It’s a perfect place to stay. everything is nice, receptionist is friendly. Big kitchen and have rice cook. You can take some free food. Location is near Canberra centre, super market, shopping mall. Near bus station to airport. Worth to stay if you visit Canberra.

I like the location of this hotel. Very conveniently located but not noisy at all. Although the building is not new and mshows a bit of aged, it is still very cleaned and maintained. I will come back next time

Note there is a $20 nightly fee for the convenient underground parking, and some rooms may have a view of ongoing adjacent construction (it's wise to request a room facing inward). Service is consistently attentive, rounding out an experience that seamlessly blends hotel luxury with apartment freedom. It’s an exceptional choice for discerning travelers who value design, location, and independence.

Hotel is in a very good city location with access to light rail, coaches, restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Free breakie for kids too which was good and breakfast offer itself was acceptable. Apart from that you'd have to turn a blind eye to the state of the room itself (need to lower your expectations by a lot) , run down bathrooms ( needs major renovation), dusty bedsides and snack bar table, very crowded pool and lack of hotel car spaces.

Good location and easy to find restaurants nearby, room facilities (such as washing machine, microwave and balcony) are very well. The breakfast is delicious!

Overall, our stay at Madison Apartments was pleasant once we finally got into the room. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The A/C wasn’t working properly at the time, but it wasn’t a big issue since the weather was cool. However, the check-in process was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had called ahead to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes early as I wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest. Upon arriving around 1:35 pm, we were told the room wasn’t ready, which I completely understood since the official check-in time was 2 pm. But when we came back at 2:40 pm, the room was ”still not ready”. The receptionist asked us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour — we ended up waiting until almost 3:30 pm, and it was still not prepared. It was honestly a terrible start to our stay — being sick, exhausted, and having nowhere to rest while continuously being told “just a little longer.” The receptionist was kind and apologetic, but it was clear she wasn’t getting any real updates from housekeeping. It felt disorganised and unprofessional for an apartment of this standard. Breakfast was another letdown for $25 per person — very basic, with no hot food. Just bread, cereal, fruit in syrup, and some bakery items. The pancakes were the only saving grace. Coffee mix wasn’t good either. Once inside, though, the apartment itself made up for it — spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need. It’s a nice place overall, but the check-in process seriously needs improvement.

Excellent, with all the white goods including clothes dryer in the room, pool, gym, sauna are all in good condition but the tennis court and tennis rackets are very poor..  location is very convenient.

Crown Plaza Hotel located near Canberra centre point and next to Glebe Park. It is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The breakfast buffet offers generous food and drinks.

Sadly, got a room in the middle of the building with absolutely no view whatsoever, but the apartment was nice and clean and it had everything that you need! The water pressure was good too, which is a plus, and the receptionists were really friendly!
