Hotele w: O-Park, Kunming

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

🛌性價比超好的便捷酒店，停車很方便，雖然沿街，晚上睡覺並不吵。 🛌酒店周邊有小區，還挺熱鬧的，早餐是入住後在前台點餐，然後第二天早上送到房間，味道可以，選擇也豐富。 🛌房間乾淨，設施齊全，床品舒適，總體挺好的。

Had a fantastic stay! The lobby was cozy, and the front desk staff was quick with check-in and even gave me some great recommendations for local restaurants. The room had excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was spotless, and the soundproofing was so good I slept right through till morning. For this price, the quality is truly exceptional – definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

I seldom write reviews after a stay, but Hampton is the biggest exception! I recall walking into the reception and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a counter where snacks and drinks were free to enjoy while waiting to check in, which was nice for my parents and my kids to settle down after a long flight. Moreover, the room was neat and tidy, where pillows were soft and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourite sessions of the day, there were so many delicious options to choose from, both western and Chinese food are equally scrumptious. We were supposed to pay for our kids’ breakfast, but the management was so kind to let them have it for free for the whole stay! Additionally, the housekeepers really did a great job. They were so nice to bring us extra free bottles of water every day, as well as new towels and the room was always kept neat and fresh. The customer service lasted even after we requested for a late check out, they gave us free gifts (Beautiful Luggage Tags). Who could’ve asked for more honestly! Five Stars for sure!

I'm traveling around Asia for a few months, and most of my stays have been in 5-star hotels. This one is by far the best. It's newly built, the rooms are huge, and the interior design and quality are excellent. But the best part is the staff, they were all so helpful and made me feel right at home. Sometimes they had trouble with English, but that never stopped them from trying their best to help me during my stay. A special mention goes to Shirley at the front desk, she was incredibly helpful and professional. I'd love to have her on my business team. The staff here made me fall in love with Kunming and its people. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Kunming.

衞生乾淨整潔

房間打掃得乾淨整潔，沒有絲毫異味，床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，一整晚都睡得很沉。設施也很齊全，空調製冷效果好，熱水供應穩定，網絡速度超快，辦公刷劇毫無壓力。衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，洗漱用品品質不錯，細節處盡顯用心。

We stayed at the hotel for a night. This place deserves the 5 stars as the staff on duty at the front desk was very friendly, efficient. The snacks selling at the reception were great selection at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. The coffee section was a brilliant idea!!! And Thank you for making our stay comfortable with you friendly and warm welcoming team.

訂房間的時候，攜程上就寫了免費升級房間是攜程上本來就自帶了。然後前台説的感覺有點套路什麼説我定的是特價房攜程上沒有寫着是特價房呀。我以前本身也是做這個前台工作的所以多多少少還是懂一點。各方面都可以，就是感覺説話有點套路！以後來昆明還會來住呢睡的舒服，建議可以重新弄一下衞生間的地面那樣會更好一點更舒服温馨。

Clean and quiet hotel with excellent staff. The room is modern and well appointed. Breakfast offers a wide range of options to choose from. The hotel is about a 30 minute taxi from the main CBD area but you can walk to food vendors and some shopping nearby.
