Hotele z parkingiem w: Hanoi

Excellent Apartment is in a modern building on a complex of other modern towers, very nice. There are covenience stores, restaurants, gyms, bakery pharmacy all within a very short walking distance. There is also a mall nearby The apartment was newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with a nice sofa and projector which you can cast to from your phone. It was spacious too. Lots of spaces to put luggage and big wardrobes for clothes. I felt at home here Also a washing machine which is invaluable if you are on a long holiday, and nice balcony where you can hang clothes to dry Host was very kind and helped with all my requests within minutes. The only downside was the particular apartment I stayed in overlooked a major junction and the road noise was high. But they have apartments on the other side of the of the building too, so just discuss with them if that's a major issue.

Stands out for its service from the check-in (much needed cold towel and drink on a hot day) to the meals (passionate sharing of Vietnamese delicacies) to the check-out (take home souvenir). The hotel spa is convenient, the restaurant Mia served delicious food, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful when we needed some medical assistance. Great location! Room was a bit dated and in need of touch-ups, and not sure if they have an eco-friendly policy on bedsheets change because mine didn't look like it was changed.

The location in the alley but it easy access just walking distance. There also near the Tay Ho lake just have a walk nearby for the cold breeze especially in the morning . Nearby have many cafe and there is Korean restaurant . You can walk a little bit more and there is very delicious Pho ( you can check my photo uploaded ). The room itself have big bed for me as solo traveller . Cleanliness need to be improve . Hot water works well . Fan and aircond functional but I think it no need to be turn-on since it already cold here . There are 2 bottles of drinking water with 2 snacks if you arrive in hungry stomach.. Customer service respond faster and helpful . My check-in process very smooth . There are 2 passwords need to remember , the gate password at the basement before getting into the elevator , and your room door's password - I like to say it very safe and secure here . Price very cheap and affordable . Please wear slipper in the room because floor very cold 24/7 or you will get cold easily .

Nie rozumiem, jak ten hotel może mieć ocenę 9,3 i być oceniony jako 5-gwiazdkowy na trip.com. Kiedy tam dotarłem, poczułem się oszukany, to tylko 3-gwiazdkowy hotel. Pokój jest taki mały. A za cenę, którą zapłaciłem około 85 euro, myślę, że lepiej wybrać Fraser Suites, który nadal jest jednym z najlepszych w Hanoi. Ten hotel jest jednym z moich najgorszych hoteli w Wietnamie. Kiedy wchodzisz, toaleta ma duży zapach, a umywalka jest zatkana. Wyobraź sobie, że jesteś o 23:00 już śmiertelnie zmęczony i bierzesz prysznic w połowie drogi, mając blokowaną umywalkę i zalaną podłogę. Zobacz zdjęcie. Jak hotel może zaprojektować umywalkę na podłodze w ten sposób? Nie ma otworu, który zatrzymałby wodę, a jeśli się zatka, to oczywiście wyleje się na suchą podłogę. Taki głupi projekt, nie wspominając o zapachu. Kierownik dokładnie wiedział, że ten pokój ma problem, kiedy przyszedł, ale i tak przydzielił mi ten pokój. To jest punkt, który mnie wściekł. Udało mi się zmienić pokój na nowy i ten pokój jest lepszy, bez blokowanej umywalki, ale pokój wydawał się przestarzały i mały. Co najważniejsze, jest ciągły szum płynącej wody, którego nie wiem, czy dochodzi od sąsiada, czy z górnego sufitu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, po prostu nie ma izolacji i jest głośno, gdy ludzie przechodzą. Miałem ochotę wymeldować się po pierwszej nocy, ale to nie podlega zwrotowi. Nie ma wyboru. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to dla mnie koszmar. Śniadanie jest przeciętne. Pozytywną stroną jest to, że personel jest w porządku. Nigdy nie zaufam ocenie na trip.com wynoszącej 9,3 ani ocenie Google 4,8. Po prostu nie mogę w to uwierzyć i zarezerwowałem to, aby spróbować ze względu na dobrą ocenę, ale skończyło się to dość rozczarowany. W każdym razie, jako ogólną radę, staraj się unikać większości hoteli na starym mieście i szukaj apartamentów Novotel, apartamentów Fraser, które znajdują się poza turystycznym starym miastem, aby uzyskać najlepszy stosunek jakości do ceny i po prostu użyj Grab, jeśli chcesz odwiedzić stare miasto.

Excellent customer service from the staff. The location was prime and close to everything. Two minute walk away from the lake.  I had book for the deluxe room for the first two days they put me in a smaller room and then they said they were gonna upgrade me. Not sure if it was an upgrade or downgrade. The photos on the website showed that it was a stand in shower but the first two days I had a tub shower. Shower had a tiny bit of mold but this is nitpicking.  Other than the shower issue, everything went well. The staff is ultra friendly. Very nice, care about you. They know you by name and room number so it shows that they’re very tentative . I definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.  On the last note, the hotel that offered to book me a taxi to the airport, initially they quoted me 400,000 but I said grab was cheaper and then they quoted me 230,000 with discount. I couldn’t help me disappointed that I got quoted at the higher price first instead of just automatically giving me the discount. It would’ve definitely gave me a better impression.  I’m not sure if it was the language barrier and they did offer the discount, because I’m from South Vietnam and the dialect is different in the north. I just hope I’m wrong.

What a great location in the middle of the hustle in bustle! This hotel is a family owned and operated business. We met the owners son and wife who manage the property and they are lovely people and give great recommendation. Check-in was quick and seamless. They greeted us with welcome tea and gave us a map with a thorough briefing of the best places to eat and visit. They even ran our luggage up and had someone turn the AC on before we got in our room so it would be cool upon entry. The room was cozy and the bed had a supportive mattress but I am partial to the hard beds of Asia. Breakfast was at the top in a beautiful space and they made your eggs to order. I only wish the shower door did a better job of keeping the water in. We tried to book them after our HaLong Bay cruise canceled but sadly they were fully booked. We will be back!

Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj ostatniego dnia w Hanoi i zdecydowaliśmy się wybrać hotel w centrum miasta, ponieważ jest on oddalony zaledwie o 30 minut jazdy od lotniska. Hotel znajduje się około 1 kilometra od Starego Miasta w spokojnej okolicy. Udogodnienia obejmują saunę, basen na dachu i siłownię. Nasz pokój był czysty i przestronny, dokładnie taki, jak w reklamie, i miał wannę, co było plusem, ponieważ mój chłopak uwielbia moczyć się w wannie. Personel był pomocny i pomagał nam we wszystkich naszych zapytaniach. Śniadanie w formie bufetu dla dwóch osób jest wliczone w cenę.

The hotel was clean and new. Look similar to what the photo show. Recommend to book.

Wybrałem to miejsce, ponieważ było blisko lotniska. Po pierwsze, założyłem, że skoro jest blisko, to będzie naprawdę łatwo tam dotrzeć po przylocie, ale taksówkarze taksówek nie chcą tam jechać, bo dla nich lepiej jest zarobić więcej na dojeździe do centrum miasta niż jechać pięć minut do tego hotelu. Po przyjeździe personel, który cię powita, nie będzie miał nawet cienia uśmiechu na twarzy i potraktuje cię tak, jakbyś ich zdenerwował, zakłócając im spokój. Nawiasem mówiąc, poranna zmiana była dokładnie taka sama. Sam pokój był w porządku, tak jak zakładałem na podstawie zdjęć, ale po bliższym przyjrzeniu się widać, że w pokoju jest mnóstwo zniszczeń i uszkodzonych rzeczy.

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
