Hotele w: Kunming Dounan Flower Market, Kunming

An excellent hotel ( classy, new and clean) located on the south side of the city walking distance to subway stations and huge flower market. It also close to the big lake and and wetland park. Very happy with our stay at the hotel.

During our stay, we encountered some unexpected issues with the hotel's management. The hotel, comprising two separate commercial buildings, is managed by a couple. Unfortunately, our experience with the female manager was not satisfactory. We felt she was not attentive to details and somewhat unhelpful. A notable issue arose when we were inadvertently locked out of our room after the first night, due to a misunderstanding about our booking duration. The manager had set the access card for only one night, without properly checking the reservation system. In contrast, her partner was more helpful and accommodating. Despite these issues, we appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the stunning view of Kunming's landscape.

因為斗南花市選擇亞朵。步行十多分鐘，很方便。我們入住當晚步行到花市，除了驚艷還是驚艷，花市足夠大，人也足夠多，煙火氣十足。酒店距離撈魚河打車20出頭，剛好是周天，人多。但撈魚河可以近距離感受滇池的美景。時間太緊了，沒有去附近的斗南七彩花展，有點遺憾。距離梅子村4號線步行十幾分鍾。 斗南距離市區有一些距離，自駕地鐵方便，周圍設施還在發展中。 房間各項設施都不錯，挺大，乾淨衞生，細節很好。周圍吃飯地方較少，外賣方便，小機器人送到房間門口。前台小姐姐小哥哥熱情禮貌。離店時竟然有小驚喜的伴手禮，呵呵！ 網友誠不欺我，這一路尋着點評而來，雲南之行的酒店都沒有入坑。期待下次。

過年因為要在昆明南站返程，在昆明逗留一天，特意定在斗南附近。 區位優勢是：距離斗南花市和斗南濕地公園都很近，能滿足一日遊玩的需求，同時距離地鐵站很近，第二天去高鐵站方便。到店一看更驚喜，花市就在馬路對面！晚上10點去逛到12點回簡直不要太方便，滿載而歸。 和爸爸媽媽一起，就定的三人間，房間很大很乾凈，衞生間設施略有一些老，洗澡沒有頂噴。 樓頂是餐廳，餐廳也對外營業，點評分數很高，在這裏吃了一頓午飯一頓早飯，上菜速度很快，味道也很不錯。 我將推薦每一個要來逛斗南花市的朋友訂這一家。

I so enjoyed my stay in your hotel.. The private rooms and hotel spaces were spacious, well apportioned and very clean. The staff was friendly and took care of all my needs. They assisted with luggage transfers, provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions. I highly recommended you stay in this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

酒店緊鄰斗南花市，步行即可到達，對於計劃前往花市的遊客極為方便。周邊交通便利，步行幾分鐘可達地鐵站（如4號線），可直達昆明南站等主要區域，也便於打車出行。 多數評價提到房間裝修較新，空間寬敞，層高較高，無侷促感。床品柔軟舒適，床墊質量較好，能提供良好的睡眠體驗。房間衞生整體較好，乾淨整潔，無明顯異味。

This time I came to Yunnan to play, Kunming was the last stop, this hotel was also the last day to stay, let us have a successful end. The hotel is not long after the new opening, the facilities and equipment are very new, and there is a 24-hour butler service, very intimate, help us to send laundry, provide good night milk to the children, the things we need will meet our needs as much as possible, we take the children to travel, A family of three chose a 2-meter bed that was completely enough. The room space was large and the sanitation was quite clean. Although it was not close to the old street, it was very close to Dounan Flower Market. I will choose this one next time I come to Kunming.

Very cheap and comfortable hotel. Nice breakfast and amazing roof garden! The receptionists are also very friendly (don't speak English but can use translation apps). Free laundry included and amazing rain shower in the bathroom. There were free earbuds in the room against the ”noise of the flower market”, but we didn't really hear anything. Obvious downside is the distance to the centre and it not having a good public transport connection. It's easy to reach from the south train station by subway, but check which train station you are going to before booking! Within walking distance to the lake though, which is pretty at sunset and a cute local neighbourhood in the same direction

Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.

麻雀雖小五臟俱全的房間，在離斗南花市特別近的公寓高樓，走路即達，乾淨衞生整潔，有一次性毛巾浴巾、馬桶套、護髮素也有，衞生、體貼。如果想方便去花市的這裡是個不錯的性價比選擇。
