„第一次來高原，入住當晚有些輕微高反，頭痛得有點難受，還好酒店有提供氧氣。 服務員非常貼心，看到我們不太舒服，主動泡了熱騰騰的紅景天茶送到房間，還輕聲安慰我們説這是正常現象，吸上氧、多休息就會緩解很多。第二天早上退房時，又特意問候，感覺很暖心。 酒店本身也很不錯，房間乾淨温暖，彌散式供氧讓人睡得很踏實。早上拉開窗簾就能看到雪山，景色很美。 對於擔心高反的遊客來説，這裏不僅住宿舒適，更像一個在高原上的安心港灣。很感激他們的及時幫助，讓我們的稻城之旅順利了許多。”

„Great hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!”

„第一天在小鎮上另外一家去年新開的酒店很糟糕給了差評，成都自駕過來本來打算第二天去玩稻城亞丁就返回，但奈何我們一羣人高反嚴重於是還是在小鎮上選擇休息了一晚上，於是二話不説選擇了這家供氧的酒店。並且離稻城亞丁也很近。剛開始僅因為有供氧沒想到整體住下來完全超出預期。 設施：非常齊全，應有盡有。非常方便停車，地下停車場還有充電樁。空調、地暖、供氧非常全面。洗漱用品很好用很好聞！ 衞生：非常乾淨整潔，是我住了那麼多酒店唯一敢用酒店浴巾的程度。 環境：設計簡單大方，床墊睡起來超舒服！隔音效果很好！並且我們在川西線住了那麼多酒店這是唯一一家不會有蟲的！ 服務：重要的事情放後面！服務我猛誇！一到酒店開始泊車下大雨都有專人指引！因為我們高反很嚴重提前給他們打電話把我們房間的供氧打開，到了房間果然是開的猛猛的，去之前還建議我們如果很嚴重去旁邊的衞生院先看看。我們是三姐弟一起住一個房間，讓他們拿一個牙膏直接拿了一套洗漱用品。猛誇前台小姐姐，又漂亮説話又温柔。整個住宿過程對我們照顧是盡心盡力的，我們需要的東西也是她以最快的速度送給我們，非常全能，她的服務給我們一行人的住宿體驗加了很大的分，雖然酒店本身設施就很完美，前台小姐姐也給足了我們幸福感！不過很詫異當天晚上辦理入住的也是她第二天退房也是她滿辛苦的！如果是員工的話我覺得老闆完全有必要給我們小姐姐加雞腿加薪啊！她把這份工作當做自己的事業和家一樣在對待！如果是家族企業的話，那確實做的滿盡心盡力的！第一次好評寫了這麼多，祝商家生意興隆！祝小姐姐工作順利天天開心！朋友們，如果看到最後一定要選擇這家酒店！因為我們在來的第一天盡心挑選了很多家酒店最後踩雷了不説。還沒休息好！相信我就這家！物超所值！”
