„Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!”

„Bardzo ładny hotel designerski, nowy i przestronny, ale brakuje mu serdeczności personelu. Tylko nowa dziewczyna pracująca tam jest całkiem miła, reszta personelu ma letnie nastawienie. Pierwszy pokój, który dostałem, był ładny, dali mi łóżko podwójne zamiast pojedynczego łóżka, które zarezerwowałem, ale po wejściu zobaczyłem parę skarpetek wiszących na drzwiach toalety. Zadzwoniłem do sprzątania i usunęli je, ale zorientowali się również, że w pokoju jest bardzo gorąco, ale klimatyzacja nie jest regulowana, ponieważ jest scentralizowana. Więc dali mi zamiast tego wentylator. Później w nocy zorientowałem się również, że jest dość głośno, ponieważ ogródek restauracji znajduje się tuż pod moim pokojem. A potem prysznic w toalecie jest zepsuty. Próbowałem zadzwonić do recepcji i sprzątania o 21:00-22:00, ale nikt nie odbiera, więc założyłem, że prawdopodobnie nie jest to całodobowa obsługa. Znoszę zepsuty prysznic. Następnego dnia rano poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju na cichszy, ale muszę zabrać wszystkie swoje rzeczy do 11:00, co zrobiłem. Poszedłem do recepcji i powiedziałem im o zepsutym prysznicu, bez przeprosin, facet po prostu powiedział ya ya, to łatwa naprawa. Nadal cieszę się, że zmienili mi pokój. Ale jak mówię, nadal mam nadzieję na lepszą obsługę za pieniądze, które zapłaciłem. Ponadto w łazience nie było wystarczająco dużo miejsca na wieszaki, zwłaszcza w pierwszym pokoju, który dostałem… w ogóle nie było miejsca na wieszaki, więc nie można było powiesić ręcznika ani ubrań.”

„This hostel boasts an unbeatable location, just a minute or two's walk from the Grindelwald Terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The natural scenery is absolutely stunning. You can gaze upon majestic snow-capped mountains and lush green slopes, a truly magnificent and healing view. The dining area also offers fantastic views, so you can enjoy a beautiful mountain panorama while having breakfast. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, making for a great dining experience. The overall facilities are new and well-maintained, and the amenities are comprehensive. The hostel has a good number of rooms. On my first day, I arrived quite late, and the staff left my room key in a locker by the entrance for self-check-in. It took me a bit of time to find my room initially. The bathrooms are communal and located outside the rooms, requiring a trip outdoors to use them. However, the communal areas are well-kept, and all facilities are fully equipped. Considering all factors, the value for money at this accommodation is excellent. If you're looking to deeply appreciate Grindelwald's natural beauty and want a great base for sightseeing and photography, this hostel is a perfect choice.”

„This is by far the best hotels I've gotten in Switzerland. We got upgraded to a suite with patio although we couldn't use the kitchen provided as they said it'll come with cleaning cost if used. But very very happy for the free upgrade for our honeymoon. We will come back!”

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. What stands out the most is the excellent value for money. For this level of comfort, service, and such an amazing location, the hotel is truly impressive. Ski lifts, hiking routes, and local restaurants are all within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. I highly recommend Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Swiss Alps and have a comfortable, memorable stay.”

„I have stayed at this hotel for 2 days.   I liked the heating in the room because it was very cold and dark outside after 5 p.m. The heating was great for cold weather. Also, the breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty dishes. The staff serving breakfast were very kind and attentive, especially Frank, who was professional in serving the guests.   However, the single room’s amenities were not very good. The bedsheet had dark spots near the charging station located at the head of the bed. There was a clog in the sink’s pipe, and water didn’t drain properly. The view was not pleasant as it faced a building under refurbishment. Additionally, the staff at check-in were unable to provide sufficient information about local sightseeing and dining options; they only recommended one restaurant.”

„This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken.”

„Grindelwald Youth Hostel offers a clean, comfortable stay with amazing mountain views and very friendly staff. The shower had steady hot water, and the hostel is easy to reach by taking bus No. 122 from the main station. The room did not have a hairdryer, but one could be borrowed for a 10 EUR cash deposit, which was refunded at check-out. Although the hostel is a bit uphill and not the easiest to reach, the peaceful atmosphere and good value make it worthwhile.”

„Hotel is near Interlaken West train starting, which allows us to travel to various attractions easily. Can see many paraglider from our balcony! Cleanness is fine, staff were friendly. The provision of fridge and microwave at the lounge to allow guest to keep their food and heat it helped a lot as our visit fell on Sunday and most of the shops were closed at the area. Amenities is okay and the wifi connection is great. (note: no bottled water given, states that tap water is drinkable)”
