Nie tylko pokój był idealny, ale pracownicy byli pomocni w absolutnie wszystko. Urządzają samochody dla Ciebie z i do lotniska lub innych atrakcji turystycznych w mieście, , pomagają z Twoich walizek, i zawsze mają foo, przekąski i napoje dla Ciebie kiedy tylko chcesz. Poza tym, i to jest powód, dla którego myślę, że pracownicy są naprawdę wyjątkowi, pomogli mi odzyskać moją zgubioną walizkę z lotniska po przybyciu do hotelu, i nie musiałem się o nic martwić. Pomogli mi również zarezerwować bilety na górę śnieżną i potwierdzić lokalizacje DIDI. Zamówili również lekarstwo ze apteki, bo nie wiedziałem, jak to zrobić. I wreszcie, są one naprawdę najsłodszymi ludźmi, które kiedykolwiek spotkasz, i tak bardzo pomocne. Polecam ten hotel 1000000%.”

„I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.”

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the service the team provided was impeccable - it was really easy to reach out to them via WeChat and they will always try their best to fulfil our requests, from arranging transport to and from the train station, to preparing portable breakfast before our hikes to Yulong Snow Mountain. The food at the restaurant was all made with fresh local produce and meat too, and we enjoyed all the meals that we had there. Let’s not forget the private hot spring tub, it’s so relaxing to have this available throughout the stay! Overall a really incredible stay, hoping to come back again!”

„Overall, a great stay to explore nearby attractions. The interior has a nice mix of Chinese style and modern features. The room and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped—with a heated toilet seat, disposable towels, and air-conditioning. You can relax in the public area with a pot of tea. Breakfast is simple but tasty. I enjoyed their local noodles, bread and fruit tea. Just note that the dining area is a bit small. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Baisha Old Town. On the way you will find a convenience store with fruit and grocery, local eateries, and a restaurant called 绿也 nearby. It seems a bit pricey for the average service, but good for afternoon tea and dessert after exploring the old town. You can also take a short cab ride to 牧羊咖啡, a lovely café with a garden—great for relaxing while watching the snow mountains. Besides u can find interesting cafes, western bakery, Wine store, soaps, ice-cream made from yunnan tea, and artistic decos in the old town.”

„This trip to Lijiang was all about relaxing. The moment I opened the curtains, there was Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. I could even see the 'golden glow' on the mountain peaks from my bed as soon as I woke up. Beautiful views, afternoon tea, and the breakfast and coffee were absolutely fantastic. They even had a 'goodnight dessert'! They really took great care of me. The public areas were so photogenic, every shot looked amazing. It's also very close to Baisha Ancient Town. The butler service was super attentive too. I truly enjoyed my trip.”

„First, the location is great; you can get there directly by taxi, so no dragging your luggage around, which is super convenient. I arrived very late at night, but the innkeeper was waiting for me, helped me with my luggage, showed me to my room, and told me about nearby attractions. He even turned on the heating for me beforehand, which made it feel so much like coming home. The hotel's decor has its own unique style, it's clean, and all the amenities are provided. It's also very convenient for visiting the Snow Mountain and Baisha. The rooftop viewing platform offers amazing photo opportunities of the Snow Mountain. Plus, Baisha Ancient Town is very peaceful, and you can see the Snow Mountain just by walking around. It’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.”

Welcome fruits, complimentary breakfast and gifts are so thoughtful. I get to taste local snack, fruit and delicacies. „Ten eksperyment z pobytu w hotelu jest nieoczekiwany, należy polecić wadę! Ogólna kryjówka jest czysta i wygodna, a także czuła się bardzo atmosferycznie. Największą niespodzianką jest to, że widok jest szczególnie dobry. Dzięki szczęściu, że widziałem góry Słońca, widok na rano jest naprawdę niezapomniany. Pokoje są szerokie i jasne, ładne, mieszkają bardzo wygodnie, bez emocji. Szef i pracownicy są bardzo uprzejmi i mili, mają szczególne czujności, mogą pomóc w rozwiązywaniu problemów w odpowiednim czasie, a także mają łatwe dojazdy do Bishagu, łatwe do podróży. Cały czas czułem się łatwy i szczęśliwy. Byłem bardzo cenny. Możemy tu wrócić następnym razem.”
