Had a fantastic stay with my family at the Atlantis Palm. Check in was super easy and reception staff were so polite and helpful. The room was nice and spacious and catered for the family really well. It was well equipped and the beds and sheets were really comfortable. The best thing about the hotel is access to the waterpark which is a must. We had so much fun and we’re not able to go on all the slides in one day so needed to visit it again the next day. Good options are great and not as expensive as one would think. I recommend anyone who goes to Dubai to stay at this hotel it is truly a global icon and it will not disappoint

The hotel itself is very nice and beautiful. Everything was good, the stuff was helpful, amenities were one of my fav brand so I was very happy. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay a lot. Just one thing that I should mention is the sockets, in our room they were placed in the most inconvenient places. Like my hair iron couldn’t use in the bathroom area where is the huge mirror and convenient cuz the socket didn’t support it. Also couldn’t charged our phones next to the bed cuz there weren’t any. But other than that all was super nice.

The Wyndham Residences the Palm on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is on the artificial palm island, more than 20 minutes away from the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. The light rail station for island tours is also there. Next to the Atlantis Hotel, the transportation is convenient. The Wyndham Serviced Apartments provide attentive services, including fruit bowls and condolence cards, so that you can feel cordial with your guests. There are washing machines, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and pots in the apartment. The basins and bowls are equally accurate and convenient to use. The front desk of the building has a beautiful scenery. It is worth enjoying life there!

Our experience was overall extremely enjoyable. On arrival we were met with enthusiasm from a tall gentleman dressed in Egyptian clothing, keeping to the theme of the hotel. The staff checking in were lovely and couldn't do enough to help with a positive can do approach to any requests. We were checked in immediately and directed to the stunning golden and white pod lifts. It was my birthday whilst we stayed and we would like to say a special thank you to the staff who decorated our room, he was superb, it added to the experience and made it feel extra special. The standard restaurant had a good selection of foods which varied each day, although the desserts leave a little to be desired in terms of taste - although they look great. The royal grill steakhouse was excellent, we ordered sirloin steak (which the chef refused to serve as the quality of the meat they had received from the supplier was not of his standard and he did not want to serve it to guests - this was exemplary). We had tenderloin instead and it did not disappoint, incredible! The spa and salon are somewhat expensive, the service was top class from the salon.The gym is small, It's clean and quiet with towels and cold water provided. Best to go early morning or late at night when the room is cooler - unless your goal is weight loss because you'll sweat buckets! The rooftop bar on floor 9 was enjoyable. The WiFi was good and didn't disconnect once! The pool area is probably the best part of the hotel and really enjoyable with a warm pool, with a very short walk down to the sea. There aren't many pool sunbeds and they're taken by the early birds every day. It would probably be beneficial to implement some sort of 2hour no return policy as it's a little annoying to see a sunbed unused for a full day when someone has put their towel on it and doesn't use it. At all. The bar is expensive, around £30-40 for a bucket of 5 beers but it's to be expected in Dubai. For the price we paid, considerably less than some of the other options on the palm, we were not disappointed and would recommend this hotel to friends for the price point. A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai

The room was clean and beautiful! ! The pool is also great fun! Friday parties are fun! ! The key is! The service attitude is great! ! so perfect! Every staff member is very enthusiastic! ! Come to the pool and lay the towels for you! Take the initiative to help you go to the road to stop the car! The breakfast is also very rich! A casual birthday! There were cakes and chocolates! ! W worth it! ! !

My partner and I always stay in this hotel. There's only one thing we don't like, the service in the reception is too slow. The rest is good, better than everywhere else.

I can't explain how happy my family was at Raffles hotel Dubai. Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic service, Fantastic food, Fantastic room Choose room Palm view not ocean view which can be a bit noisy as facing road & daytime traffic Overall great experience

We are very lucky to have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Dubai, and around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem is quite possibly our favourite hotel ever...! This year's stay excelled last years visit, the customer service seems to have jumped up another level in 12 months, from an already high bar! Particular shout outs have to go to the Butler team: Ashraf, Diego, Lee, Feroz, Usman, Zaheer and Zsofia (and my sincere apologies if I missed anyone out!). The team looked after us extremely attentively, made sure everything went smoothly, and were always on hand whether via WhatsApp or in person - a huge thanks from me and my family! I can only repeat my previous review in regards this hotel: fantastic room/suite, dining options were always plentiful and top standard; pool, beach, kids club, watersports, tennis pitches, buggy service, access to Wild Wadi were all huge contributors to an awesome holiday!

Modern beautiful room. The best bed. Lots of English tv channels. Close to the metro and restaurants. The hotel has a great restaurant itself. The pool area is lovely. Gym is versatile and big.
