Spa Hotels in Yilan

My husband and I stayed at this resort for one night and we greatly appreciated Ishi Chen, Nancy Wu and Peggy Wu’s help. We are an old couple with medical issues and the room we received upon check-in was starting to cause my allergies to flare up. Upon speaking to Nancy and Peggy, they listened to my concerns and reported to Ishi, who helped us change our room. As my allergies can cause severe issues to my body, we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the rest of our trip in Taiwan. But with the help of them, I didn’t experience an allergic reaction and was able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Ishi, Nancy and Peggy were extremely professional, responsible and kind, so that we could create such precious memories on our trip. Thank you so much.

Cozy room with private hot spring and great service. It's not far from the train station and main street. They also provide shuttle bus service you can enjoy it. Beside, there is a famous traditional dessert ”soybean pudding” nearby!

這次住的民宿，在宜蘭頭城，離頭城交流道很近，叫工匠家小木屋。 覺得算是一間很有質感的地方，小木屋確實會認讓人有種很像放鬆的感覺，一進去這種挑高的房型，有樓梯可通往上舖，就覺得不單單只是個平面的地圖，瞬時有了立體幾何的感覺。 真要講缺點，大概就是沒有椅子這件事，只有一張化妝台專用的，剩下就是後陽台的室外椅。室內基本上是鋪坐墊在地板，走日式風格，但對我這種骨質疏鬆的患者，起立蹲下是多麼的費勁啊，哈哈哈哈，但這不能怪老闆，是我個人的問題。 不過整體來講是舒服的，早餐其實也很簡單，在一樓的公用空間中，簡單的吐司，稀飯白粥，再搭配幾樣小菜，確實很有滿足感，也能感受到被照顧的溫馨。 這房型看來最多可以住八個人，下舖兩張雙人床，上舖兩邊各可以睡兩人，所以八人入住是可以塞的進去的，蠻適合家庭式的親子出遊。 晚上離礁溪很近，可以去泡湯，可以去覓食，更可以叫熊貓，生活不是問題。

總的來說還不錯，下次還會想住。大廳氣派，親子家庭房也夠大，房間乾淨舒適，床軟硬適中很好睡！缺點：退房時電梯超難等，3台電梯都滿滿滿的人，等很久，安全通道只能到B1,車停B2還是要想辦法去別層擠電梯才能去B2！小孩說很喜歡，有泳池還可以泡湯，還有球池，有PS5，小咘咘車賽道，兒童遊樂設施多樣！是以後帶小孩一起出行的口袋名單！

Pokój jest bardzo duży, łóżko w rozmiarze króla jest wygodne, łazienka z wanną jest duża, łazienka jest pyszna, a także mały podwójny sofa, który jest znacznie lepszy niż oczekiwano, obsługa personelu jest bardzo dobra, pozwala nam wejść wcześniej do pokoju pracowników o 2:00, prawie bardzo ładnie i czule, Pierwszy piętro jest również dobra, czystość, niedobór jest mniej śniadaniowy, szybsze uzupełnianie, ponieważ nie ma ludzi, ale wartość CP jest wysoka, przyjdę później.

Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

I loved this hotel. It is very clean and hot spring fills up very quickly. There is a lot of variety to select from at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is there is only one very small elevator for the whole building. It will only hold 4-5 adults max. During busy times, you will need to wait for a few rounds to get on.

This hotel has brought our whole experience up a next level & setting high benchmarks for our other & future hotel experience! Room, spacious family room..thou layout a bit weird toilet one end. Bath and shower the other end. Hotsprings was a good soak daily! Rem swim caps. N the games room was amazing! Kids & even adults had so much fun. Theres even DIY activity (paid) for children! There daily afternoon tea(simple but has wine) & daily supper provided. Supper was a feast! Also like late dinner. N as for afternoon tea, we only enjoy it on 1st day of check in as remaining days we were always out. Breakfast was a wide variety too. Ample self parking space & walkable to the night market streets! Highly recommend this hotel stay.

Hotel room was clean and well furnished. Staff was friendly, but no one helped us to unload our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool in the hotel is great. Kids will love it. There are many different pools, both indoors and outdoors with different temperatures. Guest would need to purchase a swimming cap before entering all pool areas. Guest can bring their own too, if they remember to do so.

Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.
