„川西到麗江途中特意加了稻城亞丁，一直想來的地方，酒店也是臨時定的，很超預期，第一天晚上到的非常晚，加上高反，下車的時候感覺不是很好，前台一個藏族姑娘小小瘦瘦的主動跑出來幫我們拎了兩個大箱子，真的非常感謝，而且因為太晚了沒吃飯，小姑娘還給我們專門燒水泡麪，非常感謝信，所以必須很認真的給酒店特別是前台小姑娘點個贊，稻城的美景是一直想來看的，但是酒店的細心與貼心給這次旅途增色不少，必須給個手工五星好評和感謝”

„I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection.”

„住到了稻城天花板級別的酒店，到達前幾天就有專門的工作人員聯繫提醒訂票以及一系列的服務包括接送之類，雖然到達當天我開了一天車還是忘記訂票了，小姐姐還是歷及時解決了順利上山入住。 由於去的時候是淡季，酒店幫我們免費升級了房型，在房間的床上就能看到神山，簡直無敵了。到了晚上酒店有露台，一抬頭就是滿天星空，這絕對是我看到過最美的夜空。 房間也是超級滿意，設施齊全，迷你吧的東西都是免費的，一大堆吃的喝的，還有彌散式供氧解決可能存在的高反問題，加上全屋地暖，沒想到在景區能住到這麼好的酒店，太享受了。 餐飲方面也是一絕，請的廚師也太會做菜了吧，雖然菜式不多，我住了兩天基本把菜單點了一圈，真的是每樣菜品都好吃！菌菇湯和氂牛牛尾湯，絕了！還有早餐也好吃，中西搭配還結合當地特色，真的很用心了。 酒店位置去景區也方便，門口就是接駁車的站台，到景區入口就10分鐘路程。 期待下次再來入住了！”

„這次黃金週跟兒子錯峯旅行，對比了松贊和千秋雪，最後選擇了這家，一次完美的入住。酒店位於景區裏面。進入酒店大堂很有意境。辦理入住時給我升級了房型，進入房間，很是驚喜，裏面有高壓氧艙，製氧機，這對於有高反的遊客是福音。洗手間還配有防曬用品和潤脣膏,推開窗户可以看到雪山，早上7點左右看到了日照金山，很是震撼。早餐有當地特色，中餐和晚餐都很好吃。熱別感謝工作人員，個個都很熱情很自然，讓人感覺很舒服。細節方面做的處處很到位，這點非常Nice。總之是一次沒有遺憾下次還會首選的酒店。推薦大家都來試試！”

„I came to Daocheng Yading to fulfill a long-held wish. From the moment I arrived at Songtsam, after all my worries and anxieties, I knew I would be well taken care of. The butlers were incredibly warm and treated me like family. They'd call to check on my whereabouts, reminding me to come back early when it looked like rain, even offering to come pick me up with an umbrella. Everything was perfectly arranged; I had sunny weather during my explorations, and it only rained after I returned and left. Grateful ☺️”
