Overall it was a good experience. A little hard for me to find using Google maps. However, I found it on the other side of the block rather quickly. They were great for accommodating my late check in. the bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I would stay again.

The room, the location and Obie, the concierge, made this trip complete!! Early check in was so helpful as was the early shot of coffee every morning. All of our questions and requests were taken care of by Obie. Great city with the hotel being in the center of everything. Would come back and stay again.

The hotel has a restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, named Somerset, in the room can also book this restaurant in the room dinning, about twenty or thirty minutes to deliver the meal to the room. At the beginning, there was a problem with collecting money. Ctrip charged the room rate. The hotel charged it again. After communicating with Ctrip, it was resolved in a few days. The hotel returned the room rate. Ctrip actively helped solve the problem. The only bad thing was the hotel reservation. The taxi is not metered, it feels a bit pitted. Use Uber. Don't let the hotel book a car.
