This hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb, right behind the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's incredibly good value for money at this price. Every room has a full-length mirror, perfect for taking photos. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very Instagrammable. The staff are super responsive to messages, and the front desk team, both the guys and girls, were incredibly nice. Thank you all so much; my stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The view is also great, you can even see the Twin Towers!

Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan. Really appreciate their service, top notch.

Whether you are arriving late, leaving early, or planning day trips, this hotel is a perfect choice. The room was clean, bright, and very well maintained. I really appreciated the thoughtful layout and the overall sense of comfort. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable, allowing me to rest very well after a long day of traveling. The room felt cozy yet modern, and cleanliness was clearly a priority. What made the stay even more memorable was the excellent service. I would especially like to mention Xiao Ye, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. Her helpful attitude and genuine care made me feel very welcomed, and she patiently assisted with everything I needed. Service like this truly makes a difference. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and outstanding service. Whether you are visiting Kunming for travel or business, I highly recommend Orange Hotel near Kunming Railway Station. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Seriously can't recommend this place enough for business trips! For this price, it felt like a 4-star experience – amazing value for money! The service was incredibly thoughtful! When I arrived with a big suitcase, the staff member immediately offered to help and even upgraded me to a family room. My impression of the hotel shot up instantly! The ambiance was right up my alley! The yellow-themed room was bright and cozy, with adorable cartoon prints on the wall and cute deer figurines. There was even a small sofa by the window, perfect for chilling with my phone at night – so comfortable! The cleanliness details were top-notch! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a faint scent of disinfectant. The sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and even the hangers and bathrobes smelled like they'd been sun-dried. I felt completely at ease staying there! Getting around was super convenient! There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the subway entrance is just a 10-minute walk away. It's super close to all the attractions and shopping districts, which is perfect for us 'walking warriors'! For this price, you absolutely have to book this place! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Stayed three nights at Changsheng hotel over Christmas week. Easy to find. Location is very good. It’s a cosy, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. We had a twin bedroom. Reception always staffed, friendly and helpful. Has laundry area if needed. Bedroom window facing Kunming railway station- city view. Step out of hotel, plenty of food available you’ll never starve. Easy to get around Kunming and the surrounding area. Hotel staff surprised us with flower cake and lollies how sweet as we were departing for the airport. Yes I do recommend this hotel.
