„我們在訂房軟件上訂的酒店，這趟川西之旅我不想有遺憾，所以在之前我有些勉強自己，但一下車冷空氣還是戳穿了我的偽裝，好冷，渾身上下止不住的抖，酒店的小哥看到我這樣立馬給開了氧氣輸送機，前台的小哥哥開房也很快。沒過多久我就到了房間，接待我們的小哥幫我們拿了超重的大箱子，給我們開了電熱毯和製氧機，也貼心的叮囑我們一些事情，房間很快就暖洋洋的，我躺在電熱毯上，小夥伴燒了好些熱水給我，我的症狀減輕了很多，酒店的水竟然給了六瓶whh，這點真的很適合我和我的小夥伴，來了川西總是喝不夠水，嘴裏鼻子裏都是乾乾的，過了二十多分鐘我們的包車師傅打電話問我有沒有好些，我回答好些了，師傅也是再三確認我沒什麼大礙，就去給車充電了，沒想到師傅還默默在樓下等了這麼久，這個時候我的身體很温暖，心也很温暖。 雖説現在我還在失眠，但我真的不難受了，暖和了就好很多。 謝謝你們，小夥伴好，包車師傅好，酒店小哥好。祝你們健康平安”

The hotel is only one block near the river and you can walk to the White Tower. The hotel has a friendly staff, her name Tan Hongli (please use translator app to communicate in Chinese). She can assist you and always care for all client inhouse. The room is large with tea reception area at window. Warm and comfort bed, hot shower is immediate when need. I would recommend friends to this hotel, and repeat.”

„I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection.”

„從雲南的香格里拉自駕去稻城亞丁，因為路程太遠了，開了7個小時，看天快黑了，所以衹能在稻城縣，住一晚，盲選的酒店，卻十分的好，超大的停車場，很有設計感的大堂，酒店的服務人員態度也非常友善，因為淡季和入住晚，謝謝前台的小姐姐幫我升了房，感恩🥹，還有的是，前台貼心的有温熱的紅景天茶和紅棗茶，兩個試試都很好喝。 唯一不足的是：在3700海拔的稻城縣，酒店房間是沒有供氧，如果需要供氧，需要60元一小時，真得是天價了，我們晚上睡到一半時，凌晨兩點，因為睡覺缺氧，頭疼得快掉下來，需要起床吃芬必得，太遭罪了。 還有酒店有餐廳送餐服務，點了兩個菜，還是挺好吃的，所以全5分，我是給的，但不會再入住了！！”

„川西自駕所有酒店民宿的天花板！Santa是我遇到過服務最好的，審美最在線的民宿。位置就在香格里拉鎮中心，附近餐館和奶茶店很多，離稻城亞丁景區開車十幾分鍾就到。 抵達的那天開錯路了找不到停車場，老闆和服務員小姐姐出門幫忙領路，超耐心介紹房間細節，還幫我們升房了。電器用的都是戴森的電吹風和加濕器，沙發很大很舒服，半圓形的餐桌挺有設計感，大浴缸泡澡可以解除一天的疲勞。 民宿每天會贈送早餐，並且會送到房間，種類特別豐富，中式西式都有，最愛的是米線，真的特別香！ 我們在鎮子上吃晚飯突然下雨，老闆還過來送傘，給我們推薦乾淨好吃的餐廳，擔心我們吃壞肚子。晚上怕我們高反還送了榴蓮到房間，特別感謝用心的服務！ 服務員小姐姐幫忙協調停車位，拿外賣送到房間，幫忙拿行李，進出都會打招呼，特別注重客人的體驗感受，真的感覺到了真誠對待。 如果下次再來一定還會選Santa，支持老闆和兩位小姐姐～ 歡迎水果: 有陽光玫瑰，蜜李，蘋果，品種很多也很新鮮”

„First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.”

Absolutely wonderful homestay and hostess! I was travelling alone and suffered some altitude sickness and the hostess was so kind. She organised the oxygen machine so I could sleep and recover from the sickness. I stayed 2 nights originally and loved it so much i went back later and stayed another night.The rooms are extremely comfortable, great hot water pressure, excellent heating. The hostess speaks excellent English and also can organise carpooling with taxis to reach Yading. I highly recommend to anyone travelling to Daocheng.

