概ねスタッフの方々はフレンドリーで親切で特に問題はありませんでした。ブージュルード門までは歩いてすぐの良い立地です。個人的にお湯を沸かすポットが無いのが残念です。帰りは早朝のフライトにもかかわらずは食事や飲み物まで時間外でも対応くださいました。感謝です。ありがとうございました。

Fes老城區最好的Riad是絕對的！公區太美了，簡直是住進了宮殿裏，絕對值得體驗！ 美中不足的是，經典房和豪華房的房間實在是太小了，並且隔音很差，大概是Riad的通病？ Location一流，一出酒店就可以老城區暴走，很推薦。

A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina.

Location of Riad was good.Near to the Medina. Owner/staff of the Riad is awesome. Help us alot as we have baby with us. Help us print the BOARDING PASSES or Else we gonna pay.EURO 300 to RYANAIR.🤦♂️ Keep up the good job.Thank you.

酒店的 WiFi 覆蓋範圍特別全面，不管是在房間裏、大堂裏、餐廳裏，還是在走廊的角落，WiFi 信號都很強，不會出現斷連的情況。我在酒店的各個地方都測試過，網速都很穩定，刷視頻、玩遊戲、下載文件都很順暢。對於需要隨時上網的人來説，這樣全面穩定的 WiFi 真的太重要了

About 10 minutes drive to Medina, the overall environment in the hotel is OK, and bar can have a drink to watch a ball in the evening. I booked a luxurious single room and gave me a double room that was not cleaned. Just change it for me. The first impression is not good. Not particularly recommended
