Our kids love it! Great Stay & Super Convenient We had a short but fantastic stay. Having indoor slides right in the room was a brilliant touch and made the trip memorable. The best part was how accessible everything was; the facilities were easy to find and use, which made our quick visit totally stress-free.

The hotel looks new, and the cleanliness also okay. Only a few things that we might be reconsidering about to revisit. 1st is many angle in the room a bit shape and need to be extra careful if stay with toddlers or infant baby. And the door of the room can’t be close properly, we know that hotel staff trying to help to solve the problem. We was arrange to another room at late night abt 11pm+. And the door of hotel room also insecure with simple lock, normally hotel room come with double locks to avoid toddler open the room door easily and go out. Really hope the hotel management will look into this matter to avoid any incident happened.

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the lift lobby, and ants appear very quickly if you have sweets in the house. We also found one big cockroach in the living room. My kid enjoyed the slide in the room, which was a nice touch, but the room felt quite warm even with the air-conditioning on. The location is convenient, with a mini mart and restaurants on the ground floor. It’s also only about a 6-minute ride to Legoland.

If you like a quiet, cosy place that give you a resort feel, then this hotel will be a good choice. Initially booked this hotel is because wanting to try the Gem Spa, as previously I tried their other outlet which was very good. But sadly due to time constraints, we didn't manage to go the spa. What I like about this hotel is, there is a hard rock within the hotel. So if you do not want to travel 15mins out, then you can actually chill and eat there. The room is cosy but sadly that even I had booked the sea view, the view was not directly. I was allocated a room that faced the road and far right is the sea. But the plus point is I have a bathtub. Overall the service is good, breakfast is average and the occupancy of the hotel is high but you do not feel crowded.

Very peaceful facilities floor with a great view, only downside was the sandy beach pool, we had no idea there was an actual pool so we just left without swimming in the better one.... No food as it was a residential property, lobby was nice with aircon, check in was easy.

Studio room is spacious and clean. TV working fine, aircon is powerful. Hotel is very quiet even on a weekend. Front desk staffs are patient and friendly. We opted for the buffet breakfast and loved it, variety indeed was limited but the Thai food prepared by the restaurant was good. The only problem I see is probably their car park which is shared with another building, small, tight and quite dim, got to exercise more caution when parking at night as the pillars are at irregular locations and unexpected. Parking fee for 3D2N is RM10 with security checks.

Przestronne, rodzinne ‑przyjazne układy: Suites z 2 sypialniami, pełnymi kuchniami, pralką/suszarkąwspaniałe dla rodzin lub pobytów. Wygodność lokalizacji (Hard Rock Café na dole, blisko Legoland). Ale sofa naprawdę potrzebuje ulepszenia, aby lepszy komfort i czystość. Nowszy lub silniejszy zestaw naprawdę poprawiłoby doświadczenia gości.

Difficult to contact the customer services. 3 lines of contacts listed in the email are not directly the ones who will give you the answer. Check out time is too early, 11h am, that made my family miss the trip to the city centre in the morning as planned as afraid cannot come back in time to check out. Hope this will improve.

We recently stayed at Elysia Park Medini by Stayrene for a night. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The view from the balcony was stunning. We enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient.
