„We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge.”

„Convenient location in Luodong city centre, walking distance to Luodong Night Market, Luodong Forestry Cultural Park with a supermarket and convenience stores nearby too. The hotel is on level 6 within a building with a few other accommodation chains and offices. There's a car park just opposite the building. I love the decor here, from the clean, sleek interior at reception to the rooms. There are instant coffee and tea bags, and hot/cold filtered water on tap available at the common area just in front of the reception that is open to all guests. They have just 18 rooms here, in varying room types, sizes and interior design but they all look great! I love the use of positive messages on coloured backgrounds for the doors. I had a corner room which was spacious and clean. Bed and pillow were a little softer than I would like but that's just personal preference. Basic amenities are provided and I love the open wardrobe concept too. The staff here are amazing. So helpful, so friendly. I'm particularly impressed by the location map they've put together to share with guests on recommended food to try in the vicinity and mostly on point! For this price, it's super value for money.”

„The hotel is more suitable for tour package which buses transported visitors to hotel directly, its location is quite far away from food and 7-11. if with own car, then isn't problem. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Pricing was good, rooms are a little old but cleanliness was good in standard.”

„飯店的親子設施可以給滿分,有許多小動物可以接觸.加上和果子跟浴衣體驗我們有嘗試過,相當的不錯.只可惜浴衣體驗只有40分鐘稍短.但若浴衣體驗搭配和果子體驗課程可以60分鐘.而卡比巴拉躍湖號的高空索道遊戲,孩子玩得非常開心.在清新空氣中在園區內漫步也十分愜意. 日式餐廳的價格算是十分親民,味道也還不錯,建議要預先訂位.”
