„Definitely the best hotel in Changsha or perhaps all of Hunan. The view from the 86th-93rd floor is the best part; suggest to book a river view to ensure you get at least a partial view of the river and of Juzizhou. The room is quite large as well, with a huge bathroom. Shower in particular is really big. Also has a bathtub with a view as well. Facilities wise, there is a pool and a gym, etc. but not as high up as as the actual hotel. Then there are the hotel restaurants and bar, which unfortunately I didn't have time to try out. There is also the IFS mall below which has everything you need. For me given the price it's an amazing bargain considering prices for similar hotels in places like Shenzhen or Guangzhou.”

„It was more of a layover for me before catching my morning ride at the station right next to the hotel. Be warned that my didi driver couldnt find the entrance of hotel, I had to walk from the main road in, sadly in the rain for 3mins, maybe it would have been easier if I hadn’t arrive after midnight.
Checkin in was a breeze, room is of good size, bed is comfortable, I wished I wasnt here just for that couple of hours. I wouldn’t mind to stay here again.
Heading to the train station, I had to walked down a fleet of stairs with a 20kg luggage which wasnt too easy for a petite woman, probably because it was 6am and the escalators aren’t supposed to work yet.”

„The rooms were very clean, and the pillows were super comfy! I stayed for three nights straight while in Changsha for a concert, trying two different room types. The pillows were consistently great, and the service was excellent. But the absolute best part is the location!!! Seriously, I got off at Changsha South, and the metro took me right to the hotel building. It's so convenient for getting everywhere, just a few kilometers to most places! „We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden.
The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk.
Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.
The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.”

„5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel
We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay.
The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding.
We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna.
Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.”

It is 12 kilometers away from Changsha station, only 26 minutes by car. It is 25 kilometers away from Changsha south high speed railway station, and it only takes 40 minutes by car. Huanghua Airport is 35 kilometers, only 40 minutes by car. You can also watch fireworks parties in Juzizhou and enjoy the music fountain of Meixi lake.

The city view is awesome, from 7 pm to 1030 pm we have the light shows on the building , book a room with bridge and city view, it is awesome.
The rooms are clean, had a bathtub to enjoy, and bed is cozy.
The staff are really welcoming, very warm gestures, from reception the ambiance is great.
Restaurant staff were really friendly, language is no barrier when you have translations. There was a buffet breakfast, and offered us complimentary lunch and dinner as well.

VV.GraceWe stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating.
We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated.
The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

GGośćI had a great stay at Crystal Hotel. The hotel maintains excellent hygiene throughout, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a friendly and attentive chef who added a nice personal touch.
The reception staff were especially helpful—they patiently shared useful tips and directions that made it much easier for us to get around Changsha, which we really appreciated as visitors.
One standout feature is the laundry system. It’s incredibly convenient: just use the washing machine, scan a QR code, and you’ll receive a notification on your phone when the wash is done. The dryer works the same way. If the machines are busy, you can simply write down your room number and preference, and a staff member will deliver your clothes directly to your room.
Overall, a very well-run hotel with thoughtful services and genuinely helpful staff. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world).
The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature.
What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for.
If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape.

GGan Yung ChyanKanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops.
I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo.
I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels.
I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town.

GGośćMy husband and I recently stayed here for the Christmas weekend getaway, and we had a wonderful experience.
First and foremost, the location is excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city so convenient and stress-free.
The service was equally impressive. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every staff member was friendly and attentive. They made us feel genuinely cared for.
Our room was spotlessly clean and the entire hotel felt very well-maintained. It’s clear they take pride in their property, which gave us great peace of mind.
In short, both my husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again on our next visit and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。
位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。
總體：服務很好，

GGość1) We asked to help with luggage’s and the bellman asked: “Do you have a lot of baggage?” I said: “of course”. Unwilling to help. No greetings.
2)Front desk: no greeting when approaching. Instead we greeted them with a “Hello, we have a reservation”. No one even said hello after we greeted the staffs.
3) Confusing ticket system. Took a long time to get tickets for the nearby parks.
4) Amenities: Water wasn’t hot enough to take shower in the first night. Smoking smell in the first 2 days across the building. AC were not cooling down the room instead just fan blowing in the last 2 days. What are great way to save operating costs.
5) Check out: still no greetings, we greeted them and said thanks. No thank you from anyone from the hotel.
6) Dining: Chinese restaurant offers great services and foods. Breakfast service is horrible.
We paid and we thanked all the staffs, no one single staff said thank you. Except house keeping staffs, who are the only hotel members who are showing courtesy and respect.
Totally not recommending this hotel as the city has so many newly opened international branded hotels. This hotel is even worse than the InterContiental Changsha in terms of reception and concierge services. Definitely not come here gain. Bye Bye

Our visit was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the **park-like environment that made our stay so peaceful and relaxing. The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding.
My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother.
All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience!
And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
