I appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel, which was built with high-quality materials. The room was not only new but also clean, making me feel right in such a cozy and elegant space. I loved that there were Laos, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor, just a short distance from the check-in area. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide variety of options, alongside ready meals that you could pick up. After a long journey on the train, The spa provided an amazing experience with an aromatherapy massage that helped me relax.

The Marlin Vientiane is very well located, and the room facilities as well as the pool area are quite nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is where the positive aspects end. The breakfast service is a complete disaster. Around 10:00 a.m. (breakfast is officially served until 10:30 a.m.), the buffet was already completely empty. What remained was old, dried-out cold cuts and cheese that looked far from fresh and clearly unhygienic. The overall cleanliness of the breakfast area was very poor and far below any acceptable standard. Communication within the breakfast area was nonexistent. The staff did not seem to coordinate with each other at all, and English communication was practically impossible. It gave the impression that management does not care about the food and beverage operation at all. Shortly after this breakfast experience, I became seriously ill with gastrointestinal symptoms, which strongly suggests a hygiene-related issue. While the hotel offers good comfort and an excellent location, a basic level of cleanliness and food safety should be expected—especially when it comes to breakfast. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

Celem tego pobytu było odpoczynek na długim łóżku, dlatego ten hotel służył swojemu celowi. Angielski jest bardzo ograniczony Trudno było załatwić odebranie lotniska, choć dokonano rezerwacji. Pracownicy biurowali się przyjaźnie, ale pracownicy śniadani nie byli. Śniadanie było ok. Było blisko lotniska.

An amazing property with all its colonial charm - the reception , bar and pool area are amazing. The room is comfortable , air conditioning quiet and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location really convenient. Recommend for a day or two of relaxation

I truly enjoy staying in Ramada where I feel home, a very new and modern hotel, there are everything complete in the room. All the staff at front desk are very helpful especially Mr. Lou who is very informative and Jinna help me buying train ticket from Vientiane to Xishuangbanna also another one Ping Ping. Gym room is good enough for me to do my regular exercise. Very sure will come back to stay again if I visit Vientiane next time.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years, and its location remains one of its biggest strengths in the city center, close to Vientiane Center and Parkson shopping malls, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. They assisted with our luggage and gladly accommodated any requests. However, this time the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we remembered, and it could use some improvement. Breakfast was acceptable, and our room did not include cups or coffee or tea, which was a small downside. Despite these points, the hotel is still a very good budget option in central Vientiane, and we would recommend it to all types of travelers.

It's very convenient for transportation, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. There's a large supermarket downstairs. The room is spacious, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen—perfect for long stays. I'm quite satisfied.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
