„recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.”

„情人節快樂，非常適合情侶居住的民宿， 有小陽台及桌椅，可以在戶外用餐。 早餐剛剛好吃飽，覺得添加一些中式的口味會比較好。 落羽松景色非常的優美，前庭後院都種滿的落羽松。 房間內沒有電視，而是使用投影機，非常大的螢幕，躺在床上欣賞電影，非常舒服。 看完電影再去泡澡，人生一大享受也。”

„The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.”

„Location is not as accessible therefore travelling via private hire/taxi is highly recommended. However the resort facilities and the ranch next to the resort makes it a good 2D1N trip. One area for the resort to work on is the tiles of the bathroom. It appears to be rather slippery which can be dangerous for young children and seniors.”

„We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge.”
