have put the photo of the main entrance in the comments. I hope the hotel can have a more eye-catching sign. This is a great choice for traveling alone. The polenta in the hotel restaurant suits my taste very well. The restaurant is located on a higher floor and has a good view.

Fantastic location just a cross road away from Shibuya Station , and a hop and skip away from Hachiko statue and Shibuya crossing. We got in via Narita Express and dragged our luggage across the street to the hotel which was easy to find once you spot Bic Camera and McDonalds. Room was tiny but still very comfy and does the job if you wanted to be very close to the train station. Very quiet too so we slept very well. Plenty of amenities including laundry machine and dryers. Great spot for shopping and eating. Highly recommended if you don't mind small rooms.

We liked this hotel is near at the subway and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. But We traveled with our 2 babies 3y/o and 7months and we used a lots of clothes and this hotel don’t have a washing machine 😞. They offer laundry in house but it’s expensive. And then they gave us a 2 twins bed and push it together but didn’t put anything in the middle so my 7 months old baby got stuck in the middle all the time 😞.

The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.

The room is nice but there is no bathtub in the room which is not convenient for us because we have small children with us. The hangers in the entrance right side were covered with dust. There were coffee and water in the room since we have children we hope to have juice for the kids too.
The breakfast was very good, the cook and servers are very polite. The bread and miso soup was very good.

Hotel położony jest w centralnej dzielnicy rządowej Tokio, stolicy Japonii. Dosłowne tłumaczenie nazwy powinno brzmieć Japan Capital Congress Hotel. Obiekt sąsiaduje z japońskim parlamentem i oficjalną rezydencją premiera.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.
The location is very close to city center , making it very convenient to get around.
The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo.

Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki.

The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻

We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)

It’s my third visit to The Park Front Hotel! This time my whole family stayed here for two nights and it was another wonderful stay💖 The hotel is really great if you are visiting USJ and I highly recommend it. I will surely visit again when visiting Osaka👍 See you next time!

The Osaka Tokyu Rei Hotel is ideally located near lots of restaurants and nightlife.  This is a businessman hotel, so the rooms are a bit small, but they have everything you need and were comfortable.  The Tokyu Rei Hotel is also a 10-minute walk to the Hanshin-Umeda station and the Hankyu-Umeda station so it's well positioned to travel to other parts of the Osaka area.

Hotel room is nice, clean and spacious. Hotel staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is nice breakfast as well, with options for western/Japanese style breakfast, fresh fruits etc. Location-wise, it’s a bit further away from Dotonburi, but still very walkable and close to the metrostation.
