Byłem w dziesiątkach kurortów all-inclusive w Cancun, ale nie ma drugiego takiego miejsca jak Temptation. Jesteśmy Amerykanami pochodzenia azjatyckiego po trzydziestce i bawiliśmy się tu rewelacyjnie. Klimat – energetyczna impreza z seksownymi pracownikami i basenem topless. Całkowicie beztroska i relaksująca atmosfera dla par, idealna na krótki wypad. Jedzenie – czytałem mieszane opinie na temat jedzenia, ale muszę przyznać, że byłem mile zaskoczony jakością i różnorodnością dostępnych dań! Codziennie miałem mnóstwo niesamowitych dań do spróbowania. Uwielbiałem ich burgera ze stekiem, ośmiornicę, koktajl krewetkowy, sushi i wiele innych. Napoje – również mile zaskoczony ogromnym wyborem i jakością dań, takich jak Don Julio, black label i wiele innych. Obsługa – doskonała, jak można oczekiwać od hoteli all-inclusive. Chciałbym pochwalić POLO, który pracuje przy cichym barze przy basenie. Wszyscy inni również byli przyjaźni i pomocni. Rozrywka – tak, restauracja SHE. Zjedz posiłek na poziomie 5 gwiazdek, obserwując utalentowane tancerki tańczące na scenie i rurze. Co za przeżycie! Codziennie późnym popołudniem na basenie odbywa się show, które jest bardzo zabawne, ale jednocześnie bardzo niegrzeczne. Publiczność była zachwycona i absolutnie zachwycona. Wskazówki i uwagi - To miejsce jest niegrzeczne. Wszechobecne są tu zmysłowe i seksualne motywy, zapachy i wibracje. Są tu atrakcyjne pary w każdym wieku, wiele z nich może być otwartych na wspólne niegrzeczne doświadczenia. Oczywiście wszystko zależy od Ciebie i wszyscy są szanowani. Ale tutaj wszystko jest dozwolone, o ile odbywa się to w Twoim pokoju. - Daj napiwek wszystkim. Ulepszy to życie pracowników i poprawi jakość Twojej usługi! - W pokojach z balkonem w Bash Tower możesz zobaczyć pary dające „show”. Chcieliśmy zobaczyć coś szalonego, więc zarezerwowaliśmy ten pokój i oczywiście zobaczyliśmy mnóstwo akcji! - Pokoje Bash Tower zapewniają dostęp do basenu na dachu i jacuzzi. Idealne na lunch i ucieczkę od hałaśliwego, seksownego basenu. Klub nocny -bash zawsze tętni życiem. To plenerowy klub w stylu Las Vegas, z ogromnym barem, sceną z oświetleniem i niesamowitymi występami utalentowanych tancerzy każdego wieczoru. Nie przegapcie go! Wystarczą 2 do 5 nocy, inaczej możecie się zaszaleć. Na początku jest oferta typu timeshare, my jej nie wykorzystaliśmy, ale to zależy od Was. Dostajecie kilka gratisów i nie ma żadnych zobowiązań, więc wszystko zależy od Waszego czasu. Chociaż jest sporo młodych osób, średnia zdecydowanie oscyluje wokół 40 lat. Szkoda, że ​​w ośrodku nie ma więcej Azjatów, bo przeważają biali/Latynosi. Powinni poprawić ceny na trip.com, żeby zwiększyć obecność Azjatów. To moja jedyna sugestia!

Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Jedyną dobrą rzeczą w tym Aloft jest lokalizacja. Nie przechowają twojego bagażu, jeśli przyjedziesz wcześniej, ponieważ wydaliby wszystkie swoje pieniądze, żebyś zapłacił 42 dolary za wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Każą ci siedzieć w lobby przez wiele godzin, aż do czasu zameldowania. Darmowe drinki w barze były bardzo rozwodnione. Najprawdopodobniej nie zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy będę w Cancun.

To miejsce przyjazne dla środowiska. Podczas zwiedzania hotelu na rowerze spotkałem wiele zwierząt, m.in. ostronosy, jaszczurki i legwany. Plaża tuż przed hotelem jest piękna i znajduje się tam wiele restauracji serwujących pyszne jedzenie, dlatego byłem zadowolony z pobytu w hotelu.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

Pokój hotelowy był wygodny. Nie oferował żadnych udogodnień, ale w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy i supermarket, gdzie można je kupić. Prysznic w moim pokoju miał bardzo słaby strumień wody, a ciepła woda była bardzo słaba, więc nie była ciepła do kąpieli. Łazienka była przestronna, podobnie jak pokój. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, całkiem dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt.

To był nasz 3 raz tutaj (z powodu jacuzzi w pokoju). Niestety, to była również nasza ostatnia wizyta. Zapłaciliśmy za pokój z jacuzzi. Klimatyzacja w pokoju była zepsuta, nie mogliśmy jej wyłączyć i było tam bardzo zimno. Zapytaliśmy ich, czy mogą ją wyłączyć. Wysłali kogoś, żeby ją naprawił. Czekaliśmy przed pokojem przez jakiś czas. Wyłączyli ją, ale nadal wiało bardzo zimne powietrze i powiedzieli nam, że TAK JAKBY NIE MOGLI GO WYŁĄCZYĆ... okej? Poprosiliśmy o inny pokój. Zmieniliśmy pokoje i odkryliśmy, że jacuzzi nie działało 😂 moc dysz była taka, jak przy odkręcaniu kranu. Nawet jej nie czuliśmy. Poziom wody szybko opadał, więc musieliśmy uzupełniać jacuzzi kilka razy w ciągu jednego wieczoru. Następnego dnia poprosiliśmy o naprawę lub zmianę pokoju, ponownie wysłali kogoś, żeby to naprawił. Poczekaliśmy trochę czasu przed naszym pokojem, ponieważ nie chcieliśmy zostawiać naszych rzeczy bez opieki (prawdopodobnie około 1 godziny), wciąż to naprawiali, a nam wystarczyło, więc poszliśmy na basen. „Naprawili” to w ciągu kilku godzin i zgadnijcie co. Było tak samo 😂🤌 Zabrałem menadżerkę do pokoju i pokazałem jej „moc” dysz, a ona powiedziała mi, że działają. Powiedziałem jej, że widzę, że działają, ale nie mają mocy i że to nie jest jacuzzi, to wanna z kranami. Powiedziała, że to najlepsze, co mogli zrobić. Powiedziałem jej, że byłem wcześniej w tym hotelu i wiem, jak powinno działać jacuzzi, a to nie działa i chciałbym inny pokój ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami działającymi. Powiedziała mi, że nie ma już więcej pokoi w naszej kategorii 😂 tylko ona z zepsutą klimatyzacją. … Myślałam, że ich strona podejmie jakieś działania, żeby to rozwiązać lub zaoferuje coś… jakiś gest w ramach przeprosin… ale nic. Zostawili nas w pokoju z zepsutym jacuzzi i wielokrotnie im tłumaczyłam, że zarezerwowałam pokój tylko ze względu na jacuzzi. Przeprosili i wyszli z pokoju. Byłam bardzo rozczarowana i nigdy tam nie wrócę. Uwielbiałam ten hotel przez pierwsze dwa razy, ale teraz jest coraz gorzej. Dlatego ma 3 gwiazdki w Google, Booking i wszędzie indziej. Nie jedźcie tam, jeśli nie chcecie stracić nerwów.

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
