Great classy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor ”wintergarden” is a great place to have a drink or lunch. The location is excellent in Sofia city center

Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon.

Hotel un poco alejado del centro, unos 20 minutos. Con las bajas temperaturas-7 se hacía largo el camino.

Typowy 4* hotel. Niedaleko piechotą do centrum ok. 15 minut. Pokoje ciasne. Można otwierać okna. Czysto. Codziennie sprzątane. Beznadziejne śniadania. Wręcz lodowata jajecznica i jajka sadzone. Fatalna kawa z dodatkiem mleka w proszku. Na parterze casino, które wieczorową porą przyciąga szemrane typy. Bardzo drogi parking 25 euro za dobę.

1. Obsługa recepcji jest bardzo miła i troskliwa. Obiekt znajduje się około 500 metrów od głównej ulicy handlowej, bardzo blisko; 2. W pobliżu znajdują się Subway i KFC, a kilka kroków dalej, deptak jest pełen restauracji; 3. Trzeba poprosić recepcję o kapcie; 4. Niezadowalającą rzeczą jest to, że w pokoju są komary, które nas pogryzły na śmierć; a najbardziej niezadowalającą rzeczą jest to, że poszwa na kołdrę i prześcieradło zostały namoczone w wybielaczu, a następnie nie zostały wypłukane, przez co moja skóra była alergiczna i kłująca, gdy na nich spałem. Chyba sprzątanie jest zlecone na zewnątrz i nikt w hotelu tego nie sprawdza. Daję temu punktowi 0 punktów! Mam nadzieję, że kierownictwo hotelu to zauważy i szybko to poprawi!

It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better. Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

Stayed in the budget small room. The room is very tiny. Ideal for someone travelling with little luggage and 1 or 2 nights. Clean room. Location is 25 mins walk from city center but there are trams nearby that takes you basically anywhere.

Unfortunately, there was a significant incident of cleaning the bathroom in the room, I expected to receive compensation for it but we did not receive it. Therefore, the service and cleanliness are rated low. I choose not to share the details of what happened so as not to harm the hotel too much.

Hotel, o którym mowa, jest dogodnie położony w centrum Sofii, w pobliżu metra, autobusów i niedrogich taksówek (polecam pobrać aplikację Taxi Me). Śniadanie jest dobrze zaopatrzone, a pokój, który mi przydzielono (miałem pokój 902), był bardzo dobry, z wygodnym łóżkiem king-size i pięknym widokiem na miasto. Wadą jest recepcja, która wcale nie jest dobrze zaaranżowana. Problem z koniecznością wchodzenia po schodach na piętro 1 – wyobraźcie sobie kogoś (jeszcze gorzej dla starszych osób) z bagażem i bez windy – staje się problemem. Ale to nie koniec, bo po dotarciu do recepcji witają was kartonowe pudła, sofy, przedmioty porozstawiane po kątach i teczki z fakturami, na których ludzie (nie pracownicy) ślinią się od piwa. To okropny widok. Przez chwilę myślałem o anulowaniu rezerwacji i stracie 300 euro.
