Hotele w: Hengshan Road Area, Szanghaj

Very strategic location. Only few hundred meters from MTR Station Line 10 and few buses stops making travelling very easy. There are very nice bakery and Chagee next door also plenty of diners and shops around. I love that they provide washer/dryer in the room. The amenities in the room are quite new and they clean the room every day. I sleep well during my stay thanks to their memory foam mattress. The receptionists are very nice and helpful although they don’t speak English. Translator comes handy when communicating with them. They provide coffee for the guests, just ask them and they give you free black coffee / latte happily. The only problem with my stay was no WiFi reception in my room (519) , the WiFi only worked in the reception area. I already prepared for this so i just use my roaming data. If you plan to arrive after 10PM , you should contact the hotel because the gate keeper won’t be there and you can’t get in to the hotel unless the reception open the gate for you . It happened to me on the day of my arrival , luckily there were another guests and they called the hotel, the receptionist came right away to open the gate for us. Overall I’m so happy to find this hotel and i will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Shanghai.

A fantastic place to stay! While there were a few minor issues, the staff resolved them quickly and with a great attitude. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which is a lifesaver in Shanghai (trust me, taxis here can be a nightmare!). Another great perk: their laundry service is excellent. Just leave your clothes with the room number, and they’ll dry them and deliver everything neatly back to your room. Super hassle-free!

The staff Mr Morgan Pan is exceptional care and kindness showed to us during our recent stay at the hotel when my son was having stomach flu and need to go hospital at mid night. Mr Morgan was already waiting for us at the hotel lobby with a wheelchair. Despite the late hour, he remained calm, attentive, and reassuring. He immediately offered to accompany us to a nearby hospital, fully understanding our situation as foreigners unfamiliar with the local language and medical procedures. At the hospital, he went above and beyond his duties. He patiently assisted us every step, from registration, payment, consultation with the doctor, arranging prescriptions, to collecting the medication and bringing it to the nurse for treatment. Throughout the entire process, he helped us communicate with the local medical staff and constantly reassured us that everything would be fine. Thanks to his guidance, what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience went smoothly and efficiently. In the middle of the night, in a foreign country with communication challenges, Morgan’s compassion, responsibility, and professionalism meant more to us than words can express. He did not treat this as just a job, he showed genuine care and humanity, and for that, we are truly grateful. Please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr Morgan. He is a tremendous asset to your hotel, and his actions reflect the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Zatrzymałem się w apartamencie LifeIN w Szanghaju i doświadczenie było doskonałe. Alisa zapewnia znakomitą obsługę. Za każdym razem, gdy potrzebowałem pomocy – czy to tłumacząc, jak korzystać z pralki, szukając artykułów spożywczych, czy też lokalizując pobliskie restauracje halal – była zawsze dostępna i bardzo pomocna. Ostatniego dnia musieliśmy sprawdzić wagę bagażu. Zapytałem ją, gdzie znajdę pobliski sklep, a ona zamiast tego zamówiła wagę bagażową online. Dostarczono ją w ciągu zaledwie 15 minut, co było szokujące i niesamowite! Następnie dała nam ją w prezencie – to był niezwykle miły i pomocny gest. Widok z apartamentu był niesamowity, a nocny widok absolutnie oszałamiający, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Pokój był bardzo wygodny, czysty i zadbany. Lokalizacja jest świetna i dogodna, szczególnie dla rodzin. Podczas naszego pobytu wszystko było bezpieczne i bezproblemowe. Świetna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja i idealny wybór dla rodzin. Excellent stay for a fair price, the view was great and the room was clean and as advertised. Hosts were very helpful and kind, which made our hectic trip easier and more enjoyable:)

While the price was good and the view was great, the building had very slow elevators and only certain elevators went to certain floors. also, the bathroom smelled like urine the whole time. we asked them to clean it with bleach, which we could lightly smell they used, but that didnt help. cleanliness was OK. service was great because most requests for items or requests to fix things were completed fairly quickly. only concern was you had to remind them daily to come ”clean” or housekeeping wont come. also, my biggest annoyance was the washer/dryer. it was extremely useful to have it in the room, but the door was locked so I couldnt get my clothes out. I was in a hurry to check out and make my plane so I had to leave it. other than that, I was not a fan of the bathroom shower and toilet being connected as one room, especially since the shower head pushes water too far out which causes the whole bathroom to be wet after someone showers.

Od momentu wejścia czuliśmy się jak w domu. Obsługa przy meldowaniu była bardzo szybka, personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i cierpliwie odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Pokój był czysty i schludny, pościel miękka i wygodna, a izolacja akustyczna bardzo dobra, dzięki czemu przespaliśmy całą noc. Kosmetyki w łazience były dobrej jakości, a temperatura wody pod prysznicem stabilna. Śniadanie było obfite, z daniami zarówno chińskimi, jak i zachodnimi, świeżymi składnikami i dobrym smakiem. Lokalizacja również jest bardzo wygodna, stacja metra znajduje się zaledwie kilkaset metrów od hotelu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obsługa była dopracowana w każdym szczególe, na pewno wybiorę to miejsce ponownie! Polecam w 100%!. Naprzeciwko hotelu Hanting przy Jiashan Road, 10 minut spacerem od stacji metra Jiashan Road. Bardzo wygodnie jest robić zakupy i jeść. Wyposażenie pokoju jest bardzo kompletne, ale ponieważ ma lodówkę i znajduje się blisko drogi, jest trochę głośno. Na szczęście zabrałem ze sobą zatyczki do uszu. Łóżko było wygodne, ale poduszki były zbyt niskie. Była tam elegancka deska sedesowa, ale nie wiem, dlaczego było gorąco tylko po południu. Dysza do spłukiwania również była zepsuta i spryskała moje plecy wodą. Ogólna higiena jest dobra, ale klosz jest pokryty kurzem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli nie masz mizofobii i nie jesteś wrażliwy na dźwięk, stosunek ceny do wydajności jest całkiem dobry.

Switched from Marriott for better wifi speed. Pretty new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be nicer if they had access to driveway to hotel so guests didn't have to lug luggage from street, so not suitable for elderly or disabled. Breakfast quality was very good, even better than many of the Marriott brands in Shanghai. Late porridge snack nice but accompaniments quite sodium intense. I brought my own vegetarian side dishes. Laundry room was a godse d for my over 1 week stay. Next time I can pack less. Like many hotels in China, enforcement of non-smoking can be improved. Inconsiderate guests will open door to share their secondary smoke which is annoying. Will definitely try other Atour hotels when traveling in China.

We have stayed here twice, it's conveniently located near the theatre and in a nice area with coffee shops and restaurants. Room is simple but has everything you need for an overnight stop.
