„Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area.”

„My room selection was very spacious and it was great to see that I had a huge refrigerator and an entire kitchen area to myself, giving me the choice to cook for myself as all the necessary utensils were provided; this was similar to an Airbnb offer.
The swimming pool area was quiet and beautiful, I had it all to myself.
However, my problem was that customer service at the front desk offered poor service and had a nonchalant behavior ie my flight was late afternoon & I asked if I could stay for an extra 2hrs because check out was at 12pm and I didn't mind paying the fee based on a time basis but then she stated that I have to pay a full half day fee which is 12hrs fee which was ridiculous so I declined.
Went down to the lobby and waited there for the 2hrs after which I asked if I could use the restroom then I was told it was out of use.
Can you imagine that after spending so many days and money at the hotel but was refused to their restroom upon leaving.”

Ttats618We enjoyed the complimentary cake and the free room upgrade we got plus the complete amenities. The breakfast buffet food could be improved a little in terms of flavor, but we did love their pastries (especially the Danish)! The pool was alright but a bit too chaotic for our liking considering there were lots of kids playing around. The staff was very kind and we got to check in faster than we expected (only 7 minutes past the check-in time). Above all, we loved the view from our room — will come back again!

HHana7We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldn’t take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

Kkhood82Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the accommodation itself. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were great.
I wanted to offer some constructive feedback on one area that could be improved: the food. While tasty, the variety of choices was quite limited. More significantly, the portion sizes were noticeably small. It reached a point where I, and I noticed other guests too, felt we had to be considerate and take less, just to ensure there was enough for everyone to get a bite. That's a feeling one hopes not to have while on vacation.
My simple recommendation would be to provide more reasonable portions. I believe this small change would make a world of difference and go a long way in making your guests feel truly welcome and well-cared for. Thank you for listening.

Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure)
Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep.
The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻).
After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.

We stayed to celebrate my mommy’s and cousin’s birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. We truly enjoyed our stay — thank you, Linden Suites, for making our celebration special! 💖

The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores.
Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.
