„This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read.”

„Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy.”

„A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!”

„Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.”

Następnego dnia o godzinie 17:00 ponownie należy poprosić o wejście i odmówić przyjęcia. Goście muszą zostać poproszeni o przygotowanie kolacji. Zdecydowanie odmówiono przygotowania przekąsek dla gości. W końcu trzeba było zgłosić to kierownikowi lobby, który w końcu je dostarczył. Były to burgery, frytki i hot-dogi. Do pokoju prowadzą dwa stopnie. Osoby z niepełnosprawnościami powinny to dokładnie rozważyć. Kawiarnia oferuje różne dania o różnych porach. Japońskie jedzenie jest kiepskie, więc nie ma sensu zamawiać. Widok na basen nie jest wystarczająco piękny!”

„Fantastic hotel Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay. All members of staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and came with everything you needed, the pool was really relaxing and the breakfast was so tasty with different options every morning. If you are looking for your moneys worth then this is the hotel for you!”

„一句話總結酒店：我家大業大 細節不好你別嫌棄 而且價格不算全包裏貴的，所以沒有期待太多，這個價位還算可以了 房間： 隔音很不好，很潮（不確定是不是所有海邊全包都這樣？） 床、房間很大，風景很好。有洗漱用品。就是電話是壞的😅 房間點餐可以用手機app， 酒水： 隨便喝， 很多吧枱和移動調酒師，但是感覺酒水都甜嗖嗖的 可能我不太會點吧.. 食物： 喜歡美食的勸退，食物一般，4個餐廳體驗了亞洲和意大利餐廳，必須6點剛開始立馬沖進去，不然等座位很久。沒有預約制度。食物拍照好看但是口味普通，基本都是温的/冷了。服務員嚴重不夠！！有種他們想服務好客人但是力不從心。。。 上菜很慢！ 服務： 服務員很熱情，沒有一個不耐煩的，保潔不會英語，其他人或多或少都會 Wi-Fi還不錯，刷**流暢去海灘偶爾斷。 酒店大堂沒有開空調，房間、餐廳空調足。 沙灘風景： 第一排沙灘椅難搶，後面沙灘上很多椅子。海灘上沒有大片空曠沙灘， 不過隔壁家沙灘非常美，可以走過去蹭😂，水還是很果凍藍的，暖的，大片天空無遮擋，看夕陽很美！ 活動： 有集體唱k，泳池裡打牌，西班牙語課 都是要和其他外國人玩的，社恐勸退了 有小孩娛樂的小房間，有滑梯啥的。 有外包的人在海灘上等着接單：在酒店裡玩付費項目 海上騎摩託，船拖降落傘🪂 還有宣傳去外面acua world玩的項目：jungle tour，snorkeling（浮潛）， 氧氣瓶潛水 有好幾個游泳池還不錯”

„To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.”

„Jest dobry pod każdym względem i spełnia spójne standardy hoteli InterContinental. Obiekty są kompletne, śniadanie jest obfite, plaża jest bardzo piękna, basen jest czysty, warunki sanitarne są dobre, a obsługa jest bardzo ciepła i przyjazna. Jedyną wadą jest brak autobusu wahadłowego na lotnisko. W przypadku luksusowych hoteli w dzielnicy hotelowej Cancun powinno to być koniecznością, w przeciwnym razie obniży się wydajność kosztowa hotelu.”
