Bardzo ładny hotel designerski, nowy i przestronny, ale brakuje mu serdeczności personelu. Tylko nowa dziewczyna pracująca tam jest całkiem miła, reszta personelu ma letnie nastawienie. Pierwszy pokój, który dostałem, był ładny, dali mi łóżko podwójne zamiast pojedynczego łóżka, które zarezerwowałem, ale po wejściu zobaczyłem parę skarpetek wiszących na drzwiach toalety. Zadzwoniłem do sprzątania i usunęli je, ale zorientowali się również, że w pokoju jest bardzo gorąco, ale klimatyzacja nie jest regulowana, ponieważ jest scentralizowana. Więc dali mi zamiast tego wentylator. Później w nocy zorientowałem się również, że jest dość głośno, ponieważ ogródek restauracji znajduje się tuż pod moim pokojem. A potem prysznic w toalecie jest zepsuty. Próbowałem zadzwonić do recepcji i sprzątania o 21:00-22:00, ale nikt nie odbiera, więc założyłem, że prawdopodobnie nie jest to całodobowa obsługa. Znoszę zepsuty prysznic. Następnego dnia rano poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju na cichszy, ale muszę zabrać wszystkie swoje rzeczy do 11:00, co zrobiłem. Poszedłem do recepcji i powiedziałem im o zepsutym prysznicu, bez przeprosin, facet po prostu powiedział ya ya, to łatwa naprawa. Nadal cieszę się, że zmienili mi pokój. Ale jak mówię, nadal mam nadzieję na lepszą obsługę za pieniądze, które zapłaciłem. Ponadto w łazience nie było wystarczająco dużo miejsca na wieszaki, zwłaszcza w pierwszym pokoju, który dostałem… w ogóle nie było miejsca na wieszaki, więc nie można było powiesić ręcznika ani ubrań.

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

It’s a special experience and the view and environment are gorgeous. The room is clean. It’s better to have at least two night stay.

It’s also a short walk to the Aare River, Harder Kulm funicular, and Interlaken’s main shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly.

Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. The hotel has a good location with a nice view and is directly by the river. Parking is available with plenty of space, but it is charged per day. The hotel itself feels very old-fashioned. Late check-in was advertised as available 24 hours, but the promised email with the access code never arrived. After calling, someone answered immediately and helped us enter. At check-in, we also had to pay the tourism tax and parking fees. The room was very outdated and smelled poorly ventilated when we entered. The heating barely worked, was only lukewarm, and turned off completely during the night, making the room very cold. When we mentioned this at breakfast, the staff reacted in a dismissive way, stating that the room was not cold and saying “we are not in Africa, where it needs to be that warm.” This comment felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and after that reaction we did not feel comfortable raising further concerns. The room had a balcony with a nice mountain view, but the balcony was shared with other guests, which was not mentioned in advance. The bathroom was private and had a bathtub with a shower, but it was very outdated. Hot water was available, however the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was provided with limited selection, which we were aware of beforehand. The breakfast room itself was fine, but the staff generally appeared grumpy and very loud, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Check-out was easy and uncomplicated. The hotel is relatively inexpensive compared to others, but this does not justify the outdated condition or the way guests are treated. With better service and some renovation, the hotel could be much more pleasant.

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
