„這次從金門回來台灣過年下飛機後就開車帶小孩來到一個月前就訂好的山口溫泉旅館這是他們第一次泡溫泉我們住小木屋房型先到本館櫃檯報到櫃檯的男生人員服務態度不錯有問必答解釋的很詳細到了小木屋一打開房門就是好聞的木頭香休息一下就帶著小孩到本館五樓大眾池泡溫泉那天風特別大但是溫泉很溫暖小孩開心的不想起來還好那天只有我們一家四口才沒有影響到別人小孩也能盡情的泡另外房間廁所是偶爾會有不好聞的味道但門拉起來是沒有的早上還被屋頂的跑步走跳聲音叫醒哈我以為是松鼠老公以為是小鳥結果是猴子哈這次入住這間以價格兩千初頭的台幣還有早餐我覺得很不錯了。下次再回來想泡溫泉應該還是會選擇這家。”

„Located a short 5 minute walk from the train station. The lobby was well decorated with lego-based furnishings and art work. They put a lot of effort to design the lobby to be really welcoming. The staff were nice and efficient in processing us. The morning breakfast was phenomenal; the braised pork rice was the best I had during the trip. The room was spacious and clean. Best value for money! Definitely will come back if I visit Jiaoxi again.”

„the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!”

„The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.”

MMontagnenoirWe chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

GGośćMy husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

KKim from SingaporeWe are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

GGośćThe hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

AAnonimowy użytkownikFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
