Hotele w: O-Park, Kunming

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

I seldom write reviews after a stay, but Hampton is the biggest exception! I recall walking into the reception and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a counter where snacks and drinks were free to enjoy while waiting to check in, which was nice for my parents and my kids to settle down after a long flight. Moreover, the room was neat and tidy, where pillows were soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourite sessions of the day, there were so many delicious options to choose from, both western and Chinese food are equally scrumptious. We were supposed to pay for our kids’ breakfast, but the management was so kind to let them have it for free for the whole stay! Additionally, the housekeepers really did a great job. They were so nice to bring us extra free bottles of water every day, as well as new towels and the room was always kept neat and fresh. The customer service lasted even after we requested for a late check out, they gave us free gifts (Beautiful Luggage Tags). Who could’ve asked for more honestly! Five Stars for sure!

A perfect experience! The facilities are complete and new, with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. The service details were top-notch. Eva was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and quick to resolve any issues. She even thoughtfully arranged toiletries for the kids. The room had good natural light and no strange smells. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay.

Nicest staff, especially young woman who helped me with check-in, very kind, patient and helpful. Great room, spacious clean & well furnished with a most comfortable bed (thick foam mattress). Hotel is in a pleasant well maintained compound, though there are some constructions nearby.

服務：服務超級好，個人比較挑剔，到了要先看房間，前台小姐姐不厭其煩帶看，態度非常好，有問必答 環境：在萬科裏面的高層，很安靜，住的角落，但還是能感覺隔音不是那麼的好 衞生：裝修遺留問題，踏步縫隙大有混凝土渣 設施：全屋智能的，但是有些不知道自己使用問題還是啥，廊燈不能單獨開關，這點不方便。其他都不錯的，躍層空間很大，樓下吃飯觀影體驗很好~洗衣房不錯，可以使用LG的洗烘一體機，方便！

Stayed at a superior 2 bedroom. Was happy to get a corner, non smoking room as per request. One can enjoy great amenities with 24H gym, swimming pool and interior temperature control system. Hotel is quiet and located at 6km away from Kunming train station and about 30-40 mins away from Kunming Airport. Breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty of choices. Will choose again for the next stay at Kunming.

We stayed at the hotel for a night. This place deserves the 5 stars as the staff on duty at the front desk was very friendly, efficient. The snacks selling at the reception were great selection at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. The coffee section was a brilliant idea!!! And Thank you for making our stay comfortable with you friendly and warm welcoming team.
