„We really enjoyed our stay at Vchill Hotel. The design is unique with a lovely Japandi-style concept, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient, and the room is spacious enough for up to 4 adults, making it a great choice for family trips. Highly recommended.”

„We came here during Qing Ming Festival, so naturally there were many guests, especially families with children. The facilities here are excellent for children, many activities to keep them occupied. I came as a couple, so I would have preferred a quieter and relaxed atmosphere. Despite that, the hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are large and with a balcony overlooking the inner garden/lake. We came here to enjoy the Hot Spring bath located next to the hotel. The bath was an outdoor style bath and was beautiful. The buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent, very tasty with a good variety of food. Alcohol was also included in the price, so we thought it was quite a good deal. As for the location, it was quite far from Suzhou station. If coming from Shanghai, I would recommend taking the high speed train to Suzhou Nan station instead. There isn’t too much to do around the hotel but you can walk around Tai lake or rent a bike to explore the area. No shops or restaurants nearby.”

„This was our second stay at Shushan hot springs. It was great again! The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pools were fantastic. I have already recommended this place to friends as a great weekend away from Shanghai to relax. The only thing I wish is that the pools were to open earlier so they could be enjoyed both days of the stay.”

„Very nice room. Location is great, just 50 m away from Heshan station. Everything was perfect. All amenities were provided including a washing machine and a microwave oven too. However, the washroom was not perfectly cleaned. There were long hair everywhere in there. Also, there was no any view from the window. In a nutshell, I'd recommend it 👍 Thank you for hosting 😊”

„Above average in all areas. Only 2 small things, but difficult to complain at all. Amazing service, above average for China. Food was not just above average - top level and not too expensive. All facilities were excellent, though the kyaking in the photos do not exist anymore. A small, but still a reason I booked was it showed kyacking for kids, which my son loves, therefore one (but not the only reason) for booking. Trip.com should update this image. I would suggest also redoing the lobby area, its way too small. Its one of the smallest lobby's in any 5 star hotel, and when its on the weekend and everyone booking in at the same time, its very noisy and crowded. The lobby and reception area should be 2-3 times the size. But these two negatives do not distract from the many positives which were above 5-stars. If these other two could be fixed it would be one of the top hotel stays in China.”

„Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to help me book the SPA and photoshoot appointment. Lori 李丢丢, the manager helped me and patiently guided me through the process. She was kind, warm, was always smiling, and most importantly spoke in English effeciently. 👌 When we went for SPA and hot spring the receptionists and massage lady, 姜社红，郭娜, 李青衫 all very kind. They couldn't speak English so we had to rely on the little Chinese we know, their warmth, patience, and more importantly, the translator. 😁 All the staff at the hotel were generally helpful and warm. It's the kind of atmosphere we are looking for. when travelling. Aside from the good amenities, the people are worth coming back for.”

It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!”
