Stayed in the budget small room. The room is very tiny. Ideal for someone travelling with little luggage and 1 or 2 nights. Clean room. Location is 25 mins walk from city center but there are trams nearby that takes you basically anywhere.

The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.

Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon.

Właściciel jest niesamowicie skrupulatny, sprząta trzy razy dziennie. Obiekt jest niezwykle czysty i schludny, a lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna. Stacja metra znajduje się tuż obok dworca autobusowego, sześć minut spacerem od hotelu, a przystanek autobusowy jest oddalony o 80 metrów. Idealne miejsce dla osób z dużą ilością bagażu, ponieważ nie trzeba w ogóle chodzić. Aby dostać się z hotelu na lotnisko, można wsiąść do autobusu linii 213 lub 305 i przesiąść się na autobus linii 84. Bilet autobusowy kosztuje 2 lewy, a bilet na metro 1,6 lewy. Wszystkie atrakcje turystyczne znajdują się w odległości spaceru, nie ma potrzeby korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej – wszystkie są oddalone o około pół godziny spacerem. W pobliżu atrakcji znajdują się targi z owocami i warzywami, na których można kupić znacznie taniej niż w supermarketach. Uwielbiam Ctrip! Dogodnie położone pensjonaty są idealne na budżetowe podróże. Oprócz zakwaterowania, wydanie średnio 50 juanów dziennie na podróż zagraniczną jest niezwykle satysfakcjonujące. Dostępne jest gotowanie, a w obszarach turystycznych znajduje się wiele dużych supermarketów.

Overall cleanliness of the whole property is ok as the cleaner did her best from what I saw, but unluckily my bed was not as clean as I expected. Hope the color on my bed cover and pillow was stain not dirt (see pictures). Also when I wanted to extend my stay for the next day and came down to receptionist, he said he had finished his shift and asked me to come back in the morning, while his shift was actually not finished yet (there is a written information what time reception is supposed to close). Other than those two issues, it was a great stay, kitchen is spacious with stoves, sink, fridge, table and chairs, living room.

One of the best hotels ive been to for the price. Easy check in and check out and great services across the whole hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms for 3 friends. Smart TV was also great to watch Netflix and YouTube. Also lovely view from the top floor of the city.

Typowy 4* hotel. Niedaleko piechotą do centrum ok. 15 minut. Pokoje ciasne. Można otwierać okna. Czysto. Codziennie sprzątane. Beznadziejne śniadania. Wręcz lodowata jajecznica i jajka sadzone. Fatalna kawa z dodatkiem mleka w proszku. Na parterze casino, które wieczorową porą przyciąga szemrane typy. Bardzo drogi parking 25 euro za dobę.

This hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel

Great classy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor ”wintergarden” is a great place to have a drink or lunch. The location is excellent in Sofia city center
