I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and excellent breakfast selection!

Exceptional Experience at The Royal Atlantis in Dubai My recent stay at The Royal Atlantis in Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of luxury and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, offering stunning views of both the city and the sea. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. The service was impeccable—staff were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The dining options were phenomenal, with a wide variety of restaurants offering world-class cuisine. The facilities, especially the pools and spa, were some of the best I’ve experienced. Relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf was pure bliss. The hotel also offers easy access to private beach areas, adding to the overall exclusivity and luxury feel. If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Dubai, The Royal Atlantis is worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!

Czuliśmy, że mamy naprawdę dobrą lokalizację, ponieważ hotel znajduje się tuż przy czerwonej linii metra w Dubaju, na stacji Financial Centre, co bardzo dobrze pokrywa się z naszym planem podróży. Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko wieży Burj Khalifa i wielu atrakcji śródmieścia Dubaju. W pobliżu mieliśmy też sporo restauracji i sklepów, więc nie musieliśmy daleko jechać, żeby zjeść dobry posiłek lub coś kupić. Pokoje są ładnie urządzone i mają twarde łóżko i duże poduszki. Jest to hotel apartamentowy, więc w pokojach jest całkiem niezła kuchnia z kuchenką, kuchenką mikrofalową, zmywarką, pralko-suszarką i naczyniami, które pasują do wszystkiego. Prysznic miał duże ciśnienie i łatwo było kontrolować temperaturę, ale nie byliśmy fanami zapachu dostarczonych produktów do kąpieli. Mieliśmy całkiem dobry widok na morze i mogliśmy zobaczyć Burj Al Arab i Wyspy Świata w oddali, z czego byliśmy zadowoleni. Podobało nam się, że codziennie dawali nam dodatkową butelkę wody, ale wolelibyśmy, gdyby dołączyli może kilka opakowań detergentu do zmywarki i pralki, ponieważ ilości w sklepie w holu były większe niż potrzebne. Udogodnienia w tym hotelu są całkiem dobre, ze sklepem i restauracją na parterze. Na szóstym piętrze znajduje się wspólny pokój i kilka sal konferencyjnych, które można zarezerwować. Dostęp do basenu i strefy fitness znajduje się na szóstym piętrze również poprzez chodnik i jest również bardzo ładny. Przy basenie było mnóstwo leżaków, a kiedy odwiedziliśmy, było ich sporo. Można też zajrzeć do śródmieścia pomiędzy budynkami. Przebieralnie są trochę małe, ale kiedy odwiedziłem, było dużo miejsca i dostępne były szafki. Nie wiedziałem, jak zamknąć szafkę i byłbym wdzięczny, gdyby dostałem do niej kartę lub gdyby mieli instrukcje dotyczące szafek, jak z nich korzystać. Łaźnia parowa i sauna były bardzo małe, ale późnym popołudniem byłem w nich jedyny. Śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę, a kiedy poszedłem, było wiele opcji, którymi można się cieszyć. Codziennie zmieniały się produkty, a gdy tam byliśmy, zmieniały się między jajkami sadzonymi a jajecznicą, a jednego dnia jedli budyń chlebowy, drugiego tosty francuskie i naleśniki. Jest też wiele dań na ciepło, takich jak kiełbasa, fasola, bekon wołowy, paszteciki z cebulą, a pewnego dnia mieli szakszuka. Na zimne produkty mieli bar sałatkowy, ser, jogurt i owoce. Codziennie mieli różne ciasta. Napoje były również dobre z obrotowymi sokami i ekspresem do kawy do wybierania i przygotowywania własnych napojów. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie, ale wymeldowanie zajęło znacznie więcej czasu i nie jesteśmy pewni dlaczego. Wyjaśnili, że zwrot pieniędzy za naszą kartę płatniczą zajmie nam 25-30 dni lub że możemy kupić rzeczy w ich sklepie w holu, ale niczego nie potrzebowaliśmy, więc myślę, że będziemy musieli poczekać. Hotel jest bardzo wysoki i okazało się, że windy mogą być dość zajęte przez cały dzień, więc musieliśmy uzbroić się w cierpliwość, czekając, aż winda zjedzie z wysokiego piętra, na którym znajdował się nasz pokój, lub czasami być przygotowanym na zatłoczoną windę. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru hotelu w Dubaju i jesteśmy zadowoleni z lokalizacji, prysznica, widoku, śniadania i pokoju.

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

Od recepcji po osoby obsługujące windy – wszyscy byli niezwykle pomocni. Miałem również miłą rozmowę z filipińską obsługą, co dodało mojej wizycie osobistego charakteru. Oferowane śniadanie nie było tak obfite, jak się spodziewałem, ale i tak było smaczne i dobrej jakości! A ręcznie robiona kawa była prawdziwą gratką w porównaniu ze standardowymi opcjami z automatu – 100/10! Chociaż woda w łazienkach nagrzewała się trochę, sam pokój był fantastyczny – zdecydowanie 10/10. Balkony są domyślnie zamykane ze względów bezpieczeństwa, ale można poprosić hotel o ich udostępnienie. Tylko 4-5 minut spacerem od przystanku tramwajowego Jumeirah Beach Residence 1. Gorąco polecam ten hotel znajomym i rodzinie! Do dyspozycji gości jest siłownia, basen i sauna.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, served in a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great experience. I will definitely return!

After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience. The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldn’t a 4-star hotel manage this better? Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if you’re tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortable—especially if you’re staying with friends or family. To add, the bed’s mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak of—something we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s location and our specific request for a high floor. The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markings—pretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something. On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place. For breakfast, I agree with other reviews—it’s decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they don’t escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished. One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requests—like providing coffee capsules and water—there was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard). Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference. Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if they’re sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.
