„Wonderful stay at Uechao Hotel, China We stayed at Uechao Hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. This hotel is a great choice both for a relaxing vacation and for an active, experience-filled stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, featuring a spacious and cozy king-size bed. Housekeeping was done regularly and thoroughly, and everything was well maintained. Welcome fruits and the minibar were a nice and thoughtful touch. Breakfast deserves special mention: it was varied, tasty, and offered a wide selection of both Chinese and international dishes. Having breakfast included for two guests was very convenient. A special highlight was the surfing pass. The organization was excellent, with the option to choose wave levels suitable for beginners, intermediate, or advanced surfers. This unique feature really sets the hotel apart and makes the stay truly memorable. The staff were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Even with a language barrier, they made every effort to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, Uechao Hotel offers excellent value for money, a high level of service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We would be happy to return and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to China.”

„這次住民宿體驗如下： 1、民宿預訂以後，民宿這邊就電話聯繫溝通入住事宜，並表達給我升級到海景房，這個細節是讓我有所感觸，也是我沒有想到的。[微笑] 2、根據雙方的溝通結果我到達入住小區大門之後，民宿管家已經在等待中，然後用觀光車把我們送到單元門樓下，並幫我們把行李拿到房間裏面，住的是高層海景房，視野實在太棒了。 3、從陽台望出去，海面和遠處的小島盡收眼底，陰雨天也很有氛圍感。 4、房間整體乾淨整潔，客廳和卧室的採光都很好，還配了温馨的原木傢俱（因為我比較喜歡這種顏色，溝通的時候我也提出這點）。 5、廚房設施齊全，自己買點海鮮回來簡單做一頓很方便。 6、樓下小區綠化很好，出門就是滿眼的熱帶綠植，負氧離子滿滿，特別適合放鬆度假。 這一次很舒服的住宿體驗，性價比也超值，希望有機會再次入住。”

„Much happy to stay at Hilton Winning for third time. Facilities and service pretty good as same as before especially excellent experience provided from front desk Kate. She arranged nice room for us, RM#9999, i like this lucky number! Welcome fruits also good, the oranges very sweet, the amazing thing is she arranged the same fruits for my the other normal room. She is professional because she treats the guests equally and not the difference of room types. Also as the repeat guest, the feelings she gave us more like friends, this made me feel a sense of belongling. One suggestion that breakfast should be better and richer, more fresh food and less premade dishes. juice…biscuit(got wet and went soft)…Last looking forward the forth time stay...”

„My ocean view room was good sized and very clean. The frosted glass between the shower and the bedroom was a little weird, because you could make out someone else's body shape behind it. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, although the quality of cooked food was just okay. Clientele is almost entirely Chinese, and this is reflected in the 2 main restaurants being Chinese cuisine, and hotel notices being in Chinese without English. We tried both restaurants - Features is way more accomplished than Five Senses, and their service was also better. The two identical gyms are spacious and the equipment felt new. Staff tries to please, although the training and quality is not at international 5-star level. I wish the butler and front desk were more knowledgeable about activities and restaurants in the vicinity. Shimei beach in the Hainan winter is perfect for lounging around in, and for surfing. Signs everywhere warning about undercurrents, and consequently no one swims in the sea.”

„酒店的地理位置還不錯，出門就是海灘，周圍也有一些餐廳和便利店。房間不是面朝大海，基本沒有聽到酒吧的聲音，房間也會主動備好耳塞。 之前去過上海的花間堂，説實話這次的體驗有些不在自己的期待之內。抵達之前就收到酒店的提示，花間泊在景區裏面，因此自駕需要提前報備車牌號。打車的話，酒店是説提前五分鐘告知他們，他們會派人來接。但是當我快要抵達時，致電給酒店幾次，電話沒有被接通，衹能自己拖着行李箱走進去。離店時也是剛好碰到另外一組客人要離開，才知道酒店提供休閑車接送到景區門口。 歡迎水果可能是錯過了，並沒有收到。原本在前一天預約了海娜手繪活動，但去到當天被臨時告知老師請假了。雖然也得以自己嘗試手繪，但希望類似的事情可以處理得更好一些，比如能早點通知客人，好讓客人可以早點調整行程。浴室的水温不是很穩定，但問題不大。”

„可能是看了很多好評選的這一家，導致期望值有點高。一開始在路上開錯了位置，入口處沒有顯著的牌子。四大三小定的兩間親子房，但是早餐每個房間衹給兩份，跟前台溝通後還是無果，我以為早餐是民宿自己做的，後來才知道是民宿的工作人員去外面買的，兩個人的分量也夠三四個人吃。泳池比較小，沒有適合小朋友的泳圈，也沒有漿板，我看隔壁，建議建議配置上。前台地板很臟，明顯的灰塵和腳印。再説説房間吧，房間中規中矩吧，床品還是挺舒服的，衹是我睡的二樓那個親子房，晚上空調一直跳閘，還好現在不是大熱天，贈品的咖啡也沒有兑現。民宿離石梅灣挺近的，幾分鐘車程吧。整體還是可以吧。”

„To mój drugi pobyt w pokoju typu duplex z widokiem na morze w Sheraton. Widok na morze rano i wieczorem jest wspaniały. Pierwszego dnia nie dostaliśmy pokoju typu duplex z widokiem na morze, ale gospodyni Xiao Wu pomogła nam to skoordynować, a także zapewniła śniadanie i dodatkowe łóżko dla dziecka, które było tuż ponad limit wiekowy. To było bardzo miłe. Śniadanie jest bogate i ma dużo miejsc, ale hotel jest bardzo popularny i po godzinie 9 będzie kolejka. Na szczęście kolejka nie jest długa i jest do przyjęcia. Na basenie znajdują się deski do pływania z wiosłem, pędniki i inny sprzęt rekreacyjny, który cieszy się dużą popularnością wśród dzieci. Woda na pobliskiej plaży jest bardzo płytka, nadaje się do pływania i surfowania. Kiedyś świetnie się tam bawiłem, ale teraz nie wolno nam pływać w morzu, a plaża jest brudniejsza niż wcześniej. Należy pilnie wzmocnić zarządzanie. Nie możemy przestać tego robić, ponieważ obawiamy się wypadków. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się sklep z owocami, co jest bardzo wygodne. Restauracja hotelowa jest dobra i niedroga. Obok hotelu znajduje się pole golfowe, co pozwala na dogodną grę w golfa. Jeśli chodzi o wady hotelu, to można powiedzieć, że są one ogólnie stare, a przede wszystkim sygnał Wi-Fi nie jest zbyt dobry. Mam nadzieję, że da się to poprawić. Ogólny stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry.”
