Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Otrzymałam wiele wskazówek, które były dla mnie bardzo cenne. Blisko lini metra. Prysznic wydzielony tylko dla kobiet ze świetnym zaopatrzeniem w kosmetyki dla osób,które dbają o skórę. Polecam. Jeśli tylko kiedykolwiek zawitam do Osaki to napewno wrócę.

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w hotelu Cargo Shinsaibashi podczas mojej podróży do Osaki i byłem mile zaskoczony komfortem i jakością zamkniętą w tym kompaktowym, kapsułowym obiekcie. Jednym z największych atutów mojego pobytu była toaleta i łazienka — wyjątkowo czyste, nowoczesne i przytulne. Pomimo tego, że był to wspólny obiekt, wszystko było nieskazitelnie czyste i zadbane przez cały czas. Projekt był elegancki, a przestrzeń bardziej przypominała butikowy hotel niż budżetową kapsułę. Toalety są wyposażone w charakterystyczne dla Japonii funkcje bidetu high-tech, a ogólna czystość naprawdę przekroczyła moje oczekiwania. Nawet subtelne oświetlenie i ciepłe odcienie drewna dodawały relaksującego klimatu za każdym razem, gdy korzystałem z łazienki. Reszta hotelu była równie imponująca. Kapsuły były wygodne, ciche i sprawiały wrażenie bardziej prywatnych, niż się spodziewałem. Część wypoczynkowa była przyjemnym miejscem do relaksu lub zaplanowania dnia. Ponadto lokalizacja jest idealna — zaledwie krótki spacer od ulicy handlowej Shinsaibashi i szybka przejażdżka pociągiem do większości popularnych miejsc w Osace. Jeśli szukasz dobrze zaprojektowanego, czystego i przytulnego miejsca na pobyt w Osace, gorąco polecam Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi. Zwłaszcza jeśli cenisz higienę i wygodę współdzielonych pomieszczeń, ten hotel oferuje więcej niż tylko to.

Spędziłem tu 4 noce i ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miałem naprawdę dobre wrażenia. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, w samym sercu Dotonbori. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, aby dotrzeć do Shinsaibashi, co znacznie ułatwia zakupy i zwiedzanie. W pobliżu znajduje się również kilka wyjść ze stacji Namba, co zapewnia dogodny transport. Okolica jest tętniąca życiem i pełna lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów spożywczych i innych, więc wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest w zasięgu spaceru. Pomimo położenia w tak ruchliwej okolicy, sam hotel jest komfortowy i stanowi dobre miejsce na odpoczynek po długim dniu. Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt w Acro i zdecydowanie rozważę ponowny pobyt tutaj podczas mojej kolejnej podróży do Osaki.

As someone who has stayed in many capsule hotels, this one stands out as the best for size, value, and amenities. • Location: Perfect. Right next to Exit 13 of Namba Station. It's an easy 5-minute walk to the main station and Takashimaya. • The Room: Surprisingly spacious. Unlike other capsules, there is plenty of room here to actually secure your luggage comfortably. • Amenities: The facilities are great. Having the option of an individual single bathroom in addition to the public bath is a major plus. Strongly recommended for solo travelers looking for a high-quality stay. I will absolutely be returning

Amazing capsule hotel experience in Namba worth your every yen! This place made me rethink the idea of capsule hotels! If you’re a solo traveler, this is an excellent choice - very affordable and right at the center of the action. Rooms were a bit toasty, I would prefer them cooler. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to crank up the AC as it is centralized. As expected, it is a double decker and very compact, but it has enough space for a tall guy, I’m a short king so everything was great. Each capsule has a TV and enough sockets to charge your devices. Beds were alright. You’ll still have decent privacy despite the capsule set up. This is a mostly self-service hotel. You take some of the amenities (toothbrushes, combs, etc) and they also provide you indoor clothes you can wear while inside the hotel and in the sauna, onsen and bathrooms. Towels are provided everyday or you can ask them at the counter. I like that they keep it very clean. They clean the public areas everyday. The only downside is probably the space at the lockers, so you would need to manage your clothes, toiletries, etc very well especially when the luggages fill up the space. The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. Right next to it was a 7-Eleven so you know you’re covered with everything you need. It’s a few minutes walk to the Namba MRT station. It’s very accessible and it’s at the heart of Osaka. A pretty solid 4/5 for me. I will definitely stay again when I solo travel to Osaka!

