Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

Profesjonalizm i entuzjastyczne podejście do obsługi. Szczególnie podobała mi się kolacja w hotelowej restauracji, gdzie jedzenie nie tylko wspaniale smakowało, ale było również pięknie podane niczym dzieło sztuki. Śniadanie jest bogate i różnorodne, niezależnie od tego, czy są to specjały kuchni zachodniej, czy lokalne, może zaspokoić potrzeby różnych gości. Ponadto hotel zapewnia również bogatą bazę rekreacyjną, m.in. centrum fitness, SPA, kryty basen itp. Każda usługa sprawia mi radość fizyczną i psychiczną.

I must say that the best highlights of this hotel would be... Everything! It was walkable distance from the Railway Station, spacious room, convenient access to halal eateries nearby. Clean room & even the pedestrians walkways within the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommended hotel!

Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan. Really appreciate their service, top notch.

Amazing location, really convenient for all the places we planned to visit around Kunming. Also had friendly & helpful staff who brought our luggages up to our room (as theres no lift) and also brought it all the way to the place where our didi was picking us up from. Their lobby was amazing and breakfast (crossing bridge noodles) was delicious. Fiance really loved the place. Definitely would return.

This hotel is really Amway! 🛏️ The bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are also carefully selected, and the details are controlled with ecstasy. The small table in the living room is equipped with a sofa, and it is super comfortable to drink tea and chat.～ The garden flower art on the second floor is too stylish, and the photos are absolutely perfect. Been staying here the last 6 times. And everytime it is consistent ; Cleanliness - as the establishment is new. Service - warm and helpful staff especially with your Taobao parcels and ******* food deliveries ! Location - right in the city centre & airport, convenient to go anywhere. There's a MixC mall just within walking distance. There is just too much to say and I am already looking forward to my next visit with them.

Close to the railway stataion (less than 10 minutes walking). A lot of supermarkets and restaurants, also street food for breakfast. The room was reslly clean but just a little small (it’s more than enough to spend the night). The matress and pillows were super comfortable. Bathroom was OK, they give you real towels which is a plus. It’s locates at the 27th floor of the 3rd building (look for a big orange “3” up the main door of the building.
