Breakfast : So So Bathroom: only have toothpaste toothbrush , no have others Totally is clean , small room , staff nice , little noisy for street .

Very good location, just one metro station away from Ningbo Railway Station. It has important historical sites next to it, such as the City God Protector temple and Tianfeng Pagoda (or Tower). Staff is very helpful and kind. They have a good gym!

Stayed here a few times since I left Ningbo and have been returning for visits. I knew the hotel already when it used to have M Bar but - as predicted - they have finally done away with the place and replaced it with some kind of members lounge. In fact, that whole side of the hotel has gone more upmarket - in keeping with the standards of the brand. The reception staff are efficient if a bit cold, the breakfast is plentiful and fresh (I think there was a conference or something as was super busy) and the hotel is clean and roomy. The soft pillows are still my biggest complaint but I have continued to stay here despite this and beds are comfortable in general. Thanks and best wishes.

I always stay in this hotel when I visit Ningbo for a business trip. Breakfast is excellent. rooms are good size and location is very good with many food nearby for meals. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

Third visit to the Ting Hotel. The layout of the check-on area has changed. It is a lot better now. The superior room is well worth the money spent. Two big, comfortable double beds, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, friendly staff, they are using the usual translator Apps, Metro line two to Ningbo Railway station as well as the Airport is only a two minutes walk away. The click tower acrosd the street. An english translation for the A/C remote control would be helpful. The loud A/C is the only downside. I guess it needs to be serviced.

My colleagues toilet had skid marks in when he checked into his room, hadn’t been cleaned. Disgusting. The gym is dated and the equipment could do with a refresh. The rooms were terribly hot, the person in the room next to me slept with his door open all night as the corridor was cooler. I would not return to this hotel.

The hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

Room is clean and spacious. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. She was very nice even though she was busy with other guess and other errands. Both of them gave me great experience at the hotel ✨
