Hotele w: Tianfu Square/Chengdu Museum, Chengdu

To był mój pierwszy raz w hotelu Yueya w centrum Chengdu i ogólnie byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Początkowo byłem trochę zaniepokojony, ponieważ recepcja i pokoje gościnne były oddzielone, zastanawiałem się, czy pokoje będą tak przytulne i wygodne, jak opisano online. Jednak gdy tylko wszedłem do korytarzy i mojego pokoju, od razu poczułem inną atmosferę. Przede wszystkim korytarze były oświetlone ciepłym światłem, co tworzyło bardzo przytulny i stylowy nastrój. Ponadto pokój był czysty i schludny, bez nieprzyjemnych zapachów. Okna były bardzo jasne, wychodziły na ulicę i wpuszczały dużo naturalnego światła. Personel hotelu był również bardzo pomocny, udzielając nam wskazówek dotyczących lokalnych przekąsek i transportu. Na dole znajdował się przystanek autobusowy i stacja metra, a w okolicy było wiele sklepów sprzedających lokalne specjały. Całe otoczenie było świetne, a ja miałem fantastyczne wrażenia. Następnym razem, gdy będę w Chengdu, na pewno znowu wybiorę ten hotel.

Very excellent service! I traveled with 5 elderly family members, all of them liked the breakfast and felt the rooms are very comfortable. The unlimited provision of bottled water really helped us a lot, as elders need to drink a lot of water especially they easily fell sick during traveling. Manager Oliver is excellent too, he helped me efficiently arrange comfortable transport for my daily tour around Chengdu, and his sincerity of taking care of us and the elders is highly appreciated! Not only he is smart, and efficient in solving problems my group faced due to elders traveling, but also his kindness and sincere follow up, really impressed us and we appreciate very much. Another excellent service of the hotel is the free laundry room where we can use the self-served washing machine and dryer, which is especially helpful for us who travel for many days during fluctuate weather in the month. Even though my car driver lost his way and parked at the hotel carport without prior notice to me to inform the hotel, Manager Oliver managed to efficiently verified the driver and the car, and allow him to park and pick us, in view of our tight timing to the airport, while some of our elderly members cannot walk properly. His support meant a lot to us. The breakfast quality and variety is excellent too! Very healthy and delicious choices. The staffs who greet us at the breakfast area entrance every morning are all well trained with excellent service skills. We are amazed by the consistent professionism of all staff members, and even the room cleaners are very efficient and sincere in helping us on room cleaning relevant matters. Thanks very much again for Manager Oliver and Teams, and this is the beautiful hotel with excellent guests service that I will highly recommend my friends and family members to choose when they travel to Chengdu.

Lokalizacja jest świetna, tuż przy placu Tianfu i w niewielkiej odległości od linii metra 2 i 4. To dogodna lokalizacja do zwiedzania atrakcji miasta i idealna na rodzinny wyjazd. Pokój był dokładnie taki, jak opisano na stronie internetowej, z atmosferą w chińskim stylu. Obok lobby rośnie nawet prawdziwy bambus, co latem jest bardzo wygodne. Pokój ma inteligentny system klimatyzacji, doskonałą klimatyzację i jest bardzo czysty. Jest też inteligentna toaleta. Materac jest miękki, wygodny i cichy. Na dole jest nawet plac zabaw dla dzieci. Chociaż dzieci nie korzystały z niego z powodu upału, hotel im się podobał. Pracownik lobby, Xiao Zhou, był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, czasami nawet dawał nam w prezencie spinki do włosów z motywem małej pandy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, byłem bardzo zadowolony i na pewno zatrzymam się tu podczas następnej wizyty w Chengdu.

W porównaniu z tym w Taikoo Li, dojazd do tego jest znacznie trudniejszy. Parking prowadzi krętą drogą do lobby hotelowego, co nie jest zbyt przyjazne dla osób z słabą orientacją w terenie. Hotel wydaje się też dość stary. Co więcej, ogrzewanie w pokojach jest fatalne – robi się za gorąco nawet na najniższym ustawieniu i jest bardzo głośne. Wentylacja również jest bardzo słaba.

The apartment is located in the heart of Chengdu, and the location is incredibly convenient! Check-in was very fast, and the entire process was smooth. The host and staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always reachable for any questions, and responded quickly. There are many cafes, shops, and restaurants near the apartment, making daily life very convenient. The subway station is also easily accessible, just a quick walk away, which makes getting around worry-free. Our stay was excellent, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at this apartment hotel and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax. Having a fully equipped kitchen was very convenient, especially for longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the small details like good lighting and storage space. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and assist when needed. The location was another big plus — close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. Overall, this apartment hotel offered the comfort of an apartment with the service of a hotel. It was great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

Najbardziej satysfakcjonującą rzeczą w tej wycieczce do Chengdu jest apartament Grand Parkview Hotel Hol jest jasny i wspaniały. Xiao Shi w recepcji był bardzo miły i cierpliwy. Pomógł nam ulepszyć typ pokoju i dał nam bezpłatne śniadanie pokój hotelowy jest duży i ma okna sięgające od podłogi do sufitu. Pokój ma piękny nocny widok. Najlepsze jest to, że jest tam pralka, która jest bardzo wygodna w praniu i suszeniu pościeli jest wygodny i czysty. Hotelowy basen z podgrzewaną wodą jest również atrakcją. Nie jest on ogólnodostępny, a woda jest czysta, przez cały czas czuwają ratownicy, jest też gorący basen abyś mógł się w nim zanurzyć po kąpieli. Jest to bardzo wygodne. W przyszłości hotelem pierwszego wyboru w Chengdu będzie z pewnością Grand Parkview

Great location. Very well served by public transport, and within walking distance of several attractions. Easily and quickly accessible from the train station. Very warm welcome from the management team. The apartments are quite true to the photos. The only slight difference is that the kitchen isn't meant for cooking, so there's no crockery provided. However, it is equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Apartment 2021 on the 20th floor, where I extended my stay. Magnificent view. Spacious apartment. Very quiet. Very comfortable bedding. Living area. Very pleasant when you need to spend time in the apartment. Large projection screen. Washing machine with detergent provided - so useful. Large bathroom. Very clean. Very friendly cleaning service. They can clean the room daily and provide two bottles of water every day. The Wi-Fi had some ups and downs, but improved as the stay progressed. In short, an address I would gladly return to for its value for money.

I love everything about this hotel. The location, the staff even the housekeeper lady very nice. The male staff at reception really helpful. Only him can speak english. We extend our stay for another 4 hour, of course with fee, but the procedure was smooth. The halal restaurant just 1min walk. The mosque as well. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The bedroom even has a view. The breakfast spread was good, with a lovely local and continental selection. The location was really convenient and walking distance to many key tourist places like Tianfu Square and People’s Park. The hotel provides us with plenty of additional items like unlimited earplugs, mouth wash, bottled water and other essential supplies at the lift corridor. I really appreciate the additional touch. The hotel lobby was simple but comfortable. It is a hotel that you know will meet your expectations and let you have a good nights rest after a fruitful day out.