Самый чистый хостел в котором я останавливалась. Брала кровать в женском номере, боядась что будет шумно из-за большого количества людей, но все прошло отлично. Прекрасно выспалась! Душ, туалет, туалетные столики - все было вау! И так де были приятные мелочи вроде умывалки для лица, молочко для тела, плойки для волос, ватные палочки, ватные диски итд. За отдельную плату можно получить полотенце, постирать одежду, даже взять в аренду пижаму. Рекомендую однозначно!

Było czyściej i wygodniej niż się spodziewałem, a personel był bardzo przyjazny. Być może z powodu dużej liczby gości klimatyzacja nie chłodziła zbyt mocno w nocy, ale nadal było akceptowalnie, jeśli lekko się odsłoniło zasłony. Spędziłem tam dwie noce i ogólnie bardzo mi się podobało. Było też tanio, a lokalizacja była dogodna na zakupy. Chętnie tu wrócę, jeśli będę miał okazję.

Było wspaniale, dobre udogodnienia, idealna lokalizacja, z dala od zgiełku.

Locals don’t usually come here to sleep — they come to wash, relax, and go through the full spa ritual. There are three types of steam rooms, a circular shower, and three baths: two hot ones at around 41°C, and one cold shock bath at around 11°C. You dip in and instantly feel alive. One unique feature — every hour they run a group steam ritual, like a collective massage & heat therapy session. Very Japanese, and surprisingly affordable. Definitely worth trying. There’s also an inexpensive breakfast option, plus vending machines with food and drinks right inside — very convenient. Overall, it’s a men-only vibe: arrive, clean up, relax, reset, and go about your day. The capsule is just a bonus on top of the sauna experience. They give you clothing — not a robe, but loose Japanese pants and an oversized T-shirt. You get your own locker, bedding and clothes are changed daily, and the bathrooms have literally everything: toothbrush, toothpaste, gels, shampoo… even nail clippers. You don’t need to bring anything. Location is fantastic — right next to Dotonbori. Step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of Osaka’s nightlife and energy. Downsides? A strict checkout — you must leave at 10:00 AM, and check-in starts only after 3:00 PM. If you want to stay during that gap, it’s around 300 yen per hour, or ~900 yen for the day. Still — great experience. I always wanted to try a real Japanese capsule stay. Inside the capsule there’s a TV, radio, adjustable lights, and AC — though it blasts pretty strongly, so I turned it off.

I had a really great time here at Casa G.S. Everything was way beyond my expectations. In terms of location, it took me only 5 mins on foot to reach Osakako train station, Chuo Line. With your luggage, you may chose to walk up stairs or take an elevator to and down the train station. You can also visit the nearby shopping mall (Tempozan Market Place) which is located near a beautiful bay, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyuka, and a big ferris wheel. A local bus stop is around 3 minutes away. Tax-free shops, Japanese restaurants, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart) can easily be reached in the area. For room condition, fortunately I believe the place has been renovated for less than one year, so everything is very nice and clean. I stayed with my parents for 4 nights. The beds were hygienic and comfortable which was a plus to when you were exhausted after long walking days. It has all the necessities you can ever think of such as refrigerator, power socket, adapter, air-con, wet wipes and amenities. The check-in/out, door-lock, and entry systems require no staff or any unlocking devices/tools to pass which were very convenient and secure. An elevator is in place. This is crucial! The lobby has a luggage storage area (free of charge) and a pantry where you can borrow or use necessary kitchenware. Its bathroom may not be that spacious, but very clean and good enough for a short stay.