The sign board is in Chinese only. So, it is quite difficult for foreigner like me to get to the right building. Even my local taxi driver can not. Fortunately, the owner lady and friends are sittings at the roadside waiting for customers or passerby who looks for an accommodation. The owner lady is very generous and servicible. She helps me carrying my big luggage from street to the homestay. She also show me how to use facilities in the room. She speaks only chinese but I can not. So, she suggest me to contact her via Wechat which I can use translation feature. In the morning before I am going to visit Yading Scenic Spot, she offers me an treking pole too. Nevertheless, Due to the early departure time of bus to Xianggelila, I figure out whether I move to stay in town for another day after finishing 3-day booking here. She asks me if I have nothing to do in town and decide to continue staying. She can provide a free pick-up to the bus station by her family car at 5.30 a.m. That is great. The room is small and simple but tidy. Bed is firm and comfortable. It comes with electronic blanket which helps alot because it is freezing at night. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Hot water is provided all day in night. Shower pressure is strong and easy to adjust the temperature. However, bathroom and toilet are humid and difficult to dry because of the cold weather. Wifi is strong.

The location of the HomeStay is excellent. It is located at the end of the street of a quieter corner away from the busy street. Just a short walk you will have access to many eateries and shops. The interior decoration is uniquely furnished with ******* style design transporting us into a real local ******* family home without the need to be physically in Tibet. The Owner of the HomeStay is very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to ******* culture and explained the significance of Animals painting on the wall and how it translates into daily life. Animals consisted of Elephant, Monkey, Rabbit and Bird. He also made us their fragrance 酥油茶 suyou cha which is good to counter Altitude sickness 高反。 Cat is also a sacred animal in ******* culture. The price of the HomeStay is very reasonable with the excellent location and service. It has free laundry service, however you need to hang them dry in an outdoor clothes line. It will dry quickly as the weather is very dry/sunny. I would highly recommend this HomeStay to everyone who likes to go to Daocheng Yading. Lastly, I would like to thank the Owner and his Sister for making our stay an enjoyable one. Best wishes to Owner and his Sister with excellent business ahead.

Located in Xianggelila Zhen (formerly known as Riwa), the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Yading Tourism Passenger Transport Terminal. If you're arriving by long-haul bus, make sure to buy tickets to Yading, not Daocheng. The Daocheng bus station is about 2 hours away, and you would need to take a shared taxi or another bus to get here. Also, it's best to buy your return ticket in Chengdu, as purchasing tickets at the Yading station can be a bit of a hassle. As a Muslim traveller, I found two halal restaurants within a 3-minute walking distance, located behind the hotel. To get to the Yading scenic area, you can easily catch a yellow minibus for 10 yuan one way, or ask the hotel owner to help arrange transport. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his daughters were very kind and helpful, even though they didn’t speak English. Their warm gestures truly touched my heart. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended for solo female travellers. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely choose the same hotel again.

W samym centrum miasta Xiangelila, 2 minuty spacerem od supermarketów, restauracji, a nawet Dicos! Znajduje się tuż przy drodze, która zaprowadzi Cię prosto do głównego wejścia do Yading Scenic Area (około 6 km, taksówka 40 RMB lub 10 RMB za osobę, jeśli korzystasz z transportu zbiorowego). Podczas zameldowania miła ******* pani w recepcji bez dodatkowych kosztów zmieniła standard mojego pokoju. Miejsce jest czyste, ponad typowe chińskie standardy. Jeśli chcesz grzejnik, kosztuje 5 RMB za noc, ale koc elektryczny był wystarczający. Woda jest ciepła, ale nie parząca (osobiście biorę prysznic tylko w temperaturze +45 stopni, ale wystarczała, aby umyć twarz bez dyskomfortu). Byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu, więc następnego ranka zarezerwowałem kolejną noc, zamiast zatrzymywać się w mieście Yading. Kiedy wróciłem bardzo późno w nocy, a ze względu na moją wybredność, jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, pani w recepcji zrobiła mi szybko i pysznie smażony ryż i nie przyjęła moich pieniędzy, bez względu na to, ile razy oferowałem. Zostałbym jeszcze jedną noc, gdybym nie musiał wyjeżdżać następnego ranka. Dzięki za wszystko, wrócę pewnego dnia!

Location is great, in the center of Riwa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Only 10minutes to the entrance of Yading. Staff are helpful. They can speak a bit of English. Foreigners are accepted. The room is ok but there is always smoking smell in the room (maybe from the room nextdoor)

一路沿着318國道前行，簡直是一場視覺盛宴！ 蘭勇（Alan）的服務超級好！從辦理入住時耐心講解周邊遊玩路線、提醒高原注意事項，到後來主動幫忙搬運行李、解決房間裏的小問題，全程都特別熱情周到，細節裏全是貼心。本來旅途有點疲憊，被他的服務暖到了，體驗感直接拉滿！
