„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the service the team provided was impeccable - it was really easy to reach out to them via WeChat and they will always try their best to fulfil our requests, from arranging transport to and from the train station, to preparing portable breakfast before our hikes to Yulong Snow Mountain. The food at the restaurant was all made with fresh local produce and meat too, and we enjoyed all the meals that we had there. Let’s not forget the private hot spring tub, it’s so relaxing to have this available throughout the stay! Overall a really incredible stay, hoping to come back again!”

„Highly highly recommend this stay. One of the best hotel stay i ever had. Hotel was super clean and new, as advertised on the photograph. Fantastic view of the mountain. Room facilities were superb, there was really nothing i could have asked for better. The most outstanding aspect is the service. As foreigners in china, we relied almost exclusively on the front desk for everything. Its like having a 24hr concierge/ butler. They booked drivers for us, helped us find cheaper alternatives, even offered to cook for us outside office hours because we are coming back late. You will be send to and fro the baisha old town via a buggee with no waiting time at all. Every night, there is a campfire, BBQ ,fireworks exclusively for the hotel guess. For ppl with kids, they have cute little lambs around their yard (cordon off but accessible).”

„The cabin itself is stunning: sleek, warm, and thoughtfully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mountain like a living painting. Everything felt new, clean, and incredibly cozy. But honestly? The real beauty of this place wasn't in the interiors or the view, it was in the people. The hospitality we received was unlike anything I've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we weren't treated like guests. We were treated like family. The hosts were so genuinely warm, so deeply caring, that I kept asking myself: are all Yunnan people this kind? The sweetest moment came every morning at breakfast. A lovely grandmother from the kitchen would appear with a bowl of her homemade noodles, the most delicious, soul-warming noodles I've ever tasted. She didn't speak much, but her smile said everything. You could feel that she made them with love, just for us. It reminded me of breakfast at my own grandmother's house. They checked on us without being intrusive, made sure we had everything we needed, and every small gesture came straight from the heart. I came in with no expectations about Yunnan's people. I left with a deep belief that the people here have some of the warmest hearts I've ever known. Staying here didn't just give us a beautiful cabin with a mountain view, it gave us a memory of human warmth that will stay with us for a very long time.”

„This guesthouse is absolutely stunning, with a truly genuine service philosophy. You can enjoy a private hot spring bath while watching the sunrise over the golden mountains. Both the facilities and service easily rival a star-rated hotel. I loved the personal afternoon tea, choosing my favorite essential oils for the diffuser, watching the three cats, and sipping on drinks made by the handsome guy working there – it was incredibly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the material of the bathrobes, the starry ceiling hidden above, the USB-C charging ports on both sides of the bed, and the candles tucked away next to the private hot spring. Every detail reflects the beautiful owner's ingenuity. My friend accidentally left a souvenir I bought at the hotel, and the owner immediately arranged for it to be couriered to my home. Huge thanks to the owner for saving my friend's life (and my souvenir)! I didn't get enough of Yunnan, and I'll definitely be back to Lijiang. Leng Bai will absolutely be my top choice for accommodation again. BTW, if you love Maine Coons, don't miss General! The cats are super cute!”

„My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views. First of all, the staff were exceptional – they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They are also warm and friendly. The lady boss took photos for us and offered us drinks every night. Breakfast and afternoon tea was provided everyday. Any concerns will be attended to via our wechat group. Secondly, The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, but the highlight has to be the bathtub with a view. The standalone bathtub overlooking the landscape was the ultimate touch of luxury and relaxation — it’s like having a private spa with nature as your backdrop. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the stunning mountain view every morning felt surreal. Besides that, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet – perfect for unwinding. I would totally recommend it and will be returning for sure!”

