最近入住了全季酒店，這體驗簡直絕了，必須給個滿分好評! 一進酒店，典雅的中式風格裝修撲面而來，木質元素的巧妙運用，搭配暖黃色的燈光，温馨又舒適，彷彿瞬間遠離了城市的喧囂，有種“偷得浮生半日閑”的愜意。前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住手續快速高效，還貼心地為我介紹了周邊的美食和景點。 房間更是讓我驚喜不已。床鋪柔軟得像一朵雲，被子和枕頭的觸感超級棒，一夜好眠，第二天精神抖擻。房間的隔音效果也非常好，完全聽不到外面的嘈雜聲。衞生間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品品質上乘，用起來很舒服。 酒店的自助早餐種類豐富，既有傳統的中式美食，如熱氣騰騰的包子、營養豐富的粥，也有精緻的西式糕點和新鮮的水果。每一樣都色香味俱全，讓我吃得心滿意足。 此外，酒店的位置十分優越，交通便利，周邊商場、餐廳林立，無論是購物還是出行都非常方便。 這次入住全季酒店，讓我感受到了無微不至的關懷和高品質的服務。以後來這座城市，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏!強烈推薦給大家!😘

What a wonderful way to spend my birthday. 🤩❤️ I was mesmerized as soon I stepped out my taxi. ❤️💕 this was a perfect weekend trip. They decorated my room for birthday, my room was amazing. Loved the tea room, caught up on some reading there. Hot springs facility is fantastic,perfect for winter. Breakfast 10/10 Thank you to Xiao Zhao and all the other staff members, you are genuinely kind and friendly.

去東錢湖玩的，在平台上隨機選的這家酒店，整體體驗比想象中好很多。位置好找，出行也方便，周邊吃飯、買東西都挺近。前台服務態度温和，特別是當班小宋，辦理入住很快，沒有多餘流程，讓人感覺很舒服。房間打掃得很乾凈，沒有異味，床品整潔，床墊睡着也舒服，晚上休息得很好。衞生間沒有水漬和頭髮，用品齊全，熱水穩定，洗澡很方便。空調、WiFi都正常，網速夠用，房間隔音也不錯，晚上基本聽不到噪音。酒店整體乾淨整潔，環境安靜，性價比很高。沒有什麼花哨的服務，但該有的都有，讓人住得踏實放心。不管是出差還是臨時住宿都很合適，下次來還會考慮住這裏，推薦大家選擇👍👍👍

非常驚喜的一次入住體驗。民宿位置很好，風景也不錯，環境安靜舒服，很適合放鬆一下。 晚餐真的必須誇一下。本來沒抱太大期待，結果是非常認真專業的正宗四道式西餐，從前菜到甜點都安排得很到位。我們的老外家人也讚不絕口，包括細節真的做得很好。味道是地中海融合風格，食材新鮮，口味很舒服，不會很重但很有層次。 而且我們有自己的包廂，吃飯完全沒有被催，也沒有時間壓力，節奏特別放鬆。廚師長還專門過來問我們的用餐感受，這一點真的很加分，讓人感覺被認真對待。 早餐在湖邊曬着太陽吃的，相當愜意！牛肉麪和餛飩都非常好吃，成年人不做選擇兩個都要了開心完食。 服務整體也很貼心，很多小細節都能看出來在用心。對寵物特別友好，我們帶着狗狗也完全沒有壓力。 整體體驗真的不錯，是會願意推薦給朋友、也想再來的地方

Celebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace. As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too. In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction. The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine. Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close. Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service.

酒店地理位置非常好，在東錢湖附近，離東錢湖小普陀和韓嶺老街都非常近。酒店配置也不錯，很舒服的一個酒店，前台漂亮可愛的小妹妹也特別好，耐心細緻，説話慢聲細語，不急不躁，看着舒服，聽着也舒服，酒店早餐也非常好，營養豐富，品種很多，中西餐都有。離店的時候，都有一種戀戀不捨的感覺，很值得推薦，下次來寧波玩，還住這個酒店。

This luxurious sanctuary, transformed from an ancient Jiangnan water village, seamlessly blends traditional architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. A tranquil courtyard by Dongqian Lake, the environment is excellent, and the service is five-star. They thoughtfully provided fruit, desserts, and drinks. The room is spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom is also large with two sinks and a bathtub. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and breakfast is abundant. The kids had a great time.

I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.
