Spędziłem tu 4 noce i ogólnie rzecz biorąc, miałem naprawdę dobre wrażenia. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, w samym sercu Dotonbori. Wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, aby dotrzeć do Shinsaibashi, co znacznie ułatwia zakupy i zwiedzanie. W pobliżu znajduje się również kilka wyjść ze stacji Namba, co zapewnia dogodny transport. Okolica jest tętniąca życiem i pełna lokali gastronomicznych, sklepów spożywczych i innych, więc wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest w zasięgu spaceru. Pomimo położenia w tak ruchliwej okolicy, sam hotel jest komfortowy i stanowi dobre miejsce na odpoczynek po długim dniu. Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt w Acro i zdecydowanie rozważę ponowny pobyt tutaj podczas mojej kolejnej podróży do Osaki.

Mostly everything is good, the services, cleanliness and amenities. They even provide simple yet delicious breakfast with reasonable price, and a hotel pyjamas. The only problem is the laundry service, only have 4 unit and always occupied...and need to wait so long to wash, plus that 1 hour wait to unlock the door after it finished washing, I am not sure is this normal 😅😅 Hope the hotel can look into their laundry service, anyway everything is good 👍👍

It’s my third visit to The Park Front Hotel! This time my whole family stayed here for two nights and it was another wonderful stay💖 The hotel is really great if you are visiting USJ and I highly recommend it. I will surely visit again when visiting Osaka👍 See you next time!

Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na 2 noce w ramach naszej podróży do USJ. Hotel był w miarę czysty i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny jak na lokalizację. Mieszkaliśmy w łóżku typu king size z rozkładaną sofą i mieliśmy ze sobą 6-letnie dziecko. Zalety: bliskość USJ, łóżka przyzwoitych rozmiarów, stosunkowo czyste i dobre stosunek jakości do ceny, spa na najwyższym poziomie, personel był bardzo pomocny. Łóżko było również wygodne. Wady: Brak sejfu na wartościowe rzeczy, pokoje mogłyby być nieco większe, może być trochę głośno, ponieważ słyszeliśmy kroki z góry i z pobocza (nie jest to dobre dla osób o lekkim śnie) Czy zatrzymamy się tu ponownie? Być może, ale prawdopodobnie wypróbowałabym inne hotele w okolicy, ponieważ mój mąż ma lekki sen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

We stayed at Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi for two nights during the Osaka portion of our trip coming from Tokyo. This was my fourth time in Japan and my first traveling with my toddler, so efficiency and convenience mattered more than ever with his ADHD. This is very much a business-style hotel, and it delivers well in that category. Guests receive a complimentary two-hour voucher to a WeWork-style coworking space located upstairs near reception, which includes internet access and unlimited drinks and snacks. For business travelers, that’s a strong value add. I would come here again by myself. While the staff were not fully fluent in English, they used an advanced real-time translation system displayed on a screen at the front desk. Pretty cool. It translated conversations instantly, which was impressive and made communication smooth. The staff were friendly and professional. The interaction felt slightly less personal due to the language barrier, but that’s understandable. The complimentary coffee helped bridge that gap. 24 hrs staff as well. One standout feature was their handling of our luggage forwarding from Yamato Transport. The hotel received our forwarded suitcases and held them before check-in, then delivered everything directly to our room. This was extremely helpful because we arrived from via Shinkansen, continued on to Kyoto and Nara to visit the deer and temples, and only returned to the hotel later that evening. Not having to carry luggage through multiple cities made a huge difference. Those elevators are tight! During this Osaka leg, we visited Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple, enjoyed observatory views at Abeno Harukas 300 and the Umeda Sky Building, and took a day trip to Kyoto to see the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari Shrine. The hotel is about a 5–7 minute walk from three subway lines and is well positioned for accessing major attractions across the city. If you want to be more central try Namban or Umeda. With days averaging 12,000 to 15,000 steps, we often grabbed food nearby or I ordered through Uber Eats, which is surprisingly affordable compared to U.S. pricing. Options within walking distance included Matsuya, Yoshinoya, Saizeriya, and even high-end omakase sushi spots. The in-room washer/dryer was another major convenience since we packed light and relied on doing laundry mid-trip. Really wished there was a kitchen area though with dishware and utensils. Overall, Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi is a practical, well-located choice for travelers who prioritize efficiency, transit access, and in-room laundry. It served as a solid home base for an active Osaka itinerary. I would come here again.

Nag-stay kami dito recently at sobrang nagustuhan namin ang experience. Malinis at maaliwalas ang room, very comfortable ang bed, at complete ang amenities. Maayos din ang aircon at tahimik ang lugar kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang mabuti. Ang staff ay super accommodating at laging nakangiti—ramdam mo talaga yung warm hospitality. Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!

Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy jako 5-osobowa rodzina. LOKALIZACJA: W samym sercu Dontonbori, 5 minut spacerem do słynnego szyldu z biegnącym człowiekiem. 3 minuty spacerem do Dondonki. Wiele sklepów i punktów usługowych znajduje się na tej samej ulicy. UWAGA: Jeśli wolisz cichszą, czyściutką i mniej zatłoczoną lokalizację, omijaj ten hotel/okolicę. Obok i naprzeciwko hotelu znajduje się wiele barów i klubów nocnych. Wieczorami dziewczyny ustawiają się wzdłuż ulic, oferując swoje usługi (nie jestem pewien, czy to tylko towarzystwo, czy coś więcej...). Zdarzają się też mężczyźni, którzy mogą zaczepiać Cię, żeby wejść do klubów... Prawie każdej nocy słyszeliśmy syreny karetek 🚑, mimo że byliśmy na drugim najwyższym piętrze hotelu. Hotel jest dość przestarzały. Dywany noszą ślady zużycia, a w holu i windzie unosi się stęchły zapach. Pokoje są jednak bardzo czyste, a ekipa sprzątająca bardzo dobrze sprząta i wymienia ręczniki. WSKAZÓWKA: Sprawdź hotel Candeo Shinsainash i hotele Cross tuż przy drodze, po drugiej stronie. O wiele lepsze otoczenie.

Самый чистый хостел в котором я останавливалась. Брала кровать в женском номере, боядась что будет шумно из-за большого количества людей, но все прошло отлично. Прекрасно выспалась! Душ, туалет, туалетные столики - все было вау! И так де были приятные мелочи вроде умывалки для лица, молочко для тела, плойки для волос, ватные палочки, ватные диски итд. За отдельную плату можно получить полотенце, постирать одежду, даже взять в аренду пижаму. Рекомендую однозначно!

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
