Hotele w Jianyang z Airport Shuttle

„Very warm hosting, I mean literally, they pick us up very early. But the counter attitude is quite unstable, there is a girl I try to check her name tag, luckily she doesn't wear one, she is quite unfriendly. Others are fine, still recommand.”

„Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).”

„The hotel is new and modern. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at night and had not had dinner, we were informed that there was a restaurant service that was not yet closed and we were helped to order and deliver it to the room. This hotel is highly recommended for transit or for people looking for a hotel near the airport because it is close to the airport and there is a free airport shuttle service. Thank you. 👍👍”

„Very near to the airport, which is very convenient. There are also street food options nearby — those without food restrictions will definitely enjoy it. However, the main issue is the language barrier, which makes communication quite difficult. The airport drop-off operates on a first come, first serve basis, but unfortunately the hotel does not manage guests who cut the queue. This is quite disappointing, especially for guests travelling with many suitcases when this happens.”

„I highly recommend the Chengdu Tianfu Jingbairun Aviation Hotel! Arriving late at Tianfu Airport, choosing this hotel for an overnight stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers 24-hour free airport shuttle service. After landing, I just contacted the front desk, and the driver responded quickly. It took about ten minutes to reach the hotel, avoiding the hassle of finding a taxi late at night, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching flights. The hotel is newly opened, and the overall decor is minimalist and upscale. The book wall in the lobby and the spiral staircase create a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean and tidy, with smart controls throughout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation – I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, with a full set of toiletries, and the WiFi speed was stable. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The next day, catching an early flight, the airport transfer was well-arranged, and they could even prepare a packed breakfast. Whether for an overnight layover or an early morning flight, this is an excellent choice near Tianfu Airport. I will definitely stay here again next time I pass through!”

„The room was clean and you can relax but when you take shower the water will spell to the toilet area. I think need to improve also the hot water. Anyway its a good sleepover experience.”

„Very nice hotel & affordable too. The room is spacious & the beds are big & comfortable. Too bad we check in late & check out early the next day to catch an early flight. This is the most luxurious hotel of our 11D10N trip.”