„To shake off the drudgery and fatigue of work, I deliberately chose a hot spring homestay during my trip to Lijiang. The hot spring water is pure natural, and each room comes with a private bath. I soaked in the steaming hot springs at night. Looking up, I could see the clear, starry sky of Lijiang. During the day, I could even see the snow-capped mountains not far away. The romance was unparalleled, and I was completely blown away by the soak. I instantly understood what ”slow living” means. The courtyard was filled with cacti that resembled fox tails, earning them the name ”Nine-Tailed Fox.” Their plump appearance showed they were carefully cared for. (Children should be careful not to touch them; the tiny thorns can easily prick them.) This added to the homestay's secluded atmosphere! 📍 Location: Not far from the Old Town, a 10-minute taxi ride, quiet and convenient. Explore the Old Town during the day, return in the evening to watch the sunset over the snow-capped mountains, and soak in the hot springs at night to daydream. This is what vacation means, this is the ultimate sense of relaxation.”

„My trip to Lijiang was impromptu, and the reason I booked this hotel was simply because of a very basic need: I wanted a quiet, private, and undisturbed courtyard where I could enjoy a quiet drink while facing the snow-capped mountains, whiling away a moment of peace. If many hotels use ”design language” to construct a lie about privacy, then Tangting's first impression was one of solidified confidence built on a sense of ”appropriateness.” Before arrival, General Manager Amy's inquiry was polite and restrained, without being overly enthusiastic or intrusive; on the day of check-in, the founder, Brother Qingshan, personally drove to pick me up, his composure not showing obsequiousness, but rather like an old friend meeting. The journey wasn't far, we chatted a lot, and I was surprised to find out he was the first Ctrip customer, which felt like fate. The moment I opened the door, I understood what ”composure” truly meant. In the center of the lobby, the ancient tea tree was not just for show; under the dappled sunlight of the courtyard, it created an almost Zen-like order. At the warm invitation of Qingshan and Amy, we sampled the flavor of this century-old tea tree. It wasn't superficial; it was a testament to the sedimentation of time. Upon entering the room, a breathtaking panorama of snow-capped mountains unfolded before our eyes. The surrounding birdsong and insect chirps confirmed the saying: true seclusion isn't about hiding in the mountains, but about standing by the window and the world automatically turning down its volume for you. Some hotels sell bricks and antique furnishings, but Tangting sells a ”privilege” that allows for complete relaxation. This surprise reached its peak after nightfall. Bartender Xiao Boyu seemed to understand how to extract the soul of the night. The drink he personally crafted was unexpectedly amazing—a perfect balance of sweet and sour, with a finish that held the unique intensity and gentleness of Lijiang. One sip, and I realized that true ”seclusion” also requires this touch of intoxication to complete the experience. Noble without tranquility is merely a noisy dwelling; extravagance without moderation ultimately leads to vulgarity. True luxury isn't about the price tag, but about feeling a sense of peace and tranquility once you step inside. Last night, I enjoyed drinks with Qingshan and Xiaoboyu, and in the midst of our lively conversation, a sudden realization dawned on me. As Qingshan said, the best state in this world can be summed up in four words: just right. And this is precisely the most precious quality of Tangting.”

„I recently had the pleasure of staying at Logee Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. Originally chose the Inn for its proximity to a private kitchen/fine dining, the inn surpassed my expectations. Location: Logee Inn is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Baisha, an easy 10minute walk or the lovely manager happily dropped us off and picked us up. Accommodations: The rooms are beautiful with large windows and direct view of Yulong Snow Mountain. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher-grade room, which featured a large roof terrace. The view of the mountains from the large windows was amazing, adding to the overall charm of our stay. This room also included unlimited barista coffee, which was a delightful treat! Service: The service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or any needs. The hotel manager even offered to drop us off and pick us up from Baisha Old Town. Evening Experience: One of the highlights was the evening atmosphere—they lit a fire in the back garden, creating a cozy space to unwind. Dining: The breakfast options were hearty and delicious, offering both Western and Chinese breakfast sets that catered to all tastes, with rice noodles as well as croissants and Americanos. Overall Experience: I highly recommend Logee Inn for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Baisha. The scenery and peacefulness and service was amazing.”
